Record management metadata schema should have robust structure to represent not only elements innate in records itself but also management elements for the life cycle of records according to business activities. To realize these requirement, Information model for record domain is needed and also Metadata framework supporting semantic refinement and data element specialization required in record management business or applications are required. This study analyse main principles and characteristics of metadata scheme, and then suggested a novel method to develope schema systematically and effectively. This study propose information model and set of core data elements of records management based on ISO 15489 and 230381, and show how to implement the record management framework.

Although organizing standardized metadata is important for effective management of cultural heritage information, current metadata are represented differently according to the properties of the resources or objectives of the organizations in which they are accumulated. This research compared 6 different metadata formats and created 18 data elements for constructing databases. A religious architecture heritage information database was constructed based on 72 historic religious architectures, each composing of three parts. An ontology based on religious architecture heritage information was designed using a revised CIDOC-CRM, and was developed with a semi-automated corpus program.

The acquisition of foreign government documents by exchange or gift is problematic in the electronic government era because the pattern of distributing system is changed. The alternatives for the collection development are developing the meta-site and establishing the subject gateways for the foreign government information as the resource discovery tools. The anchor and link functions of the AltaVista are used to evaluate a meta-site. The Scout Project Isaac is suggested as the model of interoperating resource discovery services for the geographically distributed metadata databases.

메타버스는 가상, 초월을 의미하는 '메타(meta)'와 세계, 우주를 의미하는 '유니버스(universe)'의 합성어로 현실 세계를 초월한 디지털 세계라고 정의할 수 있다. 이러한 메타버스는 현실 세계와 평행한 디지털 세계의 구축을 시작으로 블록체인(Blockchain), 인공지능(AI) 등의 기술과 고성능 웨어러블 디바이스(Wearable Device) 기반의 높은 몰입감을 제공하여 현실과 상호 작용하는 디지털 세계로 진화하고 있다. 이에 따라, 현재의 메타버스는 기존의 디지털 세계를 구축하고 활용하는 다양한 서비스가 포함된 개념으로 확장되고 있으며, 최종적으로는 현실과 디지털 세계의 경계가 없는 초현실적인 세계로 발전할 것이다. 이러한 메타버스 발전의 뒤에는 많은 보안 기술들이 필요하며, 실제 개인의 프라이버시 문제 및 보안 위협에 대한 우려가 증가하고 있다. 특히, 높은 몰입감을 제공하기 위해 이전보다 더욱 다양한 생체정보를 포함한 개인정보가 사용될 것이며, 이러한 데이터는 개인을 특정하는 ID(Identity)로 활용될 수 있다. 이에, 개인정보에 대한 보안 위협은 더욱 다양해질 것이고, 동시에 안전한 개인정보 활용이 가능한 ID 관리 기술개발의 필요성도 높아질 것이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 메타버스의 개념과 함께 진화 과정을 제시하고, 메타버스의 진화에 따라 다양해지는 ID 관련 보안 위협 및 대응 기술을 분석을 통해 ID 관리 기술의 현황을 정리한다.

최근 드론산업이 발전하면서 다양한 드론 활용방법에 대한 연구와 특허 출원이 진행되고 있다. 드론에서 촬영된 사진은 실종자 수색, 농작물 생육 분석 등 다양한 목적을 위해서 활용되고 있으며, 다양한 분야에서 연구개발이 이루어지고 있다. 사진에 저장되는 정보는 실제 촬영 이미지와 다양한 메타데이터를 포함하고 있으나, 카메라 제조사별로 포함되는 메타데이터의 구성이 상이한 상태이다. 본고에서는 드론에서 촬영된 사진내의 메타데이터를 사전에 정의된 표준 명세를 만족할 수 있도록 메타데이터를 정합하는 응용프로그램을 제시하였다. 본 프로그램을 활용하여 현재 수행중인 DNA+드론기술 개발과제의 참여기업들이 촬영한 드론 사진내의 메타데이터의 표준화를 함으로써, 이를 활용하여 다양한 응용 기술 개발을 담당하는 참여기업들이 표준화된 데이터를 활용하여 보다 용이하게 개발이 가능할 것으로 예상된다.

The Metadata are used for the reuse of core information, distribution and management, protection of copyright and prevention of overlapping investment. Serious game consists of multi-hierarchial multimedia data. And quality information is very important for selection according to the purpose of the game. In this paper, we designed the serious game metadata schema, including multi-media characteristic information and measurable quality information. This study will lay the groundwork for the development of metadata system which can provide serious game users with reliability through quality information, and with compatibility through multi-media characteristic information. Furthermore, we hope this study will be helpful to stable growth in serious game industry.

본 논문은 자산의 메타데이터 편집 시, 자산의 백 워드 링크(backward-link) 파일을 이용하여 동일한 자산(asset)에 링크된 파일들의 메타데이터간 동기화 방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 논문에 따른 방법은, 편집된 메타데이터를 갖는 제 1 자산의 백 워드 링크 정보 파일에 상기 제 1 자산과 동일한 제 2 자산이 존재하는지 체크하고, 백 워드 링크 정보 파일에 제 2 자산이 적어도 하나 존재하면, 제 2 자산의 메타데이터를 제 1 자산의 편집된 메타데이터에 동기화 시키도록 함으로써, 동일한 자산에 링크되어 있는 파일들의 메타데이터를 용이하게 동기 시킬 수 있다.

It is important to develop standard metadata to give more plentiful information about the forest cover type map and to promote distribution by National Geographic Information Clearinghouse. In this study metadata for the forest cover type map was designed based on TTAS.IS-19115 and it consisted of 10 packages and 50 elements. Also metadata editor was developed to implement metadata with standard schema and metadata viewer to service more user friendly interface. This work was about the first standard metadata for forest GIS data. So it would be a useful reference to develop metadata for other digital map concerning forest.

현존하는 대부분의 메타 시스템들은 개체-관계 모형을 기반으로 한 메타모형을 갖는다. 그러나 개체-관계 모형을 기반으로 하는 메타모형은 정보시스템 개발환경에 대한 정보를 충분히 표현하기에 부족하며 유추능력에 있어서도 한계성을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 단점들을 극복하기 위해 확장된 메타모형이 제시되었다. 새로운 메타모형에서는 정보를 충분히 반영하기 위하여 객체지향적 데이타모형을 기반으로 하며 유추능력을 향상시키기 위하여 논리를 도입하였다.

시맨틱 웹은 인간이 이해하는 것처럼 웹 문서의 의미를 컴퓨터가 이해할 수 있도록 하는데 있다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 Annotation Editor를 사용하여 논문에 대한 RDF 메타데이타의 자동 생성 방법을 제안한다. 사용자가 논문을 주석 처리할 때, 문서에 대한 특징을 추출하고 온토로지 인터페이스를 사용하여 문서를 분류한다. 구현된 시스템을 통해 사용자는 추출된 메타데이타를 메타데이타 뷰를 통해 수정하고 RDF Store로 저장할 수 있으며, 주석 뷰를 통하여 수동으로 RDF 메타데이타를 입력할 수 있다. 본 논문은 검색 엔진을 통하여 논문 검색 시 전체 내용보다 RDF 메타데이타 정보만으로 효율적인 검색을 할 수 있는 방법에 초점을 둔다.
