최근 다양한 업무형태가 등장함에 따라 특정업종이나 기업을 대상으로 기업간 비즈니스에 대란 정보시스템 구현 및 업무 프로세스 리엔지니어링을 통한 혁신을 지원해 줄 수 있는 체계의 도입 및 구현에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있다. 기업이 해당 업무의 정보시스템 구현과 업무의 경쟁력 강화를 뒷받침하기 위해서는 현행 업무프로세스에 대한 표준화가 중요란 사항이나, 현재 기업간 업무에 대해서는 이를 뒷받침 해줄 수 있는 프로세스 및 데이터의 분류와 분석을 위한 통합화, 표준화 작업이 부족한 상태이며, 이를 기반으로 이루어지는 업종별 핵심 기능 프로세스에 대란 표준화와 개발 분야도 미비한 실정이다. 특히 보편적으로 기업간 업무가 많이 발생하는 유통 분야의 경우 이러한 업종내 업무프로세스의 표준을 체계화 하는 필요성이 크게 대두되고 있다. 최근 매우 활성화 되고있는 프랜차이즈 산업의 경우 프랜차이즈 비즈니스의 특성상 경영효율을 높이기 위해 본사의 관리 통제 하에 운영되고 있으며, 상품도 본사에 의해 통일적, 정형적으로 기획되는 둥 프랜차이즈 비즈니스 특유의 경영 특질을 갖고 있다. 그러나 업무에 대란 표준화가 되어 있지 않은 상태에서 프랜차이즈를 운영한다면 본사차원에서는 오히려 인원과 경비만 늘어 프랜차이즈의 가장 큰 장점인 다점화의 장점이 없어지게 되고, 프랜차이즈 사업을 하고자하는 가맹점 입장에서도 프로세스의 차이와 비표준에서 오는 혼란인 많아 이를 쉽고, 체계적으로 접근 딸 수 잇는 표준 프로세스 작업의 필요성이 높다고 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 보편적으로 기업간 업무가 많이 발생하는 유통 분야의 프랜차이즈 산업을 대상으로 기업정보시스템 구현 및 경쟁력 강화를 뒷받침하기 위해서, 기업간 프로세스 협업(collaboration) 부분의 데이터 및 서식, 이를 취급하는 기능과 프로세스에 대란 분석을 통해 업무 프로세스 모델링 방법론과 관련한 모델링 지침 및 메타모델을 이용한 표준 업무 프로세스 모델을 개발하여 기업간 업무 프로세스 표준화에 대한 체계적인 관리에 대한 방안을 연구하고자 한다.

Social Network Service (SNS) has gained great popularity. Recently, facebook has been used most active. Most of government ministries of Republic of Korea operates facebook. In the case of facebook, it takes advantages of possibilities to inform the direction of policy to aggregate opinions of people for issues. Information gained from facebook has a very important value to be reflected in the policy or to understand public opinions. Long-term storage for this information should be considered. In the case of overseas, tools for long-term storage of documentary facebook have recently been developed. However, it does not save all the data in facebook and ignores the principles for long-term storage. These tools are limited to a simple backup. Therefore, this study aims to investigate how to reproduce, store and collect facebook page records of the government ministries.

Resource managing is very difficult because the multimedia data compressed by a VBR shows a bit rate change within high range, Therefore, the VOD server should use the prefetch method in order to improve system utilization, such as prefetching data in the overload period by a meta table that is the reference pattern of MPEG data which is analyzed off line. This prefetch method will not result in a failure to display at overload, however, this method can not keep a minimum loading time and low costs, because the prefetched section is being maximizes. In this paper, we suggest another method that the system utilization can be improved using the fixed prefetched section to keep loading time and costs under a constant range at overload. But this technique will result in a failure to display, due to fixed prefetched section. Rut, in this paper we suggest a drop module that drops only the B frame in the GOP, consistently distributes a lower drop in media quality for the user.

One More Pumpkin won the grand prize at the 2023 Dubai International AI Film Festival, and new possibilities were also opened through the International AI and Metaverse Film Festival (GAMFF), which was held for the first time in Korea. Generative works began to stand out in earnest, with 527 diverse works from 42 countries at home and abroad using AI and metaverse technology submitted to this contest. AI is being used in a variety of fields, including the creation and implementation of digital characters through combination with VFX, improving the efficiency of video production, and managing the overall video production process. This contributes to saving human and material resources required for production and significantly improving the quality of produced videos. However, generative AI also has ambiguity in copyright attribution, ethical issues inherent in the learned dataset, and technical limitations that fall short of the level of human emotion and creativity. Accordingly, this study suggests implications at the level of production, screening, and use, as generative AI may have an impact in more areas in the future.

In this paper, we propose a scheme to associate content-based video signature with Universal Content Identifier (UCI) system of broadcast content for copyright identification and management. Note that content-based video signature can identify a previously distributed content since it is directly extracted from content itself without allocation process of identifier such as UCI. Thus, we design the schema of UCI application metadata, which provides a video signature in order to consistently maintain a systemic link between UCI and the video signature. Also, we present the scenarios of copyright identification, management and additional service, which are based on transmission and management mechanism of video signature with UCI identification system.

Large-scale and complex disasters have frequently occurred all over the world recently, and they are repeated every year. Accordingly, the need for the systematic management and utilization of raw-data and processing information in the past has increased. For this purpose, this study proposed a construction strategy for disaster and safety record information resources archives based on automatic acquisition, which can be used as a hub for disaster and safety information. Based on local and foreign case studies, several consideration factors for building the archives are determined. Finally, this study proposed four steps for constructing the archives. These are as follows: 1) complete enumeration survey of the disaster and safety record information resources, 2) automatic acquisition possibility study, 3) selection of the resources for preservation, and 4) automatic acquisition of metadata. The construction of the archives proposed in this study will facilitate integrated management, sharing, and use of scattered information resources on disaster and safety.

Since the year 2000, the need for an improvement of archival descriptions has been an increasing issue, due to the growing usage and amount of archival materials. Unlike the development of descriptions for paper records, however, the technological development and research for moving image descriptions has been limited due to its diversity and specificity. This research investigated the current status and the specificity of the moving image descriptions and also examined major international archival description cases. In-depth interviews with archival professionals were also conducted. Based on the findings, this study suggested the need for redefinition of and continuous research on the fundamental values of moving image information, moving image description and management based on digilog view points, the development of user-centric description and search aides, the creation of moving image values using a relevant information management system, and the improvement of moving image description elements throughout the life-cycle of the material.

The purpose of this study is to examine the status of data librarian-related course syllabi in the 2023 American Library Association(ALA)-accredited degree programs in Library and Information Science (LIS). The present study examined LIS course syllabi related to data librarian including course titles, course objectives, course descriptions, weekly topics and assignments. ALA-accredited LIS programs offer various courses in data librarianship such as data management and curation, data analysis and visualization, metadata, information services, research methods, library management, academic libraries, computer programming and databases. This study collected 184 syllabi from the ALA-accredited LIS programs and selected and analyzed 127 syllabi that are related to data librarianship. The study examined 3,045 course titles, 2,559 course description from 61 LIS degree programs overseas, and 1,330 course titles from 37 LIS degree programs in Korea. This study found that LIS degree programs both in Korea and overseas offer various courses for data librarians. The researcher hopes the findings of this study will be used as a starting point to develop or redesign courses related to data librarianship in the information field.

As the electronic medical records systems (EMRs) are introduced into the hospitals in Korea and the needs of chief stakehoders of medical records are changed, the environments related to creating and managing medical records has been changed dynamically. At this moment it might be meaningful to examine medical records based on records management principles rather than information management principles. The purpose of this paper is to apply the KS X ISO 1549 standards, which covers the principles of records management, to hospital medical records management and assess the current quality of medical records management, and define a few tasks of improvement for hospitals. To achieve this goal, this study has performed following activities: Firstly, principles that could be applied to medical records management were prepared for each record management steps described in the standards, such as capture, registration, classification, storage, access, trace and disposition, and 22 principles were selected from those 7 steps of the record management. Secondly, the Y hospital, which is affiliated with a medical school in Seoul, was chosen to evaluate the current situation regarding medical records management. The department head of the medical records management team in Y hospital was interviewed and the present status was evaluated according to each principle. Thirdly, tasks for improvement were suggested, in such stages as access, trace and disposition. With this study as a cornerstone, useful implications are expected to be gathered from future studies that apply standards for metadata of records, management systems for records, and record management systems to medical record management in hospitals.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the issues and perceptions of smart cities. First, based on the big data analysis platform, big data analysis on smart cities were conducted to derive keywords by year, word cloud, and frequency of generation of smart city keywords by time. Second, trend and flow by area were analyzed by reclassifying major keywords by year based on meta-keywords. Third, emotional recognition flow for smart cities and major emotional keywords were derived. While U-City in the past is mostly centered on creating infrastructure for new towns, recent smart cities are focusing on sustainable urban construction led by citizens, according to the analysis. In addition, it was analyzed that while infrastructure, service, and technology were emphasized in the past, management and methodology were emphasized recently, and positive perception of smart cities was growing. The study could be used as basic data for the past, present and future of smart cities in Korea at a time when smart city services are being built across the country.
