척추마취는 국소마취제를 지주막하강에 주입하여 척수신경 전근과 후근을 차단하는 방법으로 하복부나 하지 수술 뿐 아니라 만성 통증과 암성 통증의 치료에도 이용되고 있는데 마취시간이나 제통시간의 연장 및 적절한 피부분절의 마취나 진통의 달성은 척추마취에서 중요한 사항이다. 본 연구에서는 morphine정주가 척추마취에 어떤 영향을 주는지 알아보기 위해 척추마취하에서 하지 수술을 받은 40명의 환자를 대상으로 척추마취를 시행한 80분에 척추마취 레벨, 수축기 및 이완기 혈압, 맥박 그리고 호흡수를 조사한후 morphine 10 mg을 정맥내로 주사후 20분후에 척추마취 레벨과 혈압, 맥박, 호흡수를 조사하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1) 척추마취 레벨은 morphine 투여진 $T_{7.5{\pm}0.32}$에 비해 morphine 투여 20분후에 $T_{6.0{\pm}0.31}$로 의의있게 상승하였다 (p<0.005). 2) 수축기 및 이완기 혈압과 맥박수는 morphine투여전과 투여후에 의의있는 변화가 없었다. 3) 호흡수는 morphine 투여전에 비해 투여후 감소가 있었다(p<0.005). 이상의 결과로 척추마취하에서 수술을 시행할 때나 통증치료시 전신적으로 morphne을 투여하여 마취와 진통부위를 넓일 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

Acute aortic dissection associated with high mortality rate has an extremely poor prognosis if early diagnosis and treatment are not received. Recently, with advanced computed tomography and echocardiography, diagnostic rate is higher and early operation is possible. Therefore preoperative medical therapy at ER(emergency room) lowered the mortality rate. This study was done to analyze the results with preoperative management at ER and operations, retrospectively. Material and Method: A series of 42 patients treated surgically for acute aortic dissections from 1991 to 2001 were included in this study. There were 18 males and 24 females. Mean age was 51.1 years. The admission course through emergency and outpatient department(OPD) was 34 and 8 respectively. Result: 26 patients underwent ascending aorta replacement-7 combined aortic valve replacements, 7 patients underwent descending aorta replacements and 9 patients received Bentall's operation. At emergency department, 20 patients received antihypertensive drugs and $\beta$-receptor blockers and 6 patients died. 22 patients did not receive antihypertensive and $\beta$-receptor block drugs and 10 patients died. There were 16(38%) overall deaths. Conclusion: Early diagnosis at ER or OPD is essential for acute aortic dissection, and it is important to select the most appropriate noninvasive interventions as possible. Therefore, preoperative drug therapy at ER is suggested according the patient conditions.

In this paper, we examined the influence for a new learning method using on-line e-learning education model in the field of music appreciation. We applied this loaming method to the field of motive induction, the expectation of learning effect and the increase learning will through mesuring the student's pulse change in the learning class. We analysed the influence of interesting rate and emotional stability in the field of music appreciation.

열적 쾌적감은 각 개인간의 대사작용의 차이, 실행중인 작업 의복의 종류나 계절의 영향, 환경순응, 습관이나 전통도 많은 영향을 미친다. 열적 쾌적감을 조절하는 기기중 하나인 에어컨은 특히 열적 쾌적감을 고려해서 제품설계를 해야 하는 아주 민감한 제품이다. 본 연구에서는 차량용 에어컨의 영향을 평가하기 위한 기초연구의 하나로서 차량용 에어컨이 작동 중일 때 피 실험자의 신체 부위별 주관적 쾌적감과 피부온, 구강온, 맥박, 혈압간의 관계를 분석하고자 한다. 실험은 1 인의 피실험자를 대상으로 9 회에 걸쳐 chamber 에서 1 회에 약 90 분간 실험했다. 차량용 에어컨에 대한 주관적 쾌적감에 가장 영향을 많이 미치는 요소로서는 머리 부위의 피부온과 구강온이 선택되었으며, 다른 부위의 피부온, 맥박, 혈압등은 큰 영향이 없는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구에서는 맥박 측정에서 생기는 잡음들 중 많은 오류를 생기게 하는 동잡음 개선을 위하여 회로를 제안하고 설계하였다. 기존의 맥박추정 장비에서 가변저항, 광원 스위칭, 디지털 필터를 사용함으로써 정확도 향상을 위한 연구를 하였다. 손가락에서 광전용적맥파를 측정시 측정부의 광원을 2개를 사용하고, 이를 스위칭을 통해 파형을 측정을 하였다. 실험에서 PPG의 측정은 반사형 방식을 사용하고 이를 광원스위칭을 통해 신호를 받아들였다. 이를 저주파통과필터와 고주파통과필터를 사용하여 0.5~5Hz대역을 필터링 함으로써 PPG이외의 잡음을 제거하고 신호를 검출하였다. 검출된 파형을 지수가중이중필터로 필터링을 함으로써 정확성을 높였다. 이를 통하여 광원스위칭을 통한 PPG의 출력과 발광다이오드 한 개를 사용한 출력을 비교 분석을 보여줄 것이다.
