The Influence of Mobile Marketing Features upon Customers' Intention to Permit : Focused on KaKaoTalk Plus Friends Service (모바일 마케팅 특성이 고객의 승낙의도에 미치는 영향 : 카카오톡 플러스 친구를 중심으로)

  • Advancement of mobile technology opened new business field in existing marketing area and in spirit of depression of advertisement market due to worldwide shrunken business, investment mobile advertisement market only jas a tendency to increase. In this paper I tried to know some factors to influence on the acceptance of customer to receive the referring advertisement continually through the study of 'KaKaotalk Plus Friends', a kind of marketing platform of KaKaotalk, the model killer application of Smart Phone. For this purpose I developed the research model based on Customer Value Theory and Social Exchange Theory etc. Futhermore based on these theories I studied the facts to influence on the acceptance of customer using KaKaotalk Plus Friends Service.

The Syntheses of Phthalocyanine Hybrid Derivatives and Their Properties (프탈로시아닌계 하이브리드 유도체들의 합성 및 이의 특성에 관한 연구)

  • Phthalocyanine (Pc), porphyrin, subphthalocyanine, and perylene compounds can be applicable to the fields of optical storage media, organic solar cell, LCD, PDP, semiconductor, and counterfeit money detection etc. In this study, phthalocyanine hybrid derivatives were synthesized by cross-linking perylene, subphthalocyanine, or porphyrin to the main frame of Pc. Absorbtion band of two different wavelengths appeared simultaneously in the phthalocyanine hybrid derivatives. Compared to phthalocyanine, the solubility was enhanced and the degree of Q-band shift was changed according to the kind of substitute compounds. The chemical and optical properties of samples were analyzed using FT-IR, $^1H-NMR$, and UV-Vis spectroscopic techniques.

A Numerical Study on Thermo-hydro-mechanical Coupling in Continuum Rock Mass Based on the Biot′s Consolidation Theory (Biot의 압밀 이론에 근거한 연속체 암반의 열-수리-역학 상호작용의 수치적 연구)

  • As large underground projects such as radioactive waste disposal, hot water and heat storage, and geothermal energy become influential, the study, which consider all aspects of thermics, hydraulics and mechanics would be needed. Thermo Hydro-Mechanical coupling analysis is one of the most complex numerical technique because it should be implemented with the combined three governing equations to analyze the behavior of rock mass. In this study, finite element code, which is based on Biot's consolidation theory, was developed to analyze the thermo-hydro-mechanical coupling in continuum rock mass. To verify the implemented program, one-dimensional consolidation model under the isothermal and non-isothermal conditions was analyzed and was compared with the analytic solution. The parametric study on two-dimensional consolidation was also performed and the effects of several factors such as poisson's ratio and hydraulic anisotropy on rock mass behavior were investigated. In the future, this program would be revised to be used for analysis of general discontinuous media with incorporating discrete joint model.

  • DAB(Digital Audio Broadcasting) is a new media service that can provide CD quality audio, various data service, interactive and high quality mobile communications through popular media such as terrestrial broadcasting, satellite, cable TV, and internet. In this paper, a new EPG(Electronic Program Guide) application model is proposed. The model is based on DAB and combines a DAB receiver and PCs so that it can take advantages of using various multimedia services and plenty of internet contents. The developed EPSD(EPG Provider System on DAB) has Web-based Server/Client structure and povides EPG functionalities to client PCs over internet. Therefore, the DAB receiver can be smaller and cheaper, and can develop abundant data services on internet. It can also provide high quality video services and be expected to become an important component in future home network systems.

  • Development of the digital technology made possible the Integrated media that is combined computer with information network technology. Integrated media is the data transferring method through the multimedia, and has been developed by the similar form with the human's information transferring system. For that reason, interface has been developed as the important theme, Human Computer Interaction, according to the formal development. Using interface is not activated yet for the lack of connection with various divisions and the system of the product development although interfaces formatic development is re-arranged and re-established in design. This is the try to construct new model of the interface by re-arrange of the factors for the information transferring form development on the ground of the mp3 service vending machine development. Interface is divided into logical I formatic and hardware I software for he systematic classification and also arranged so that anybody can understand. Consequently, presenting of the new integrated interface paradigm can make possible to suggest the fundamental framework that is the new direction of the design re-arranged by the integrated media.

  • The graphic novel is seemed different from comics in two aspects, visual expression and narrative value. However, they are ambiguous standards, so it needs to research each works of graphic novel deeper. Then this paper studied both of visual expression and narrative in Craig Thompson's "Habibi" that has been recognized a fine graphic novel. As the research about how the modes of expression that an American author choose on purpose to represent an arab female are related with narrative, it will get the point of narrative strategy that graphic novel can have potentially. So It studied new modes of expression as focusing on imagination of arab letters and woman growth-narrative by using Gayle Rubin's 'traffic in women' theory, and how it was related with modes of expression in graphic novel. This paper will be helpful for broadening spectrum of expression in graphic novel as comics media having own narrative form and studying graphic narrative potential.

Association Method for SCORM-based Learning Course Generation (스콤 기반 학습코스 생성을 위한 연관기법)

  • E-learning is a new paradigm of education using Internet media. E-learning is rapidly expanding, since it is not restricted by time and space. However, due to the lack of standardization in e-learning, learning contents are developed redundantly. SCORM has been proposed to address this standardization problems. The mere learning contents are shared, the higher the reusability of contents becomes. Therefore, it is needed to develop methods or tools to help educators or content producers to create a learning course easily. In this paper, we propose an association method that could help educators or content producers to efficiently generate learning courses for a subject. The association method, a learning course generation method suggested by this paper, makes use of existing learning courses and learning contents to create new learning courses suitable to a subject. The association method analyzes statistical information of leaning objects derived from existing learning courses and measures coherence between learning objects to create a learning course. The association method suggested by this paper not only supports educators or content producers for easy generation of learning course but also offers a guideline for developing learning courses.

코어-쉘 나노 입자를 포함한 고분자 박막으로 제작한 비휘발성 메모리 소자의 메모리 윈도우와 기억시간에 미치는 영향

  • 유기물과 무기물이 결합한 나노 복합체를 사용하여 제작한 비휘발성 메모리 소자는 공정이 간단하고 저렴할 뿐만 아니라 휘어짐이 가능하다는 장점 때문에 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 코어-쉘 나노 입자를 포함한 고분자 박막으로 제작한 비휘발성 메모리 소자에서 쉘의 종류와 유무에 따른 메모리 윈도우와 기억시간에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구는 아주 적다. 본 연구에서는 CdTe-CdSe 코어-쉘 나노 입자 및 CdTe 나노 입자가 Poly(9-vinylcarbazol) (PVK) 박막에 분산되어 있는 나노복합체를 기억 매체로 사용하는 비휘발성 메모리 소자들을 제작하여 쉘의 유무에 따른 메모리 윈도우와 기억시간의 변화를 관찰하였다. 소자를 제작하기 위해 두 가지의 나노 입자를 각각 PVK와 함께 톨루엔에 용해시킨 후에 초음파 교반기를 사용하여 나노입자가 PVK가 고르게 섞인 두 가지의 나노복합체를 형성하였다. 두 가지 용액을 p-Si 기판위에 스핀 코팅 방법으로 도포한 후, 열을 가해 용매를 제거하여 CdTe-CdSe 나노 입자가 PVK에 분산되어 있는 나노복합체 박막과 CdTe 나노 입자가 PVK에 분산되어 있는 나노복합체 박막을 각각 형성하였다. 나노 입자가 분산된 각각의 나노복합체 박막 위에 Al을 게이트 전극으로서 열증착하여 소자를 완성하였다. 제작된 두 소자의 정전용량-전압 (C-V) 측정을 하여 CdSe의 유무에 따른 메모리 소자에 대한 C-V 곡선의 다른 평탄 전압 이동을 관찰 하였다. 정전용량-시간 측정을 하여 CdSe 쉘의 유무에 따라 포획된 전하를 유지하는 능력에 차이가 있는 것을 관찰하였다. 측정 결과 모두 CdSe 쉘이 존재하는 메모리 소자에서 우수한 메모리 윈도우와 기억시간 특성이 나타났다. 에너지 대역도를 사용하여 소자의 전하 수송 메커니즘과 CdSe 쉘의 존재에 의해 소자의 메모리 윈도우와 기억시간 특성이 향상되는 원인을 설명 할 것이다.

a-Si:H/a-SiN:H 계면에서 각각 phosphorus로 도핑된 층이 TFT 이동도에 미치는 영향

  • 현재 AMLCD(Active Matrix Liquid Crystal Display)는 노트북, 컴퓨터, TV등 여러 영상매체에 있어 가장 많이 활용되고 있는 디스플레이로 손꼽힌다. AMLCD에 구동소자로 사용되는 a-Si:H TFT는 낮은 제조비용과 축적된 기술을 바탕으로 가장 많이 쓰이고 있다. 특히 a-Si이 가지는 소형화나 대형화의 편의성은 모바일 기기, projection TV, 광고용 패널 등 적용분야가 점점 넓어지고 있는 추세이다. 하지만 a-Si라는 물질 자체가 가지는 낮은 이동도는 더 많은 application을 위해 해결되어야 할 과제이다. 낮은 이동도는 a-Si 실리콘 원자간 결합의 불규칙성 및 무질서와 dangling bond에 의한 localize state(deep trap, band tail)의 존재 때문에 발생하며 결과적으로 TFT 소자의 특성의 저하를 가져온다. 앞선 연구에서는 carrier이동도의 개선을 위해서 첫 번째로 insulator층과 active층 사이의 계면 상태를 향상시키기 위해 insulator로 쓰이는 a-SiN층 표면에 0~18 sccm의 유량으로 phosphorus를 주입하였다. AFM분석을 해본 결과 phosphorus를 주입함으로써 계면의 roughness가 줄어드는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 이러한 계면의 roughness 감소는 표면 산란(surface scattering)및 전자 포획(trap)의 영향을 줄임으로써 이동도의 향상을 가져왔다. 두 번째로 active층으로 쓰이는 a-Si:H 층의 표면에 phosphorus를 0?9sccm의 유량으로 doping하였다. 이로 인해 channel이 형성되는 active 영역에 직접적으로 불순물을 doping됨으로써 전도도를 증가되어 이동도를 향상시켰다. 하지만 지나친 doping은 불순물 산란(impurity scattering)의 증가로 인해 이동도를 저하시키는 결과를 보여 주었다. 본 연구에서는 TFT의 이동도 향상을 위해 두 가지의 technology를 함께 적용시켜 a-SiN/a-Si:H 계면 각각에 phosphorus를 주입 및 doping을 하였다. 모든 박막은 PECVD로 제작하였으며 각 박막의 두께는 a-SiN/a-SiN(phosphorus)/a-Si:H(doped)/a-Si:H/n+ a-Si($2350{\AA}/150{\AA}/150{\AA}/1850{\AA}/150{\AA}$)으로 고정하고 유량을 변화시키면서 특성을 관찰하였다.
