Internet experience effect on Juvenile Delinquency (인터넷 경험이 청소년 비행에 미치는 영향)

  • This study set out to investigate internet experience effect on youth's delinquency. Specifically, internet experience means internet deviant behaviors and the frequency of the internet use including chatrooms, computer game, and pornography. Data came from Korea Youth Panel Survey 2007. Analysis methods hierarchical regression analysis. The major findings of this study are as follows. First, results showed that adolescents use computer every day about 2 hour 40 minutes for using internet such as chatrooms, computer game, and pornography. And 29.4% of adolescents reported internet deviance. Second, the internet use and the internet deviance influenced positively juvenile delinquency. Third, the relationship between internet use and juvenile delinquency was mediated by aggression and internet deviance. These results means that youth spend much time online every day for using internet, and engaged internet deviance. This online experience influence juvenile delinquency offline world. And limitations and implications of this study were discussed with respect to further studies.

The Effects of Customer Citizenship Behavior and Badness Behavior on Perceived Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, and Repurchase Intention (고객시민행동과 고객불량행동이 서비스품질지각과 고객만족 및 재구매의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study investigated the effects of two types of customer extra-role behavior (citizenship and badness behavior) on perceived service quality, customer satisfaction, and repurchase intention. The model was tested with a sample of sports center customers by using structural equation modeling. The findings supported the effects of customer citizenship and badness behavior, and all structural path coefficients were significant. However, the differential effects of customer citizenship and badness behavior on perceived service quality were not significant. Lastly, perceived service quality fully mediated the effects of customer citizenship and badness behavior on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. The results of the present study demonstrate that service organizations need to manage all two types of customer behavior. Further, it provides new insights into the relationships among customer's extra-role behavior, customer satisfaction, and repurchase intention.

  • This study explores the effect of the properties of digital infra on customer participation to explain how customers' initiatives impact the marketing process in the digital environment. Also the effect of the accumulated information through customers' information sharing on their initiatives in the marketing activities can be discovered. These effects can be better understood by developing comprehensive model and employing large sample empirical test. Study1 identifies the properties of digital infra which overcomes the limitations of off-line environment in customers' participation - Information openness, connectedness, community interaction and structure clarity - and how these properties activate customers' participation in the marketing process. Study2 shows the process structure of reverse marketing activities in the digital environment. These findings deliver the fact that customers' initiatives in the marketing activities will be accepted generally under the digital environment. Consequently, this study suggests some managerial implications for completely different marketing strategies in response to customers' initiatives in the marketing activities under the digital environment.

  • IT기술의 발전과 스마트기기의 대중화로 인한 정보통신기술의 눈부신 발전으로 온라인 플랫폼을 통한 식품구매 비중이 급격히 증가하여 온·오프라인의 경계를 없어지고 있다. 더군다나 COVID-19 팬데믹은 반조리식품, 밀키트 등 홈쿡(Home-cook) 온라인시장을 급격히 확산시키며 소비자 구매추세를 오프라인에서 온라인으로 완전히 바꿔놓는 전환점이 되었다. 이런 트랜드를 반영하듯 다양한 온라인 식자재 이커머스 플랫폼의 출현하면서 브랜드마다 각각의 차별점을 내세우고 있으나 경쟁은 치열해지고 차별화는 더욱 어려운 게 현실이다. 이는 기업이 소비자에게 일방향으로 정보 또는 상품 및 서비스를 제공 하는 수직적 관계가 아닌, 수평적 쌍방향 관계로의 발전으로 이어져 브랜드가 가지고 있는 가치에 대해 보다 정직하게 보여주어야 소비자의 신뢰를 얻을 수 있게 되었다(Kotler, 2017). 또한, 과거에 소비자들의 만족도가 높았던 서비스도 현재 환경에서는 소비자의 니즈를 충족시키지 못하는 경우가 증가하고 있다(조윤오, 2018). 이는 서비스에 대한 소비자의 기대와 니즈가 지속적으로 변화하고 있다는 것을 의미하며, 이에 따라 기업은 소비자들의 새로운 요구를 만족시키기 위하여 다양한 서비스를 개발 및 제공하는 것이 중요하다고 사료된다(김광재 등, 2011). 이미 높은 인지도를 가진 플랫폼일지라도 지속가능한 우위를 선점하기 어려운 상황에서 온라인 플랫폼에 대한 소비자의 긍정적인 태도와 재구매를 유도하기 위해 제품 본질 뿐 아니라 서비스 차별화를 꾀하고 있고 차별화된 포지션을 차지하기 위해 온라인 플랫폼에 대한 소비자 인식과 서비스 품질 요인을 측정하여 고객이 중시하는 요인에 집중하는 것이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 온라인 플랫폼을 통해 식자재를 구매하는 소비자의 꾸준한 방문과 구매를 유인하기 위해 어떤 변수의 영향력을 높여야 소비자 재구매의도를 증가시킬 수 있는지 방법을 모색하고 온라인 플랫폼 기업 및 스타트업의 경영전략 마련에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 식자재 구매 플랫폼 품질속성, 서비스품질 정도,, 충성도의 전반적인 영향관계를 파악하는 연구 과제를 설정하고, 식자재 이커머스 온라인 플랫폼 이용 전반에 대한 평가를 실시할 예정이다. 이러한 과정을 통해 도출된 결과는 식자재 이커머스 플랫폼 운영 전략을 세우는데 유용한 자료가 될 것이라 기대하며, 기존의 온라인 식품구매 플랫폼의 서비스품질 요인과 소비자 행동 간의 관계를 설명하는 것과는 다른 새로운 시사점을 제공할 수 있다는 측면에서 의미 있는 연구가 될 것이다. 또한, 다양한 산업에서의 플랫폼 비지니스 모델 적용을 위한 전략 수립을 하는 데에 필요한 기초자료를 마련하고자 한다.

A Study on Consumers' Continuance Intention in Live Streaming E-commerce Shopping

  • The purpose of this study is to explore the mechanisms influencing consumers' continued intention to use live-streaming e-commerce for shopping, providing strategic recommendations for businesses to optimize live-streaming activities and enhance consumers' shopping experiences. In this paper, we innovatively integrate the UTAUT2 and ECM theoretical models to construct a comprehensive research framework. This framework not only thoroughly reveals the multi-dimensional variables that affect consumers' continuous usage intentions but also delves deeply into the interrelationships among these variables. We collected data extensively through surveys and utilized the Structural Equation Modeling and Bootstrapping methods for analysis. The research results indicate that performance expectation plays a crucial role in determining the continuous usage intention; satisfaction exerts a significant mediating effect between performance expectation and four other variables concerning continuous usage intention; and expectation confirmation stands out as the most prominent factor in enhancing satisfaction.

  • Oxygen glucose deprivation/re-oxygenation (OGD/R) induces neuronal injury via mechanisms that are believed to mimic the pathways associated with brain ischemia. Stachys sieboldii Miq. (Chinese artichoke), which has been extensively used in oriental traditional medicine to treat of ischemic stroke; however, the role of S. sieboldii Miq. (SSM) in OGD/R induced neuronal injury is not yet fully understood. The present research is aimed to investigate the protective effect and possible mechanisms of SSM extract treatment in an in vitro model of OGD/R to simulate ischemia/reperfusion Injury. Pretreatment of these cells with SSM significantly attenuated OGD/R-induced production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) by increasing GPx, SOD, and decreasing MDA. SSM decreased mitochondrial damage caused by OGD/R injury and inhibited the release of cyt-c from mitochondrion to cytoplasm in SH-SY5Y cells. Furthermore, neuronal cell apoptosis caused by OGD/R injury was inhibited by SSM, and SSM could decrease apoptosis by increasing ratio of Bcl-2/Bax and inhibiting caspase signaling pathway in SH-SY5Y cells. SSM demonstrated a neuroprotective effect on the simulated cerebral ischemia in vitro model, and this effect was the inhibition of mitochondria-mediated apoptosis pathway by scavenging of ROS generation. Therefore, SSM may be a promising neuroprotective strategy against ischemic stroke.

Prediction of Rheological Properties of Cement-Based Pastes Considering the Particle Properties of Binders (결합재의 입자특성을 고려한 시멘트 기반 2성분계 페이스트의 유변특성 예측)

  • Recently, a variety of new cement-based materials have been developed, and attempts to predict the properties of these new materials are increasing. In this study, we aimed to predict the rheological properties of binary blended pastes. The cementitious materials used in the study included Portland cement (PC), fly ash (FA), blast furnace slag (BS), and silica fume (SF). The three binder components, fly ash, blast furnace slag, and silica fume, were blended with cement as the foundational composition. We predicted the yield stress and plastic viscosity of the pastes using the YODEL (Yield stress mODEL) and Krieger-Dougherty's equation. The predictive model's performance was validated by comparing it with experimental results obtained using a rheometer. When the rheological properties of the binary blended paste were predicted by reconstructing the properties and parameters used to predict the individual materials, it was evident that the predictions made using the proposed method closely matched the experimental results.

Path Analysis of Self-Esteem, Empathy, Depression, and Major Satisfaction in Nursing Students (간호대학생의 자아존중감, 공감, 우울과 전공만족도 간의 경로분석)

  • This study aimed to identify the impact of major variables such as self-esteem, empathy, and depression on major satisfaction among nursing students, construct a hypothesis model, and identify direct and indirect effects through path analysis. Data were collected from 200 nursing students between 2 March and 30 March, 2023 from two universities in C-Do, data were analyzed with SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 23.0. In the final model, self-esteem (𝛽=.29, p=.001), empathy (𝛽=.49, p=.001), and depression (𝛽=-.21, p=.032) had a direct effect on major satisfaction. Additionally, self-esteem (𝛽=.12, p=.031) had an indirect effect on major satisfaction through depression. The explanatory power of empathy, self-esteem, and depression for major satisfaction was confirmed to be 36%. Increasing self-esteem and empathy will not only directly increase major satisfaction, but indirectly lowering depression and increasing self-esteem will also increase major satisfaction. Therefore, when developing a nursing education program that increases nursing students satisfaction with their major, it is necessary to develop cognitive behavioral strategies that can increase self-esteem and empathy and reduce depression.

Enhancing Customer Loyalty in E-Commerce: The Role of Personalization Recommendation Systems and Flow State

  • This study investigates the impact of personalization recommendation systems on customer loyalty in e-commerce, focusing on the role of information presentation, system interaction, and social community functions. It examines how these elements influence flow state, word of mouth (WOM), and repurchase intention (RPI). Using structural equation modeling (SEM) and data collected from 500 respondents in SPSS and AMOS, the study finds that all three personalization aspects significantly enhance flow state, which, in turn, positively affects WOM and RPI. System interaction directly boosts both WOM and RPI, while information presentation and social community functions influence only one of these loyalty measures. Flow state mediates the relationship between personalization factors and loyalty outcomes. These findings suggest e-commerce platforms should enhance system interaction and embed social community features to foster customer loyalty.

A Study on Standardization of IISS Software for Combat Interface Information Analysis of Naval Combat Management System

  • The IISS(Integrated Interface Storage System) software performs the function of transmitting tactical domain messages of Combat Management System for interface analysis of Naval Combat System. The source code is relatively large because the IISS software handles most messages. The modifications of source code of the IISS software occur frequently due to changes in interconnected equipment and messages. Therefore, additional effort and cost are required during the development process. In this paper, we studied standardization of the IISS software to improve reusability. Through the feature model, the components of the IISS software were divided by function and modification elements were separated. And the structure of the IISS software was improved by applying design patterns. As a result, it was possible to minimize modifications of the IISS software by changes in interconnected equipment and messages and a reduction in development costs could be expected.
