Medical technology development and increase the income level of a "Long and healthy Life=Wellness," with the growing interest in actively promoting and maintaining health and wellness has become enlarged. In addition, the demand for personalized health care services is growing and extensive medical moves of big data, disease prevention, too. In this paper, the main interest in the market, highlighting wellness in order to support big data-driven healthcare quality through patient-centered medical services purposes. Patients with drug dependence treatment is not to diet but to improve disease prevention and treatment based on analysis of big data. Analysing your Tweets-daily information and wellness disease prevention and treatment, based on the purpose of the dictionary. Efficient big data analysis for node while increasing processing time experiment. Test result case of total access time efficient 26% of one node to three nodes and case of data storage is 63%, case of data aggregate is 18% efficient of one node to three nodes.

Recently, 'Government 3.0' has become the topic since the inauguration of the new government. According to Government 3.0 Promotion Master Plan, this means providing bilateral customized administrative service based on the values of opening-up, sharing, and cooperation for the individuals of the people. Currently, if disaster victims, who have private property damaged by natural disasters such as typhoon and torrential rain, want to receive disaster relief service supports such as financial support, tax cut, reduction in electric and communication charges, they have to visit each of applicable organizations and apply for the relief service supports. The application forms and procedures are so diverse and complex that disaster victims undergo many discomforts. So this thesis established the solution of residents' discomforts and the providing of practical benefits through disaster victims' one stop application for service as the research objective. Accordingly, the solution plan was concretely presented through preparing the relief service promotion strategies comprising the establishment of administrative service supporting system and the preparation of legal and institutional device, the establishment of computing system for one stop service and the reinforcement of general publicity for successful promotion of cooperation projects.

As the broadcasting programs produced by VJ are increasing, every broadcasting company has doubts as to how their program evaluations derive the objective evaluation results and proposes their own tailored program evaluation methods considering the change of the production system. The proposed quality evaluation items represent a new model in terms of the perfectness of VJ broadcasting program production and are used as a way to revise the current evaluation methods of the broadcasting companies. To derive the items which help to find the problems of VJ broadcasting programs, 30 specialists, such as PDs, VJs, and professors, are chosen as a specialist group, and the first experiment is performed to select the evaluation items of VJ broadcasting programs. Based on the result of the degree of importance of the evaluation items, 9 VJ program evaluation items are made. Also, the second experiment is performed in order to verify the proposed evaluation criteria. As a result of the experiment, the reliability of the proposed evaluation method is .939, which is proved to be significant. The selection of the quality evaluation items considering only the VJ broadcasting programs turns out to be significant as a new quality evaluation criterion.

Advances in Internet of Things Technology lead to the increasing number of daily-life things that are interconnected over the Internet. Also, several smart services are being developed by utilizing the connected things. Among the daily-life things surrounding user, the mirror can supports broad range of functionality and expandable service as it plays various roles in daily-life. Recently, various smart mirrors have been launched in certain places where people with specific goals and interests meet. However, most mirrors give the user limited information. Therefore, we designed and implemented a smart mirror that can support customized service. The proposed smart mirror utilizes information provided by other existing internet services to give user dynamic information as real_time traffic information, news, schedule, weather, etc. It also supports recommendation service based on user usage information.

Continuing education for librarians in Korea are coping with such problems as the inevitability of plans for the increasing demand for library education, needs for professional teaching personnel for the development of the curricula for the Continuing education, strategies to develop the competences of librarians for the new information ecology, designing e-learning contents for librarians, etc. In this regard, this study intends to analyze the current status of continuing education for librarians in Korea and in foreign countries. It attempts to draw some implications, and to present suggestions. It, specifically, focuses on the role of the National Library of Korea as main actor of continuing education for librarians in Korea. The suggestions made are to change the educational system with a creation of an independent institute, as it will bring up professional teaching personnel to work on continuing education for librarians, and will develop initiatives for the new educational system which embraces the changes in educational platforms.

For efficient and effective university-industry linked training programs, it is critical to design customized educational systems including various curriculums for specific needs from industries. To do that, we need to understand that the quality of collaboration between large companies and their vendors. Therefore, in this study, we provided SCQM(Supply Chain Quality Management) and QCI-SCM(Quality Collaboration Index for Supply Chain Management) to evaluate the quality levels of collaboration between large sized companies and their sub-vendors. And we tried to find the critical factors for successful SCQM and global quality management competitiveness.

In this paper, we present the design and implementation of new execution environment named Customizable Architecture for Flexible Execution Environment(CAFEs) that supports the mechanism of protocol customization and service referencing. We introduce a new concept as micro protocols and active services to enhance software reusability. Micro protocol represents a specific algorithm or functionality of existing network protocol and the active service is in charge of binding legacy application and releasing the active network oriented services. The pro-posed active network execution environment is made up of three parts, virtual network system, protocol and service manager, event engine. First, the virtual network system is used to connect each active nodes using virtual network channels which are based on multiple existing protocol layers. Second, the protocol and service manager is responsible for composing micro protocols and active services to develop new network proto-col and service easily. Finally, the event engine is used to detect the automatic transition of system components using event delegation model. To verify the CAFTs, we have an experiment about the delivery of web contents which are suitable for the user's terminals in the wireless Internet environment. As a result. we are able to obtain the availability of developed execution environment.

This study attempted to develop a beacon scanner based ward monitoring service in order to respond to the new paradigm of medical environment which is trying to introduce ICT technology as medical service to track and manage the spread path of large infectious diseases such as MERS. The study also included beacon hardware development, firmware development for the beacon low-power bluetooth 4.0, and server and web-based dashboard UI development. Using these, we have developed a customized monitoring system that provides functions such as locating patients by location based service and monitoring based on web UI. It is possible to maximize the efficiency of offline hospital services and to value active infection control and patient safety by integrating online technology into the area where online technologies such as beacons are not properly integrated.

Recent international and national research trends in landslide hazards were analyzed by performing a literature search of relevant scientific journals. For obtaining data from Korea, we used 'Information for Environmental Geology' (IEG), which covers 17 journals in the field of environmental geology. A total of 54 articles related to landslide hazards were found in 5 journals published in the period 2000-2012. The most common topic was landslide prediction or susceptibility (29 articles), followed by landslide mechanisms. For international information, we analyzed 1,851 articles from the 'Web Of Science' published from 2003 to the present. Researchers in Italy have published the greatest number of papers in this field, while papers from Korea rank first in terms of the citation index.

With the introduction of smart devices as a new channel of information distribution, the mass tourism that has been dominating the travel scene is being transformed into individual tourism. Therefore, it is more than important to establish an advanced smart tourism environment using cutting-edge ICT technologies in order to go into one of tourism developed countries. In line with that, this study draws both local and international cases to show where smart tourism stands now by mapping out problems and solutions by category. Firstly, in terms of infrastructure, establishing distribution platform and big data analyzing systems were suggested. Secondly, to fit the needs of consumers, converged tourism content and user experience based content development are in need. Lastly, in terms of governance forming public-private consultative body and incubating creative tourism companies are suggested. The study results will serve as a fruitful reference to those who want to establish business strategy related to smart tourism.
