This study empirically analyzed the factors that intensify the unequal distribution of relational goods through the decomposition of relational gaps and the actual condition of relational goods. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, the average time for forming a relationship with family members or others is 158 minutes in 24 hours a day. Second, tobit regression analysis showed that relational goods time increased as they were employed, more family members, and ownership of their home. On the other hand, relational goods decreased when they were female, double-working, aged, divorced, and increased working time. The increase in household income decreased family relational goods, but increased the time with others. Based on the results of this analysis, this study proposed reduction of working time as a way to increase the happiness by sharing the relationship with meaningful people.

This study aimed to empirically analyze the factors that influence newlyweds' housing tenure. For this, a questionnaire survey was conducted among newlyweds living nationwide who had been married for 5 years or less and were under the age of 40. The results of the survey were empirically analyzed by applying various variables. With regard to parental financial support among the factors influencing newlyweds' housing tenure, the analysis results showed that the probability of owner occupancy was high among the households with parental financial support than among those with none, and the larger the size of the parental financial support was, the higher the probability that the newlyweds owned the house they were occupying. As for the housing loan variable, it was found that the probability of owner occupancy was high among the newlyweds with a housing loan than among those with none, and the larger the amount of the newlyweds' housing loan was, the higher the probability that they owned the house they were occupying. As opposed to what is generally recognized, however, the survey showed that the higher the ratio of dual earners is, the lower the owner occupancy probability due to the probability of job transition, etc. In addition, it was found that the probability of owner occupancy for the newlyweds living in Seoul was lower than that for the newlyweds living in other regions in South Korea. Accordingly, this study showed that appropriate levels of parental economic indicators should also be reflected in the stable housing support and loan policies for newlyweds in the context that the succession to their parents' fortunes is generalized.

Survey environment has recently been changed along with its bad conditions. Surveyors feel difficult to meet respondents because the number of one person-household and working-together-household has rapidly increased. With a growing awareness of protecting personal information, respondents no longer want to response to a questionnaire. To get responses form an increasing number of non-response houses and respondents who are difficult to meet, Korea National Statistical Office(KNSO) has changed its survey methods and thus introduced new survey methods, free from face-to-face interviews. A telephone interview has officially been allowed for some reasonable situations and it shows a tendency that the trend of interviewing method is moving toward Internet survey. This paper focuses on how survey methods should be changed with the use of IT in response to changes in the survey environment. Survey methods combined with IT have many excellent advantages, Korea has been an enviable World IT contest for a long time. If Korea can apply such an advanced IT environment to survey methods successfully, it will make a great contribution toward improving the survey quality. This paper also reviews which survey method is most appropriate for National Statistics as the survey environment has changed.

This paper introduces a smart door system composed of security system and secretary system. As ratio of single households increase, the security of household became more important. Also already there were a lot of artificial intelligence secretary system based on voice called smart home technology. But It has limits. It can not work without user's requests. That mean it is not automatic. And the voice recognition depend on user's pronounce. Thus in this paper, we design and develop smart door system that is added function of security and secretary. That can inform users that there are outsider in front of their house in real time. Also that can speak information such as user's requirements, delivery and weather information using TTS. As a result they can prevent crimes and use convenient secretary system.

According to a paper on estimating and forecasting the size of the pet-related industry published in 2018, 26.9% of the nation's pet-owned households were in their 30s and one-person households, consisting only of couples, as of 2015. Regarding the social increase in single-person households and double-income couples, it is believed that the surge in neglect time and lack of training time that pets do not want is a problem. This paper conducted the development of hardware and software products for the training and management of companion animals using Lego Mind Storm. Lego mind Storm is equipped with a variety of sensors and can produce equipment to train or care pets with simple programming through easy assembly and visual scripting. It is also expected that switching to new equipment will be easy because it is well modularized. We hope that this study will help the training and management of pets when the expansion of the pet market becomes active through this study.

최근 핵가족 및 1인 가구 형태의 주거문화 가속화로 인해 독거노인 건강 및 복지문제, 맞벌이자녀의 양육문제 등이 자연스럽게 대두되기 시작하였고 원격지에 떨어져 사는 가족 구성원간의 커뮤니케이션 기회 상실로 가족 유대감이 점차 저하되면서 뿌리 깊게 이어진 우리나라의 가족 중심문화의 해체현상이 급속화 되어가고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 사회문제 해소를 위해 광대역 통신망 및 유비쿼터스 기술을 활용하여 원격지 사이의 공간을 하나로 연결하는 가상공간을 구축하여 장소, 시간에 구애 없이 멀리 떨어져 사는 가족 간에 실제 대면하듯이 커뮤니케이션을 하고 정서적 교감을 나눌 수 있는 방안 연구하고 제안하였다. 유비쿼터스 환경은 인간사회에 큰 영향을 줄 것이며, 다양한 기술이 발전하여 언제 어디서나 네트워크를 기반으로 인간과 인간, 인간과 사물 간에 통신이 가능하도록 하는 3차원 커뮤니케이션 공간을 가능하게 할 것이다. 본 연구는 이러한 3차원 커뮤니케이션을 통한 가족 간의 의사소통과 유대감을 높일 수 있도록 가상공간을 활용하는 것에 대하여 제안하였다.

대부분의 아파트의 경우 관리인들이 직접 세대를 방문하여 필요 정보를 전달하고 의견을 수렴하거나 로비층에 게시판을 활용하는 형태로 입주민에게 생활정보를 제공한다. 이런 구조와 더불어 맞벌이 가정 증가, 주간 시간 아파트 거주 인구의 감소 등으로 효과적인 정보 전달이 잘 이루어지지 않아 관리인들의 중복 방문, 정보 미 전달 가구의 민원 발생 등의 문제 또한 많이 나타나고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이런 문제들을 해결하기 위해 안드로이드 시스템과 GCM, JSP 웹을 활용하여 입주민에게 여러 가지 생활 정보를 SNS로 제공하는 시스템에 대하여 제안한다. 제안된 시스템의 경우 통신회사의 네트워크 타입에 종속되지 않는다. 또한 관리사무소는 별도의 인프라 구축이 필요 없어 중복 방문, 홍보물 제작 등의 비용을 절감할 수 있으며 입주민 또한 스마트폰에 APP을 설치하여 실시간으로 여러 생활 정보를 제공 받을 수 있다.

This study aims for the research of the local circulation in a kitchen to minimize the kitchen work load and to produce a more efficient kitchen system. This study analized the real behavior and circulation in the kitchen area and this focused on the kitchen of the working women in a dual-income family. Through the analisis, this study raised an idea that the work in the kitchen area is not in sequence, but random while the tradition idea of the kitchen system is arranged by cooking programe. Therefore, this became a reason to increase the kitchen work load ratter than the layout of the kitchen system, the cooking style and menu affected on the more kitchen load. To reduce the kitchen work load, the designeer should shorten the circulation in the kitchen area. And this is possible through the decrease distance between the sink and a kiting zone and through the wide kitchen table which is between the sink and a kiting zone.

최근 한 자녀 가정이 늘어나면서 아동의 정서적 안정을 위해 반려동물을 키우는 가정이 늘고 있다. 그러나 맞벌이, 알레르기 등 기타 요인으로 실제 동물을 키우기 힘든 환경의 가정이 많다. 본 연구에서는 인터렉티브 동물 장난감이 반려동물의 대안이 될 수 있는지 조사해 보고 그의 필요성과 발전 방향을 모색한다. 만 4세~9세 자녀를 둔 10개 가구를 대상으로 Ethnography 연구조사를 통해 다각도로 관찰하여 결론을 제시한다. 인터렉티브 동물 장난감의 외형 및 목적에 따라 두 개의 그룹으로 나누어 부모를 통한 근접 관찰 및 아동과 부모의 사전/사후 설문 등을 통해 현재 인터렉티브 동물 장난감이 아동에게 줄 수 있는 영향을 분석해 보고, 아동과 정서적 상호작용을 하는 목적으로 발전하기 위한 방향성을 제시한다.

포장이란 사람이 아이를 안전하게 감싸다라는 의미를 가진 '포'자와 겉을 아름답게 꾸민다는 의미의 '장'자가 합쳐져 만들어진 단어로 포장은 보호성, 편리성, 심미성 3가지의 목적과 기능을 가져야 한다. 세계 포장 시장은 약 1,030조원 규모이며, 국내 포장재 시장은 플라스틱 연포장(비닐포장), 용기, 지류, 금속 등 44조 2000억 원 규모로 매년 3% 이상 성장 중이다. 식품 포장은 이 중 55%를 차지하고 있으며, 과거 주로 일본 포장 전문 회사의 노하우를 채택하였지만 최근에는 한식에 맞는 포장법에 대한 연구와 개발이 활발해지고 있다. 또한 1인 가족, 핵가족, 맞벌이,노령화 등 한국 사회의 가구 형태 변화로 개별 포장의 필요성에 따라 식품 분야 포장 산업의 성장세가 급증하고 있다. 한편 식품 산업은 부가가치 창출이 최우선되는 4차 산업혁명의 가장 핵심적인 산업이 될 것이라는 통계가 나오고 있으므로 성장 가능성이 높다고 전망되고 있다. 현재는 새로운 푸드테크, 소재 개발, 소재 도입이 중요한 시기로 여겨지고 있다. 따라서 본 기고에서는 글로벌 시장에서 새롭게 떠오르고 있는 식품 포장재 기술의 발전 방향과 시장 성장단계 및 동향을 제시하고자 한다.
