우리가 상상하는 로봇의 궁극적인 형태는 인간을 닮고 인간의 행위를 모방할 수 있으며 인간의 지적능력을 갖춘 로봇으로서 많은 공상과학 영화나 소설 등에 여러 형태로 묘사 되어있다 이들은 주로 엄청난 물리적 힘과 지적 계산능력을 소유하고 있으며 인간을 주인으로 받들고 봉사하는 모습으로 그려져 왔다 이러한 모습의 로봇을 현실에서 구현한 것이 휴머노이드 로봇(humanoid robot)이다. 다시 말해 휴머노이드 로봇이란 인간의 기능을 수행 할 수 있는 궁극적인 로봇의 한 형태이다.(중략)

Space perception is generally treated as a problem relevant to the ability to recognize objects. Alternatively, the data from shape perception studies contributes to discussions about the geometry of visual space. This geometry is generally acknowledged not to be Euclidian, but instead, elliptical, hyperbolic or affine, which is to say, something that admits the distortions found in so many shape perception studies. The purpose of this review article is to understand perceived shape and the geometry of visual space in the context of visually guided action. Thus, two prominent approaches that explain the relation between perception and action were compared. It is important to understand the fundamental information of how human perceive visual space and perform visually guided action for the convergence on embodied cognition, and further on artificial intelligence researches.

현대 사회에서 테러는 국제적으로 매우 빈번하게 일어나고 있으며, 대한민국도 더 이상 테러의 안전지대가 아니라는 뉴스가 보도되고 있다. 하지만 우리에 테러의 인식에 따른 시각은 다소 편협하여 성별, 나이, 직위, 장소등 많은 부분에서 갈등을 갖으며, 또한 한반도는 남북한의 갈등으로 인한 특수성은 게릴라 전을 테러라고 인식하는 시각이 있다. 국내 특수성으로 인해 테러를 전쟁의 영역으로 보고 테러대응 전략은 국가 안보로 많이 치우쳐져 있다. 역사와 정치적으로 또한 테러는 이념대립으로 인한 전쟁으로 치우쳐 전쟁의 전략에 한 부분으로 인식 되어 왔다는 것이 사실이다.(Rumyana G., 2014) 이는 전쟁의 시각에서 테러를 잘 설명하고 있다. 한편, 테러의 개념은 시간이 지남에 따라 기존의 안보의 개념뿐 아니라 재난의 개념에서도 찾을 수 있다. "불평등한 사회에 대한 민중의 분노로 이해하여야 한다"고 스위스 진보적 사회학자 장 징글러(Jean Ziegler) 는 말하며 무고한 사람들을 타겟으로 한 정치적 목적을 이루기 위한 비합법적 무력 사용으로 보았다. 즉, 비합법적 무력사용으로 무고한 다중(Innocent people)에게 폭력을 행사한 것이다. 젠킨스와 라쿼르의 정의를 살펴보면 "테러리즘이란 폭력 혹은 폭력의 위협이다"라고 정하였다.(Jenkins 2004) 폭력이란 형법에서는 다른 사람에게 상해를 입히거나 협박하거나 하는 등의 행위와 함께 다른 사람을 감금하는 행위, 주거에 침입하는 행위, 기물의 파손 등에 대해서도 폭력이라 표현한다. 철학, 정치학 등의 학문에서는 다른 사람 또는 국가나 세력을 제압하는 힘을 일반적으로 지칭하기도 한다. 힘자랑이나 힘겨루기가 이에 속한다. 무력의 사용으로 사회에 심리적인 영향을 끼치며 사회적 파괴를 일으키는 것을 보편적 테러의 개념으로 볼 수 있다. 테러는 국가 통치 질서와 사회질서 안정에 큰 위협과 혼란을 초래하는 파괴행위의 무력행사로 국가의 재난 상황을 유발하는 인류가 만든 재난으로 볼 수 있다. 자연현상으로 발생하는 자연재해는 인류의 시점에서 재난으로 해석된다. 마찬가지로 사회현상으로 발생하는 폭력적 파괴행위에 대한 피해는 인류의 시점에서 재난의 현상으로 해석 되어야 한다. 과학기술이 발달하면서 첨단기술을 이용한 폭력행위와 파괴의 두려움은 정보통신 기술의 발달로 두려움의 전파 속도도 빨라 질 것이다. 따라서 테러행위의 극복을 위해서는 테러를 인적재난(Man-made Disaster)로 보고 재난의 범주로 포함하여 미래의 테러를 위한 대비전략을 수립해야 할 것이다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 학계의 학자들과 기관 및 민간 의 전문기관들에 따른 테러의 정의를 분석하고 재난정의를 고찰하여 시사점을 제시하고, 대테러 대비 전략의 방향에 기틀을 마련하고자 테러정의를 도출하였습니다.

This experimental study examines whether paralinguistic behavior is a deception cue in an interrogation. 92 college students participated in an experiment and were randomly assigned to two conditions. Participant were then asked to take the money or not to take the money according to the condition they were assigned. Then participants had a face-to-face interrogation. During the interrogation, participants' paralinguistic behavior was recorded and used for coding and analysis. Results reveal that participants' paralinguistic behaviors differ depending on question types and deceptive paralinguistic cues are speech speed and fillers for the closed critical question and response latency, response length, and fillers for the open critical question. These findings implicate that part of paralinguistic behavior could be a deception cue and thus these cues might be applicable to deception detection in real world criminal investigations.

This study is to criticize whether festivals as cultural activities form cultural values by questioning about the animal cruelty in Korean festivals. Changes in the social awareness of animals and the viewpoint that shifted from human-centered thinking to values of the environment and life served as an opportunity to look back on animals. This study looked at festivals using animals in Korea and especially analyzed the four major animal festivals that have been criticized. A qualitative study method interpreting opinions, evaluations, alternatives, and arguments of cultural tourism and animal rights experts was implemented by conducting interviews with experts of cultural tourism and animal rights, who have conflicting views about animal festivals. The primary topic of discussion is a sharp criticism that 'sales of products based on innocence' is a commercialized cultural value. The expression that 'wrongful traditions do not need to be protected' is an escape from the customary memory of traditions that do not create cultural values. The act of stopping the long malpractice of traditional animal violence is the very act of creating 'cultural values.'

성공적인 의사소통의 경우에 성(性)이, 이(理)와 명(命)으로 나타난 것이 같다. 진리(aletheia)가, 언어(logos)와 운명(moira)으로 나타난 것들이 일치하는 것이 성공적인 언화행위가 된다. 측정대상(melos)과 본체(ousia)가 구분되는 것은 언어와 운명의 괴리가 있을 수 있기 때문이다. 체계적인 언어처리의 지식기반을 측정대상에 한정한다. (1) 철학의 시작은 더 옳은 언어표현의 정의(definition)로 이전의 잘못 사용된 언어처리를 대체시키는 것으로 소크라테스는 보았다. [R. Crossman] (2)잘못을 지적하는 등에(Tabanidae)의 역할과 옳은 지식의 상기를 돕는 산파법(maieutics)이 소크라테스의 의미분석의 방법이다. [R. Crossman] (3) 언어를 통하여 진리를 추구한다는 입장(via language)에서 한 언어표현이 그 진리의 운명으로 나타남과 어긋날 때, 운명을 택하는 것은 조화 보다 더 안정의 우위를 인정하는 논리적인 입장으로 합리성 보다 실용(pragma)의 우위를 인정하는 것이다. [W. Quine] (4) 공동체의 공통규범의 추구는 그 언어 속의 공통의 형식 또는 법칙의 추구에 기초하는 것이 자연스럽다. 여기에서 그 언어사용은 그 기저의 법칙(underlying rule)에 개입한다는 입장에 기초한다. [J. Searle] (5) 진리의 언어표현과 운명적인 사태들 사이의 괴리를 처리하기 위하여 체계적인 언어표현의 대상(The Young Tableaux)과 실제(The continuum)의 구분을 수용한다. [AMS(2000)]언어표현의 대상은 나타난 것(顯)이고 실제에는 나타나지 않은 것도 있다. [伊川, 明道] (6) 이 나타난 것과 나타나지 않은 것에 간격이 없다는 것(顯微無間)은 그 의사소통이 성공적인 것이라는 것을 말한다. 따라서 그 언어의 표현완전성(functional completeness)은 언화행위가 성공적이라는 것이다. [J. Searle] (7) 수로 쓰인 것(象數)과 시로 쓰인 것(義理)이 하나인 것은 그 나타난 것과 나타나지 않은 것들 사이에 어떠한 틈도 없음을 말한다. [成中英] (8) 공통의 규범의 공통성 속에 규범적인 측면이 벌써 있다. 공통성에서 개인적이 아닌 공적인 규범으로의 전이는 규범, 가치, 규칙, 과정, 제도로의 전이라고 본다. [C. Morrison] (9) 우리의 언어사용에 신비적인 요소를 부인할 수가 없다. 넓은 의미의 발화의미(utterance meaning) 속에 신비적인 요소나 애정표시도 수용된다. 의미분석은 지금 한글을 연구하고, 그 결과에 의존하여서 우리의 실제의 생활에 사용하는 $\boxDr$한국어사전$\boxUl$등을 만드는 과정에서, 어떤 의미에서 실험되었다고 말할 수가 있는 언어과학의 연구의 결과에 의존하여서 수행되는 철학적인 작업이다. 여기에서는 하나의 철학적인 연구의 시작으로 받아들여지는 이 의미분석의 문제를 반성하여 본다.

It is widely recognized that human beings have moral responsibility for their actions because they have free will to choose and control their acts. Unlike natural phenomena, however, human acts cannot be interpreted with simple, visible ones. Human acts are quite different from natural phenomena because they come about through a number of complicated, invisible phases taking place in our mind. In addition, human actions are under the influence of internal and external factors. Those various internal and external factors are divided into four sectors as follows; (1) the factors that can fall under control of our free will, (2) the factors in the interim phase that could come under our control, (3) the factors that are partially determined that we cannot choose or control over, and (4) the factors that completely determined, and can't be chosen or controlled. we have to pay attention to the fact that we can choose or control the internal and external factors that influence human action. However, there are still factors that are impossible to choose or control with our will. So it is highly unreasonable to hold accountable for actors by means of the factors that can't be chosen or controlled. Hence, the society should be also accountable for the acts of actors influenced by heredity and environment. For this, Politics should affect the external, undesirable, and uncontrollable factors beyond actors power. Education has to exert its influence over the internal and genetic factors by instilling sound values in human mind, too. It is because happy and desirable future will be possible by giving equal opportunities to us including the youth.
