A Study of Improvement on Pedestrian Level of Service by Pedestrian Satisfaction - Focused on Lower Floor Building Use in Seoul - (보행만족도에 따른 보행서비스수준 지표개선 - 서울시 저층부 용도를 대상으로 -)

  • The main purpose of this study is to discriminate the pedestrian environment by simple calculation such as using the matrix from pedestrian level of service. However, the general use of pedestrian level of service cannot discriminate the environment of footpaths, especially in Seoul. Most of the passages in Seoul are showing level A, which means most passages are spacious, but pedestrians don't agree that passages are wide enough to walk. In conclusion, comparing the pedestrian level of service with pedestrian satisfaction in different circumstances such as use of building in lower floors. Test areas are 1,157 spots in Seoul. First, The new pedestrian level of service shows equally in all spots. Second, spots where the highest pedestrian satisfaction are mostly in level B or level C, thus planning the walkways in future, level B or level C is recommended in most cases.

  • The usability evaluation of the remote fluid monitoring device, which was introduced to reduce the work of nurses and increase the efficiency, was performed due to the expansion of the non-face-to-face medical system. Remote fluid monitoring is a fusion of various technologies such as fluid measurement and analysis, error correction technology, and transmission technology. The range of use by users, the information they want to obtain, and the control device, etc. are wide, and the factors that evaluate the product are also diverse. Therefore, it is difficult to improve the product through evaluation. In this study, a quantitative index was developed to help improve the product for commercialization by conducting 20 usability evaluations in three areas of product stability, operability, and satisfaction with the remote sap monitoring system device. It was performed through infrared and load cell-type sap monitoring devices. In terms of stability, there was a difference in installation work such as fixing the pole of the device, and high satisfaction was shown for operability and accuracy. In terms of product satisfaction, the satisfaction of load cell devices was generally high.

Comparative Study of Information Literacy Education and Librarian Teacher Evaluation Index in Teachers' Competency Development Evaluation (정보활용교육 주요 토픽과 교원능력개발평가 사서교사 평가지표 비교 연구)

  • This study aimed to compare and analyze librarian teacher evaluation index from evaluation of teachers' competency development with the the topics of information utilization education. To this end, LDA topic modeling was conducted by collecting papers related to information utilization education published in four major journals in the field of literature and information from 1995 to May 2022. As a result of topic modeling, it can be seen that information utilization education (T10) was the most actively discussed at 12.0% of the 20 topics, followed by library utilization classes (T2) 10.4% and user service (T3) 8.8%.On the other hand, 3.3% of reading discussion (T7), 2.9% of reading education (T19), 2.1% of manpower management (T13), and 2.1% of librarian teacher job satisfaction (T17) showed the lowest distributions 3.3%, 2.9%, 2.1%, and 2.1%, respectively. In addition, although librarian teacher's class model development (T1) and curriculum development (T20) are essential processes for collaborative classes and information utilization education, they were not reflected in the current teacher competency development evaluation index. Therefore, this study proposed that 'instructional model and curriculum development' indicator should be added on 'training and support classes' factors in the Librarian Teacher Evaluation Index in Teachers' Competency Development Evaluation for further evaluation.

  • 교수학습 성과지표의 측정을 위해서 봉 연구 통해 개발한 도구를 기관이나 개인의 교수학습 상황 진단에 적용할 수 있을 것이다. 교수 학습의 측정지표를 개발하고 이를 활용하고자 하는 목적은 사회변화에 부합되는 교수학습을 통해 교수학습의 질적 제고를 꾀하고 고객만족을 통해 대학의 위상을 제고하기 위함이다. 측정결과는 대학의 교수학습의 성과를 시대변화에 부합되도록 업그레이드시키고, 교수학습의 동기부여 차원에서 측정결과가 우수한 교수를 발굴하여 적절한 보상을 하여 창의적 교수법이 확산될 수 있도록 유도할 수도 있을 것이다. 이울러 구성원의 업적평가에 반영할 수도 있을 것이다.

  • 프로젝트는 계획된 시간과 예산 범위 내에서 최적의 자원을 활용하여 사용자가 만족할 만한 수준의 품질을 구현하여 성공적으로 종료함을 그 목적으로 하고 있으나, 근래 금융권을 중심으로 수행되고 있는 차세대 프로젝트는 사업 범위 및 연계 시스템이 방대하여 성공적 오픈을 쉽게 보장할 수 없는 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 금융권 차세대 프로젝트를 중심으로 활용되어 성공적인 오픈에 기여한 핵심 품질 지표 대시보드 사례를 분석하고 이를 통해 핵심 품질 지표의 식별과 대시보드의 활용의 필요성 등에 대한 당위성 등을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구의 성과는 금융권 차세대 프로젝트를 참조로 하여 추후 다양한 프로젝트가 보다 완벽한 품질을 확보한 상태에서 안정적으로 시스템을 오픈할 수 있도록 기여하는데 있다.

  • This research proposed leader's supervisory behavior as antecedent variables of salesperson's job satisfaction which had been not tested at Brown and Peterson's (1993) empirical study and used organization citizenship as consequences of job satisfaction which was widely tested at the organization related literatures. According to research outcomes, leader behavior influence job satisfaction and organizational citizenship was turned out. to be outcome of salesperson's job satisfaction. But, on the contrary to our expectation, organizational citizenship has nothing to do with salesperson's intention to stay organization. Thus, it could be said that salesperson's intention to stay and organizational citizenship were mutually exclusive outcomes variables of job satisfaction and there is no causal relationship between these two constructs. Also, as it was to be in Brown and Peterson's (1993) empirical study, it was confirmed that leader's supervisory behavior influences commitment and citizenship behavior indirectly through salesperson's job satisfaction. We proposed that sales managers concern about salesperson's job satisfaction and commitment to prevent salespersons from turnover. Especially, commitment to organization is turned out to be very important factor in salesperson management in considering that it influences salesperson's intention to stay and accommodates salesperson's prosocial behavior.

  • With the coronavirus outbreak in China at the end of 2019, a global pandemic, most universities held non-face-to-face classes in the spring of 2020. One of the difficulties experienced by universities that abruptly conducted non-face-to-face education was management of the quality of education. Therefore, this study compared and analyzed how the existing indicators used to measure the quality of education in a non-face-to-face education environment changed. The results of the survey on the degree of adaptation and satisfaction of the lecture held at Handong University in the spring of 2020 were compared and analyzed with the previous data of the same lecturer. Overall, both class adaptation and satisfaction scores were found to be similar or slightly higher than before. Compared to lectures conducted by uploading recorded lectures, lectures conducted in real time had higher scores on all satisfaction survey questions. There was no significant change in satisfaction depending on the number of participants and the teacher's previous online lecture experience.

  • 비홍수기 하천유량관리는 정해진 기준 이상으로 유량을 유지하는 데 목적을 두며 유량관리를 위한 기준유량으로는 하천유지유량이나 하천관리유량이 주로 사용되고 있다. 이들 기준유량과 함께 최근에는 하천 유량 변화를 효과적으로 파악하고 유량변화에 따른 갈수상황을 객관적으로 판단하기 위한 의사결정 도구로 갈수지표가 활용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 낙동강 주요 홍수예보지점의 하나인 진동지점을 대상으로 유량자료를 수집하고 갈수지표를 이용한 유량평가를 실시하였다. 다양한 갈수지표 중 특정기간을 대상으로 일정시간 가장 낮은 유량을 갈수지표로 활용하는 기법과 동일기간 유량자료의 저유량백분위 기준을 적용하여 이를 갈수임계값으로 활용하는 기법을 적용하였다. 전자는 7Q10(Singh, 1974)이 대표적이며 이는 10년 중 가장 낮은 값을 갖는 7일의 유량이 갈수의 기준이 된다. 본 연구에서는 7Q10의 기간을 20년으로 확대한 7Q20을 적용하였다. 후자는 WMO(2008)에서 적용된 바 있으며 본 연구에서는 1~12월의 월별 저유량90분위(Q90)를 갈수임계값으로 선정하였다. 신뢰할 수 있는 장기유량자료의 활용을 위해 "장기 수문자료 검증 및 평가연구"(한강홍수통제소, 2011)를 통해 수정, 보완된 진동지점의 과거 20년간(1994~2013) 유량자료를 활용하였으며 갈수지표와 함께 유량관리를 위한 기준유량으로 활용되는 하천유지유량(2006년 고시)과 하천관리유량(2013년 기준)의 유량만족도를 비교하였다. 과거 가뭄발생 및 제한급수시기, 강수량 등과 비교했을 때 월별 갈수임계값(Q90)을 갈수지표로 활용한 경우가 갈수관리에 효과적이라 판단되었다. 해당 기법은 통계학적 유의성을 갖기 위해서 장기수문자료의 활용이 필요하나 유량의 시계열 변동특성 반영이 가능하므로 우리나라와 같이 갈수기와 홍수기의 구분이 명확하고 하상계수가 큰 지역에서는 장점을 갖는 것으로 판단된다.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze service quality factors that affect user satisfaction of NDSL Open Service (NOS) and to improve standards of open service for sharing information through the user satisfaction survey. User satisfaction indexes were developed to measure the all aspects of the NOS services. The quality index, satisfaction index, and performance index were identified in this survey. According to the survey findings, the levels of social quality and social satisfaction are relatively high, this shows the positive evaluation and expectation of researchers for open services. However, relatively low level is identified in area of service process quality. Therefore, NOS requires method to help easily take advantage of OpenAPI and strategy to increase service process satisfaction and service environment satisfaction.
