  • 방대한 양의 의료 데이터를 이용하여 함축적이며 특정 주제 혹은 부서 단위에 적합한 원무 데이터마트를 구축하고자 한다. 먼저 다양한 정보를 사용자의 요구에 따라 체계적으로 분석하고 설계하여 원무관리를 위한 데이터마트를 구축하고, OLAP 기반의 의사결정지원시스템을 개발하여 원무 관리자나 최고 경영자의 의사결정에 도움을 주는 한편, 이를 통해 가치 있는 정보를 추출함으로써 경영활동을 돕고 분석된 내용을 토대로 마케팅에 활용할 수 있도록 의미 있는 데이터를 제공하고자 한다.

  • 본 사례는 국내 렌터카 시장에서 시장점유율과 매출액에서 최고의 위치에 있는 금호렌터카의 성공요인에 대해 분석하였다. 금호렌터카가 렌터카 시장에서 대표기업으로 부상한 주요 성공요인은 고객만족을 중시하는 경영에 있음에 주목하여 금호렌터카의 고객만족 경영방식을 상세히 고찰하고 시사점을 제시하였다. 분석을 위해 금호렌터카의 고객만족 경영을 첫째, 고객의 욕구를 파악하는 것을 중심으로 하는 고객관계관리 측면과, 둘째 서비스 품질통제를 위한 서비스 프로세스 관리의 측면으로 나누어 살펴보았다.

An Analysis of the Effects of Small Business CEO's Competence Types on Business Performance (소기업CEO의 역량유형별 기업성과 영향분석)

  • This study analyzed the effects of small business CEO's competencies type on business performance. For this purpose, 4 independent variables(strategic, marketing, management and network competencies) and 2 dependent variables(financial and non-financial performance) were used. 220 data were collected from the field survey questionnaires administered to a convenience sample of small business CEO. For hypothesis testing, the IBM SPSS Statistics 24.0 was used. Frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis were conducted. Empirical studies showed as follows. First, this study showed that the four competencies were significant to financial performance and the three competencies(except management competencies) were significant to non-financial performance. The higher small business CEO's competencies, the more likely it affects both the financial and non-financial performance of the company. Second, effects of small business CEO's competencies on financial performance were analyzed in order of network competencies > management competencies > strategic competencies > marketing competencies. Third, effects of small business CEO's competencies on non-financial performance were analyzed in order of network competencies > marketing competencies > strategic competencies. These findings had some implications. In academia, the impact forces of 4 small business CEO's competencies were analyzed for the first time. In practices, successful start-ups or sustainable management requires an interest in the active enhancement of small business CEO's competencies.

  • In retail industry, it has been a major focus of marketing to identify and manage loyal customers effectively. Being established as a mature distribution channel, Internet retailing has launched various one-to-one marketing efforts and enjoyed much more fruitful outcome because it is founded on digitally enabled infrastructure. As more complicated and crowded transactions are expected, Internet retailing is in need of electronically available customer management services. This research presents architectural design of Web services for loyal customer management in Internet retailing. The fundamental models of the services are based on traditional RFM analysis. The Web services provide various agents that automate complicated loyal customer management tasks. beadily available Web services are expected to easily integrate into existing applications of any electronic retailers.

The effects of propensity of conspicuous consumption and impression management on consumer choice between hedonic and utilitarian goods: Focusing on Kakao Talk mobile gift-giving (소비자의 과시적 소비성향과 인상관리 수준에 따른 쾌락재와 실용재의 선택: 카카오톡 선물하기를 중심으로)

  • This study presents product marketing strategy for mobile gift-giving by recognizing how consumers' propensity of conspicuous consumption and level of impression management affect the choice between hedonic goods and utilitarian goods. Data were collected through an online survey, and logistic regression analysis was performed using SPSS 23.0. The result of this study showed that people with high propensity of conspicuous consumption chose hedonic goods more than utilitarian goods in mobile gift-giving regardless of the level of impression management. On the other hand, those who with low propensity of conspicuous consumption chose utilitarian goods more than hedonic goods when the level of impression management was low, while these was no difference in choice between hedonic and utilitarian goods when the level of impression management was high. This study proposes to advertise in consideration of consumers' propensity of conspicuous consumption and impression management in marketing mobile gift products, especially for hedonic goods. Advertisements can appeal to consumers by using the desire to recognition or show off. Furthermore, further research can be conducted in consideration of other factors affecting gift behavior and expanding the age group.

Impact of Transformational Leadership and Internal Marketing on Management Performance with the Mediation of Job Satisfaction and Customer Orientation: Focus on Clothing Store Managers (변혁적 리더십, 내부마케팅이 구성원들의 직무만족, 고객지향성을 매개로 경영성과에 미치는 영향: 의류매장 관리자를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine how the variables of managerial competencies, namely transformational leadership, internal marketing, and structural influences, affect managerial performance through job satisfaction and customer orientation, by focusing on managers of clothing stores. Furthermore, the study aims to draw implications in connection with academic or practical start-ups that can improve management performance. Through examples of transformational leadership, internal marketing, and management performance of the previous study, the significance of the study is further stressed. Also, based on the previous study, this study empirically analyzes what results can be expected, focusing on managers of retail clothing stores, department stores, franchise stores, etc. In this study, we conduct an empirical analysis of 305 managers of retail clothing stores, department stores, franchise stores, etc. Because the results of the empirical analysis are from experiments at clothing stores first, it is found that managers' transformational leadership must go through a mediating effect process, which is job satisfaction for management performance. Second, it is found that transformational leadership must also go through a mediating effect process, which is customer orientation for management performance. Third, it is found that internal marketing must also go through a mediating effect process, which is job satisfaction for management performance. Therefore, as the researcher sought to verify, there is a complete mediating effect in retail clothing stores, department stores, franchise stores, etc., and it is confirmed that its role is significant. A study on whether or not entrepreneurship, as a control variable, affects business performance is conducted to find the statistical values that can be determine management performance when managers of retail clothing stores, department stores, and franchise stores answer entrepreneurial surveys with education- and knowledge-intensive backgrounds. As a result, with the statistical figures, it is confirmed that the managers are striving to improve their management performance based on their education- and knowledge-intensive backgrounds. Based on the research results, this study tried to test the parameters that can improve the management performance through empirical analysis centering on managers, Furthermore, the study attempted to draw implications for academic, practical, and start-ups that can improve management performance.

  • This study explores ways in which Korean companies manage a brand to become a long-run success. In particular, this study focuses on Chamisul, analyzing its marketing strategy, examining its brand life-cycle in terms of introduction, growth, and renewal. Chamisul, first introduced in 1998, has occupied the Korean liquor market as a leading brand for almost a decade. Chamisul's long-run success, in fact, depends upon a number of reasons; first, it has consistently and continuously keeps its own core brand concept and identity. Second, it has built its brand asset by strengthening its emotional ties with customers. The emotional connection that Chamisul has built is based upon the trust between the company who produces the product and the customers who recognize the benefit of drinking Chamisul. Third, the company creates various brand differentiation programs, thereby allowing its customer to get familier with the brand. Finally, the company sets up a clear management standard in Korean liquar market in order to maintain the vitality of the brand, managing Chamisul in accordance with the standard. Seen in this light, Chamisul's success reflects the marketing activities and strategies that play a fundamental role in creating and maintaining a long-run brand. Similarly, its success can be seen to be a model for brand management, telling us how to become a market leader through an effective brand management.

  • Online firms collect consumers' private information, which serves as a valuable database for marketing activities. In order to encourage consumers to provide their private information, online firms offer high quality websites for consumers who provide private information. However, identity theft, phishing, and pharming, become critical social issues, consumers started to avoid providing their private information to online firms. Thus, consumers often provide false or limited information, which lacks value for practical use for the online firms. The main issue raised in this study is to discuss how online marketing activities has influence on consumers attitude and information providing behavior. From the result, this paper found that websites reputation had greatest impact on willingness of providing information. Also this study revealed that unauthorized use is the key factor for increasing distrust and avoidance of providing information.

한국 해외직접투자기업의 전략적 통제에 관한 연구 -내부자원 상호의존성,과업환경불확실성,해외직접투자회사 소유지분을 중심으로-

  • 범세계적 환경에서 시스템 전체가 대응하는 단일조직으로 국제기업의 기본 틀을 유지하면 서 해외자회사를 효율적으로 통제하는 것은 국제기업의 의사결정과점에서 고려되어야 할 중요한 과제이다. 또한 한국기업의 국제화가 성숙되고 있는 현시점에서 볼 때 진출초기단계의 의사결정문제에서 벗어나 실행된 투자에 대한 사후 관리적 측면에 대한 연구의 필요성이 증 가하고 있다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구는 한국기업 해외자회사를 대상으로 모-자회사간의 의 사결정과정에서 발생되는 자원준거요인, 상황요인, 해외직접투자 요인에 의한 전략적 통제문제에 관해 실증 분석하였다. 연구의 분석결과, 모회사와 해외자회사 내부자원의 상호의존성이 높으면 높을수록 해외자 회사에 대한 모회사의 전략적 통제는 높을 것이라는 가설검정결과, 고통제집단의 경우, 재무 마케팅 기술 국제경영능력으로 측정된 내부능력에 있어 모두 높은 정의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 분석되었고, 저통제집단의 경우 국제경영능력을 제외한 3개 부분에서는 상관관 계를 보이지 않아, 연구가설의 이론적 예상을 부분적으로 반영하고 있다. 둘째, 해외자회사의 과업환경의 불확실성이 높을수록 해외자회사에 대한 모회사의 전략적 통제는 낮을 것이라는 가설검증결과, 환경의 불확실성이 높은 집단이 낮은 집단 보다 인사 마케팅 생산 재무 등의 4개 부문 모두에서 상대적으로 모기업의 통제가 낮게 나타났지만 생산부문은 통계적으로도 유의하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 과업환경의 불확실성이 높을수록 모회사의 전략적 통제는 낮다는 이론적 예상을 부분적으로 반영하고 있다. 셋째, 해외자회사의 소유지분과 전략적 통제사이에는 유의 적인 상관관계가 존재할 것이라 는 가설의 검증결과는, 마케팅 분야에서만 완전소유 자회사가 다수소유 자회사보다 모회사의 통제의 정도가 상대적으로 높은 것으로 나타났지만 통계적으로 유의하지 않게 나타났다.
