The error performance of BPSK and QPSK signals in mobile satellite channel is investigated considering nonlinearity of TWTA (Traveling Wave Tube Amplifier) in the presence of AWGN(Additive White Gaussian Noise) on the uplink and downlink paths. It is assumed that the fading on the downlink path forms a Rician distribution. The Rician distribution is approximated by discrete probability values. The values are firstly found by Classical Moment Technique. Finally, the error probability is evaluated using approximate discrete values of Rician distribution and the Gaussian Quadrature Formula.

본 논문은 검색엔진을 이용하여 대상 웹사이트의 링크 사이트 전체를 수집하고, 각 링크 사이트의 페이지를 인덱싱하여 데이터베이스화하는데, 특히 가장 최신의 페이지를 분류하여 시간에 의해 검색단어의 정확도가 가려지는 경우, 이를 이용할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 논문은 검색엔진에 의해 검색 서비스를 제공하는 기본적인 웹 로봇의 구현에 대한 연구이며, 웹 로봇의 역할은 크게 링크 사이트를 수집하는 것 이외에 제목, 메타태그, 멀티미디어 다운로드등의 역할들을 수행하며 이를 인덱싱 하여 데이터베이스화한다.

Upon introducing satellite communication system to korea, one of the important problems to copy with is the effect from the probable intentional interference i. e. jamming. In this paper, we have considered the M any PSK signal and the soft limiter type, which contains hard limiter, nonhnear satellite transponder in environments of uplink tone or noise jamming plus Gaussian noise and downlink Gaussian noise. Using the derived error rate equation, we have evaluated numerically the error performance of BPSK and QPSK system, and shown in figures in terms of upink and downink earner to jamming rater(CJR) and limiting level. From the results we have known that tone jamming effect on the error performance in BPSK and QPSK signals in nonlinear satelhie shnnel become less with increasing the uplink CNR and with decreasing the liniting level. And in a tone jamming, the limiting level affects hardly on the error performance of both BPSK and QPSK signals. When limiting leveri is zero, BPSK and QPSK signals show the best error rate performance.

네트워크기술의 발달로 인하여 인터넷 이용자의 급증과 함께 그에 따른 정보를 제공하기 위한 인터넷 홈페이지도 기하급수적으로 증가하게 되었다. 인터넷 홈페이지의 운영 기간이 증가함에 따라 홈페이지를 구성하는 웹 문서와 웹 컨텐츠의 수도 증가하게 된다. 따라서, 이러한 웹 문서와 웹 컨텐츠에 대한 관리를 위하여 WCMS(Web Contents Management System)이 도입되고 있지만, WCMS에서는 웹 컨텐츠의 생성, 출판, 관리가 주요 기능으로, 웹 컨텐츠의 사용 횟수, 웹 문서의 다운로드 속도, 웹 문서 다운로드 용량, 데드 링크 여부 등을 분석하고 관리해 주는 소프트웨어가 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 웹 문서를 시각적으로 분석하여 웹 컨텐츠를 추출하고 웹 문서 내에서의 웹 컨텐츠 위치 및 크기를 분석한 후, 웹 컨텐츠의 연결 가능 여부를 분석하여 데드링크일 경우, 시각화하고, 웹 컨텐츠가 얼마나 사용되는지 등 홈페이지를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 구조 분석 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

3GPP는 사용자의 다운링크 패킷 데이터 Throughput을 높이고,NodeB에 MAC계층을 위치시켜, 사용자의 스케줄링과 재전송을 담당하게 함으로써, 다운링크 패킷의 전송 지연을 감소시키는 HSDPA(High Speed Data Packet Access)기술을 Release 5에서 도입하였다. NodeB에 위치한 MAC-hs 스케줄러는 각각의 사용자에게 가용한 NodeB의 RF power와 code 자원을 제공하며, R99에서 사용했던 Power control을 이용하는 대신, AMC(Adaptive Modulation and Coding)기능을 제공하여 Radio conditions에 따라 전송되는 Data Format을 조정하여 채널환경이 좋은 사용자에게는 높은 data Throughput을 제공하며, 채널환경이 좋지 않은 사용자에게는 낮은 data throughput을 제공하고 있다. 본 고에서는 매 TTI에 스케줄링된 사용자에게 제공하고도, RF power 및 code 자원이 남아 있을 경우, 스케줄러는 남은 자원을 각각의 사용자에게 재 분배하여, 초기에 추정한 HSDPA Throughput보다 향상된 성능을 갖을 수 있음을 설명하였다.

Because LEO (Low Earth Orbit) satellite has very limited contact time between satellite and ground station, all telemetry data generated on satellite are stored in a mass memory and transmitted to the ground during the contact time. There are two downlink modes, real-time mode and playback mode. Only real-time data frames are transmitted to the ground in real-time mode, real-time and playback data frames stored into mass memory are transmitted to the ground in playback mode. In accordance with the data transmission rate, there are two downlink rates, low downlink rate and high downlink rate. This paper briefly introduces downlink interfaces and flight software of a LEO satellite developed in KARI. And it presents the telemetry storage method, real-time and playback downlink management method, and downlink channel and rate control method.

The satellite 2.1 GHz frequency bands, 1980-2010 MHz and 2170-2200MHz are allocated for mobile satellite service including satellite IMT, while it does not preclude the use of these bands for mobile services. The concept of an integrated satellite/terrestrial network has been introduced in worldwide because the terrestrial use in these bands adjacent to existing terrestrial IMT bands is attractive to provide mobile broadband services. The integrated satellite/terrestrial infrastructure with a high degree of spectrum utilization efficiency has the ability to provide both multimedia broadband services and public protection and disaster relief solutions. In addition, it is required to consider interference issues between the terrestrial and satellite components in order to reuse the same frequency band to both satellite and terrestrial component. This paper analyzes the interference for satellite downlink in the satellite/terrestrial integrated system and presents the interference mitigation techniques for satellite mobile earth station interfered by terrestrial base stations.

The error rate equation fo DS-BPSK(Direct Sequence Binary Phase Shift Keying) signal transmitted through the nonlinear satellite transponder has been derived in the cochannel interference and downlink Gaussian noise environment. The input to the satellite transponder is the superposition of DS-BPSK signal with one interfere which is a cochannel wide-band PN signal. The error rate performance of DS-BPSK system has been evaluated and shown in figures in terms of carrier to interference power ratio(CIR), downlink signal to noise power ratio(downlink SNR) and process gain. In the analysis, it has been shown that the use of a hard limiter in DS-BPSK satellite system leads to the generation of narrow-band intermodulation products which is independent of the process gain. Also it is known that the error rate performance can be improved in the low levels (below 10dB) of CIR as the CIR increase. As the process gain varies from 10 to 100 the curve gives the about 10 dB gain in downlink SNR to maintain a fixed error rate.

해양수산부가 구축한 초고속 해상무선통신망(LTE-Maritime)은 연안으로부터 최대 100km 해역을 항해하는 선박들에게 지능형 해상교통정보서비스(e-Nav)를 제공하기 위한 기반 통신 인프라다. 선박에서 e-Nav 서비스를 제공받기 위해 LTE-M. 무선설비는 선내 고정 설치되어 유선으로 연결된 표시장치와 연동이 필요하다. 이는 공간이 협소하고 밀폐된 소형선박에 설치의 어려움뿐 아니라 선내 센서를 비롯한 다양한 IoT 기기 등과의 연결성에 제약을 줄 수 있다. 또한 선박이 육상의 LTE-M. 기지국과 멀리 떨어질 경우, 다운링크에 비해 업링크 통신품질이 상대적으로 취약해져 긴급 조난 신호를 비롯한 위험상황의 전달에 문제가 발생될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 LTE-M. 망의 무선설비 다각화 사업으로 추진·개발된 소형선용 WiFi 및 업링크 향상용 무선설비의 실해역 성능 시험 방안을 고찰하여, 선내 WiFi 무선 품질을 평가하기 위한 성능 지표를 비롯해 업링크 통신속도 개선 등을 확인하기 위한 상호운용성 성능 시험 방안을 제시하고자 한다.
