초고층 건축물 건축허가 시 주변대지의 안전까지 검토하는 안전영향평가제도를 도입하는 등 건축물 안전제도가 국민체감형으로 개선된다. 또한 2층 이하 소규모 건축물에도 불에 타지 않는 내부마감재료 기준이 적용되고 다중이용건축물의 범위가 연면적 $5,000m^2$ 이상에서 $1,000m^2$ 이상으로 확대된다. 국토교통부(장관 유일호)는 지난해 발생한 경주 마우나리조트 붕괴사고 등이 재발하지 않도록 국민들이 체감할 수 있는 건축물 안전제도 개선안을 마련해 추진중이라고 발표했다.

지난 11월 7~8일 1박 2일에 걸쳐 충남 천안시 소재 상록리조트에서 2006 전국종계부 화인대회가 개최되었다. 본고는 이날 참석한 종계인 및 관련인을 대상으로 종계산업의 당면문제에 대해 설문조사하여 분석한 내용을 정리하였다. 이번 설문에 참여한 농가는 총 93명으로 육용종계 66.7%, 산란종계 7.1%, 토종종계 10.1%, 그 외 기타 16.2%로 평균 26,000수를 사육하는 것으로 나타났다.

충북 청풍리조트에서 열린 제 10회 성인당뇨캠프에는 100여명이 넘는 사람들이 참가했으며 이중 당뇨병환자는 총 81명이었다. 그중 32명이 남성이었고 49명이 여성으로 올해는 여성 당뇨병환자의 참여율이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또 참가자들의 연령대를 살펴보면 70대 이상이 19명이고 60대가 42명, 60세 이하는 20명으로 60세 이상 연령대의 참여율이 높게 나타났다. 3박4일 간의 일정을 마친 뒤 참가자들의 캠프에 대한 소감을 들어봤다.

골프는 경제 발전과 함께 생활수준의 향상, 여가시간의 증대로 인하여 특권계층이나 부유층만의 전유물이 아닌 일반 스포츠로서 대중화 시대를 맞이하고 있다. 그러나 국내에서 골프가 대중화되기 에는 여러가지 제약이 따른다. 이런 제약으로 인해 골퍼들은 해외골프를 즐기게 된다. 골프관광객들은 여행만을 목적으로 한 관광객들보다 여행 빈도도 높게 나타나고 있다. 국내외 많은 골퍼들이 해외 골프리조트로 여행하는 빈도가 급속히 증가하고 있는 상황에서 해외골프관광객들의 여행상품을 선택하는데 중요하게 인식하고 있는 구매동기에 대한 연구가 필요하다.

지난 16일 충남 천안에 있는 상록리조트에서 농림수산식품부 주최 농협중앙회 주관으로 '사료 내 항생제 첨가금지 대응 관련한 연찬회'가 열렸다. 올해 7월부터 축산용 항생제의 오남용 방지를 위해 항생제를 사료 내 일절 첨가 금지 방침에 따라(단, 사료 제조 시 항생제 첨가가 금지되더라도 질병 치료용 항생제는 사용이 가능) 산 학 연 관계자 250여 명이 참여하는 등 많은 관심 속에 진행되었다. 이번 연찬회는 노수현 과장(농림수산식품부 축산경영과), 김동운 박사(국립축산과학원), 남두석 박사(농협사료), 남기대 부장(CJ제일제당)의 발표로 진행되었다. 본고는 독자들의 이해를 돕고자 이날 발표된 내용을 요약, 정리하였다.

본회는 지난 10월 27일 대천 소재 한화리조트에서 '2010 종계부화인대회'를 개최하였다. 본고는 이날 참석한 종계부화인을 대상으로 농가의 종란납품계약의 현주소와 종계 산업의 발전방향에 대한 농가의 의견을 검토, 수렴하고자 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문에는 총 42명의 종계부화인이 설문에 참여한 가운데 평균 사육경력 15년, 평균 연령 53세로 조사되었으며 평균 사육수수는 23,382수로 조사되었다.

한국주택협회는 강원도 강촌 리조트에서 '주택시장 발전방안 모색' 이라는 주제로 워크숍을 개최했다. 지난 4월 6일 열린 이 워크숍에서 주택산업연구원 고철 원장이 국민의 주거 수준 향상을 위한 민간부분의 역할, 서울시정개발연구원 장영희 선임연구위원이 무주택 국민의 주거생활 안정을 위한 공공부문의 역할에 대해 차례로 발표했다. 뒤를 이어 KDI 국제정책대학원 김정호 교수의 사회로 강팔문 본부장(건교부 주거복지본부), 김경환 교수(서강대), 남상오 사무총장(주거복지연대), 박환용 교수(경원대), 원현수 부사장(코오롱건설), 최영진 대표(중앙일보 조인스랜드)가 주제에 관한 열띤 토론을 했다.

This study is to investigate the influence of leisure experience type and self-efficacy, on subjective well-being in ski resort. The study is to examine the moderating role of leasure experience type (ski related experience and non ski related experience) between self-efficacy and subjective well-being. Further, the relationship between subjective well-being and recommendation intention was investigated. As a result, self-efficacy significantly influenced on subjective well-being (satisfaction of leisure, positive affect). Respondents who are high self-efficacy group have higher subjective well-being (satisfaction of leisure, positive affect) than one who are low self-efficacy group in the ski related leasure experience scenarios. In the non ski related leasure experience scenarios, however, respondents who are low self-efficacy group have higher subjective well-being (satisfaction of leisure, positive affect). Besides, subjective well-being (satisfaction of leisure, positive affect) plays a mediating role between self-efficacy and recommendation intention.

This study aims to examine the state of accidents and related issues related to Theme Groups experiential learning experiences of students and suggest ways to improve security measures to prevent future incidents. Case studies of the sunken Sewol ferry and the collapse of the gymnasium at Mauna resort in Gyeongju are conducted by analyzing the existing literature and the data collected from the media sources and related agencies. With a basis on the findings of the analyses, it is suggested that legal foundation and disaster and risk management systems (systematic revision of the laws, raised safety awareness among citizens, production and education of security managers, formation of disaster management organizations, establishment of headquarters in case of emergency and installation of first aid facilities, improved national response system, enforcement of disaster drills, introduction of assessment system, etc.) must be established to contribute to creating a safer society.

The flow of world casino industry come to function of resort, theme park and convention. Thus, Current casino industry coming to total entertainment. But our casino industry impose legal controls on speculation industry till now. So, This is study on the casino industry with tourism. Result of this study presents thirds proposals. First, We have to a correct understanding about casino industry is not speculation industry but tourism industry. Seconds, We have to strengthen the competitiveness of our casino on international markets. For example, Introduce new advanced technology, Improve the nation’s foreign investment environment and Strengthen the competitiveness. Thirds, Constant efforts of casino business and government for attract foreign tourists to casino business.
