타원 1-타원형 인벌루트-타원 2 로브 형상의 제로터 최적 설계 (Optimal Design of Gerotor with Combined Lobe Profiles (Ellipse 1-Elliptical Involute-Ellipse 2))

  • 제로터(Gerotor) 오일펌프는 구조가 간단하고 1 회전당 토출량이 많기 때문에 소형화에 유리하며, 자동차의 엔진 윤활유 공급원 및 자동 변속기의 유압원으로 널리 사용되고 있다. 최근 자동차 산업에서는 연비향상 및 소음저감이 가장 중요한 문제로 대두되는데, 내접형 기어펌프 측면에서는 제로터의 치형설계 및 포트형상 설계를 통하여 이를 대처하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 유량맥동이 매우 작은 값을 가지도록 조합된(타원 1-타원형 인벌루트-타원 2) 외부로브 형상에 대하여 치형의 기구학적 조건을 만족하는 식을 유도하여 내부로브 형상을 창출하였으며, 이에 대한 첨점 및 루프가 발생하지 않는 설계인자 범위를 결정하였다. 또한 설계인자의 변화가 치형의 형상 및 성능인자(유량, 유량맥동)에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 최적의 치형을 구하고자 하였다.

동근형상가공의 형상모델링과 예측에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Modeling and Prediction of Machined Profile in Round Shape Machining)

  • In this paper, We have discussed on the modeling of machined outer geometry which was established for the case of round shape machining, also the effects of externally machined profile are analyzed and its modeling realiability was verified by the experiments of roundness testing, especially in lathe operation. In this study, we established harmonic geometric model with the parameter harmonic function. In general, we can calculate the theoretical roundness profile with arbitrary multilobe parameter. But in real experiments, only 2-5 lobe profile was frequently measured. the most frequently ones are 3 and 5 lobe profile in experiments. With this results, we can predict that these results may be applies to round shape machining such as turning, drilling, boring, ball screw and cylindrical grinding operation in bearing and shaft making operation with the same method. In this study, simulation and experimental work were performed to show the profile behaviors. we can apply these new modeling method in real process for the prediction of part profile behaviors machined such as in round shape machining operation.

  • BTA drilling among the deep hole drilling is using for the improvement of productivity and the high-efficient working. As the deep hole drilling with BTA drill is satisfied with the required quality by one-pass processing, more deeper hole depth, the accuracy of materials is affected by bending vibration and cutting speed. This paper is studied that the shapes of material (surface roughness, roundness) is affected by cutting condition compared actual roundness with lobe shape with modeling of computer through the experiments in the BTA drilling system with BTA drill.

  • f-$\theta$len is one of the important parts in Laser Scanning Unit because it affects on the optical performance of Laser Scanning Unit dominantly. It is necessary to find out the relationship between the surface profile error of f-$\theta$lens and the beam profile focusing on the Organic Photo Conductive drum in order to analysis the beam profile problems such as appearance of side lobe and expansion of center lobe. In this research, a simulation process which relates the surface profile characteristics to the beam profile has been developed by CODE V. The simulated beam profile also have been compared with the measurement results.

  • A Computer program is developed for creation of a new lobe shaper for Roots-type supercharger. Numerical analyses are preformed for the flowfields in the pocket volumes formed by various lobe shapes. The governing equations for the two-dimensional, turbulent, operational processes in the housing are discretized by the control volume approach that insures the conservative characteristics to be satisfied in the calculation domain, and they are solved by a modified SIMPLE algorithm. Numerical results show that the effects of secondary flow on the leakage flow rate with the Cassini(B) lobe shape is smaller than that of Cassini(A) rotor. But the pocket volume of Cassine(B) lobe is larger than the other lobe shapes.

  • A gerotor is suitable for miniature manufacturing because it has a high discharge per cycle and a simple structure, while also being widely used as lubrication oil of engines and the hydraulic source of automatic transmission. In the automobile industry, it has been necessary to continuously improve the flow rate and noise of internal gear pumps for better fuel efficiency through optimal gerotor design. In this study, to obtain an optimal gerotor with an ellipse-elliptical involute-ellipse combined lobe shape, an automatic program was developed for calculating performance parameters and drawing a gerotor profile. An oil pump was assembled with the optimal gerotor together with the port used at the actual field and CFD analysis was performed on this assembly using Ansys-CFX. A performance test for the oil pump was carried out and showed good agreement with the results obtained from the theoretical analysis and the CFD analysis.

  • A modeling of machined geometry and cutting force was proposed for the case of round shape machining, and the effects of internally machined profile are analyzed and its realiability was verified by the experiments of roundness tester, especially in boring operation in lathe. Also, harmonic cutting force model was proposed with the parameter of specific cutting force, chip width and chip thickness, and in this study, we can see that bored workpiece profile was also mapped into cutting force signal with this model. In general, we can calculated the theoretical lobe profile with arbitrary multilobe. But in real experiments, the most frequently measured numbers are 3 and 5 lobe profile in experiments. With this results, we can predict that these results may be applied to round shape machining such as drilling, boring, ball screw and internal grinding operation with the same method.

진동 평판 위 액적의 형상 진동 변화 및 모드 특성 (Shape Oscillation and Mode Characteristic of Droplet on Vibrating Flat Surface)

  • 본 연구는 주기적인 강제 진동이 가해지는 액적의 모드 특성을 실험적으로 이해하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 액적의 공진 주파수 예측을 수행하여 이론 및 실험적 해석을 통해 두 접근방법의 타당성을 파악하였으며, 초고속카메라를 사용하여 액적의 다양한 변형 특성-모드 형상, 분리, 미소 액적의 발생, 그리고 비틀림의 특성을 관찰하였다. 이론 해석 및 실험결과와의 비교에 있어 공진 주파수 값의 차이가 약 15% 이하라는 것이 도출되었으며 이러한 차이의 발생 원인으로 접촉선 마찰, 비선형벽 고착, 실험의 불확실성 등에 큰 영향을 받는 것으로 판단된다. 접촉선이 고정되어있을 경우와 작은 진폭 조건 하에서 액적의 모양은 대칭형상을 가졌으며, 공진 주파수에서의 로브의 크기는 주변부 주파수에서의 로브 크기보다 더 크게 된다는 점을 확인하였다.

스트로브잣나무의 조림지역에 따른 산지별 생장반응 (Growth Performance of Pinus strobus at Four Plantations in Korea)

  • 스트로브잣나무의 생장을 산지별, 조림지별로 조사 분석한 결과, 국내에서 가장 우수한 생장을 나타내는 산지는 North Carolina, 가장 우수한 조림지는 춘천이었는데, 측정형질 공히 산지보다는 조림지에 따른 생장의 차이가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 형상비 분석을 통한 수목 생장은 비교적 안정적이었으며, 조림지별로 수령에 따라 매우 다른 양상을 나타냈다. 스트로브잣나무의 생장 강수량, 안개일수, 고도, 토양의 모래함량과 정의 상관관계가 인정되었으며, 연령 간 높은 정의 상관관계를 나타냄으로서 유령기 생장순위가 중기까지 그대로 유지되어 우수 산지 조기 선발의 가능성이 높은 것으로 판명되었다.
