산업구조를 이해하고 기업의 신제품 개발에 있어 밸류체인 분석은 시장 성공의 핵심 열쇠라고 할 수 있다. 기존 정부에서 추진해 왔던 다양한 기술로드맵 분석사업에서 밸류체인 분석은 산업분석의 핵심으로 활용되고 있다. 그러나 일반적으로 실질적인 통계데이터를 기반으로 하기보다는 일부 전문가의 연구결과에 의지하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구를 통해 좀 더 객관적이고 실질적인 산업구조내에서 실제 기업 거래정보 기반으로 밸류체인을 분석할 수 있는 새로운 분석 모델에 관한 연구를 수행하고자 한다.

Due to the recent development of the 4th industrial revolution, Smart Factories that organically link various technologies such as AI, IoT, Cloud, and Big Data are increasing. Based on this, in the industrial environment where the internal process is controlled automatically, high availability should be secured against the loss caused when the internal process of the Smart Factory is stopped due to the determinism and malicious attack necessary to control the device such as PLC. The research and analysis of industrial network equipment and security equipment used in various industries can improve the efficiency and usability of industrial control systems in national infrastructure and can provide important feedback to build related infrastructure. Therefore, we compared industrial network equipment and security equipment in this paper in a variety of ways and expect to be used as a roadmap for developing technologies for industrial network equipment and industrial security equipment based on the results of this paper.

Research articles in food related to climate change were analyzed by implementing a text-mining algorithm, which is one of nonstructural data analysis tools in big data analysis with a focus on frequencies of terms appearing in the abstracts. As a first step, a term-document matrix was established, followed by implementing a hierarchical clustering algorithm based on dissimilarities among the selected terms and expertise in the field to classify the documents under consideration into a few labeled groups. Through this research, we were able to find out important topics appearing in the field of food related to climate change and their trends over past years. It is expected that the results of the article can be utilized for future research to make systematic responses and adaptation to climate change.

Functional Games, which have developed in Korea until now, is only for the healthy people's education. There are less functional games for neglected people, specially for the disturbed's healing. I define 'Green Contents' as contents which is helpful to both of nature and human, especially to the week, and also they are not developed only for the commercial aim. Functional Games for the disturbed's healing should be developed as' Green Contents.' If functional games for the disturbed's healing will be developed as aspects of technology and contents development, they will have more effects to people, and also people will need them more. For this study, I analyze art therapy, which is a normal treatment to give a social nature and self respect to the disturbed. Also I developed a functional game program for the disturbed's healing as based on psychoanalyst's theories and suggest it's Road-map. This study will be useful for the developer who want to develop this kinds of games afterwards, and various functional games for the disturbed's healing as Green Contents should be more developed in the near future.

Green IT is a necessary technology to solve the energy and environmental problems and to increase the productivity of corporations. However, till now there were not the specific policies for individual industries so we have to establish several strategies for spread of Green IT and building green growing environment. In this paper, we proposed the road map for spread of green IT and deducing the strategic directions for domestic industries. Four types of green IT direction was identified and in each direction, several action plans were discovered. We formed an expert-committee to choose new green IT business models and selected some demonstration projects by measures of necessity, urgency and extensibility. The object, scope, classification and policy effect are wrote out and it will be helpful information to disseminate green IT.

With a global shift from carbon economy towards hydrogen economy, leading countries such as the U.S., Europe, China, and Japan are focusing their research capabilities on hydrogen research and development(R&D) by announcing various hydrogen economy policies. South Korea also has been following this global trend by announcing hydrogen economy roadmap in January 2019 and legislating hydrogen economy related law. In this paper, we tried to figure out the national R&D trend of Fuel Cell Electric Vehicle(FCEV) and its knowledge structure by using recent 10-year project data of National Technology and Information Service(NTIS). We collected 1,479 FCEV-related projects and conducted text mining and network analysis. According to the analysis, FCEV-related R&D has been actively carried out over the entire process of hydrogen production, transport, storage, and utilization. Furthermore, the paper provides insights into the government's policy agenda building and market strategy on the hydrogen economy.

According to the government's roadmap for revitalizing the hydrogen economy, various industries carry out projects using liquefied hydrogen as an energy source. However, safety standards necessary for operational demonstration projects are not prepared in Korea, thus, it is necessary to prepare safety standards as soon as possible. Therefore, in order to secure the safety of liquefied hydrogen instrumentation and handling facilities, it is necessary to prepare safety standards that comprehensively consider the risk of liquefied hydrogen. This study aims to prioritize safety standard items using ETA, FMEA, and AHP, which are risk assessment techniques, to present the feasibility of selecting safety standard items.

Building supervision can be defined as a major task that involves managing and supervising the construction process to support the creation of high-quality results. To successfully perform supervision work, it is necessary to collect various information generated in uncertain field conditions, but today, supervision is performed based on documents such as reports, so there are limitations in collecting information. In fact, it has also been reported that the recent collapse of an apartment building in Korea was caused by limitations of information communication in th supervision work. Accordingly, this study analyzed the types of digital technologies that can be used to improve the efficiency of building supervision work, and presented the prioritized application of them. Priority application was quantitatively evaluated using analytic hierarchy process on data through a survey. It is expected that the results of this study can be used as basic data to set the roadmap of digital technology for building supervision in the future.

The purpose of this study is to improve the accuracy of service satisfaction by utilizing KSC (Kano, Score Model, Concept Position) analysis methods in order to present various fitness center service models for healthy new silver generation centered on P fitness center which runs six branches in Busan. Double Diamond-based methods led to a case study focused on the P fitness center's Yeon-san branch which well leading in a wide variety of leisure infrastructures for the senior citizens. Throughout this study, based on the insights extracted from the customers were culminating in nine service design models from the perspective of administrators and trainers. The final derived nine models have been evaluated by Kano's satisfaction evaluation, Concept score, and Concept position evaluation. All of the nine models results indicated as valid except for models 3 and 6. Finally, an implementation roadmap was proposed by dividing it into investment cost and effectiveness.

본 연구는 기술개발 자체의 효과성을 개발된 기술의 시장성, 확대 보급가능성, 민간분야의 기술 로드맵과의 관계성을 도출하는 것으로 실제로 업계에서 다양한 인맥과 프로젝트의 경험을 가지고 있는 자에 의한 심층인터뷰를 근거로 한 정성적 판단과 시장조사를 통한 정량적 판단을 결합하여 멀티센서의 기술개발의 가치를 평가하는 후속 조치에 해당되는 연구이다. 직접적 측면의 산업적 파급효과는 2006년에는 시범적인 수준에서 적용된 사례를 중심으로 정리해 본 결과, 다음과 같이 요약될 수 있다. 첫째, 전문화된 기업의 경우 각자의 강점에 기반을 두어 멀티센서의 적용시장을 바라보고 있다는 점이다. 모든 소프트웨어의 생산을 서버 부분부터 웹 버전, 모바일 버전까지 모두 보유하고 있는 벡터 부분의 GIS 수준과는 달리 위성영상 및 멀티센서 분야의 소프트웨어는 대용량으로 인한 한계로, 서버중심, 웹 중심의 개발이 이루어지고 있으나 모바일 분야까지 확장되지는 않고, 차량항법장치와의 연계를 통한 확장을 꾀하는 수준이라고 요약할 수 있다. 둘째, 전문기업이 아닌 대기업의 시장분석 및 전략에 관한 부분을 요약하자면, 멀티센서와 직접적인 연관을 갖는 회사는 많지 않으나 대체로 U-city 사업 발굴 시 멀티센서가 융합기술이 요소기술로서 기여할 수 있을 것이라는 기대는 하고 있으며, 규모도 1,000억 원 대를 상회할 것으로 바라보고 있다. 셋째, 멀티센서 개발기술의 상용화 및 산업화를 위한 제거 요소 및 감소 요소, 증가 요소 및 새로이 만들어야 할 요소 등을 다차원 전략으로 제시하였으나, 전략을 구사할 기관이 산재되어 있어 제도적 차원의 뒷받침이 기술개발과 더불어 진행되어야 한다는 결론에 이르게 된다. 넷째, 개발된 4개의 기술에 대하여 KVA에서 산출한 기업평가 방식을 변형하여 적용하였는데, 위성영상과 DEM 개발기술이 87% 이상의 점수를 받아 가장 시장성 및 활용성이 높은 기술로 평가되었으며, 초다분광영상에 대한 기술은 70%를 겨우 넘는 수준에서 평가가 되었다. 멀티센서 공간영상정보 통합처리 기술 개발은 다목적 실용위성의 보유, 국가 NGIS 사업의 결과물이 상당히 축척이 되어 있고, 라이다(LiDAR) 기술의 도입을 위한 환경이 조성되었기에 다른 국가에 비해 멀티센서 기술의 적용과 산업화가 가시화 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 그러나 멀티센서 자료의 수급이 용이하지 못하고, 법 제도적인 한계, 시장의 성숙도가 기대이하라는 점 등의 한계를 노정하고 있다.
