  • The purpose of this study is to derive priorities for the introduction of smart port technology by utilizing domestic and foreign prior research and AHP analysis to establish an automated pier at Gwangyang Port. In order to establish a hierarchical structure for smart port technology, R& D tasks, roadmaps, and literature related to domestic and foreign smart port technology were investigated to select two first-tier and six second-tier attributes and determine the hierarchical structure. ‥‥(중략)‥‥

  • Currently, the previous studies on the concept, configuration, and system regarding spacial information policies show the little progress. However, these studies only propose the basic structure system in terms of a policy theory, seeking and suggesting the basic concept to establish spacial information policies. In the shift of a new paradigm from a PC-based paradigm that began in the mid-2000s to the current smart society based on mobile devises, such as smart phones, this study thus reviewed the strategic direction of the propulsion to establish the desired future strategy for the spatial technology policy with spatial information system that can influence the future national competitiveness of Korea. The results of this study is expected to be used to analyze a variety of issues and technological changes on geospatial intelligence at the global level and to support the establishment of a road-map for policies and research & development on domestic geospatial information.

  • 산업현장에서 발생하는 산업재해, 특히 중대재햬(사망사고)는 중대재해처벌법이 시행 후에도 줄어들고 있지 않아 2023년부터 자기규율 예방체계를 중심으로 사업장 스스로 위험요인을 발굴·개선하여 산업재해를 감소하도록 산업재해 예방정책을 실시하고 있다(관계부처합동 산업재해 감축로드맵(2022.12.08.). 23년도 상반기 중대재해는 22년도(301명) 대비하여 17명 감소하여(284명) 다소 감소세를 보이고 있다. 산업재해의 88%는 인적요인으로 발생하고 있어 작업자의 실수를 줄이는 것이 중대재해를 줄일 수 있어 JSA를 활용한위험성평가를 실시하여 산업재해를 줄이는 효과를 기대한다

  • NC Soft will continue to dream of an entertainment innovation world where customers are connected through game and contents. NC Soft images an expansion in entertainment industry which open doors to the future of enjoy break through innovative online game and creative AI & IT technologies, focused on new business opportunities that are solely NC's own. This study starts with the implication on why focusing on exploration innovation and exploitation strategy at the same time in NC Soft is so challenging. NC Soft manages to their online & mobile gaming competencies in the long term and achieves their sustainable growth by incremental innovation (e.g. game planning, game programming, and graphic design). Also, for innovative success, pursuing exploration strategy is essential. NC Soft have built a strategic alliance spanning K-POP, digital contents platform, movie, and animation, sharing the connectivity of entertainment domains with major contents corporations. The findings of this study would also beneficial to entertainment and contents corporation executives and could provide some road-map on managing the dual challenges of exploration and exploitation implementations.

  • Starting with the "Smart Grid National Road Map" in 2010, the Smart Grid 2030 was introduced through the basic plan and implementation plan of the intelligent power grid with the goal of building the world's first national smart grid. In this paper, we intend to build a power domain ontology based on the power business platform based on the upper and lower conceptual models of the "Smart Grid Interoperability Standard Framework and Roadmap", the standard of implementation plan. Ontology is suitable for expressing and utilizing the smart grid conceptual model because it considers hierarchical structure as knowledge defines the properties of entities and relationships between entities, but there is no research related to them. Therefore, in this paper, the upper ontology was defined as a major category for smart grid-related fields, and the lower ontology was defined as detailed systems and functions for the upper ontology to construct the ontology. In addition, scenarios in various situations that could occur in the power system were constructed and significant inference results were derived through inference engines and queries.

  • Considering the importance of SMEs, which account for 88% of employment and 99% of domestic businesses, the government has implemented informatization policy support. On the other hand, due to budget limitations and the ability of the private market, it is time to transition to the new policy of the informatization support paradigm. This study evaluated the informatization policy support of SMBA by a comparison with the stage model to determine the future direction. The informatization development model is a step model divided into five levels ranging from the informatization initiation level to the strategic innovation level. The informatization policy of SMBA was focused on the development of automation and in-house integration, and business-to-business integration and strategic innovation step was found to be lacking. Based on these results, there are three implications for the informatization policy of the next SMEs. First, there is a need for a movement of the center of the support in the informatization step to the strategic innovative step. Second, by establishing an informatization road map, it is necessary to develop their own informatization capabilities according to the road map. Finally, it is important to improve the effectiveness of informatization support based on performance rather than policy providers.

  • Korea is near close the success on the indigenous launch vehicle KSLV-2 after the second test launch during the second half of 2022, and the satellite development has been already in the level of advanced country. After the such mature of satellite and launch vehicle technologies, Korea's space development main theme should be 'Space Exploration and Space Application', and paradigm should be changed from 'Hardware' to 'Scientific/Technological Mission', from 'Unmanned' to 'Manned'. Korea's prime space strategy should be the direction of expansion of space industry, creation of employment and secure the key technologies, improvement of convenience and safety of people. For the purpose it is necessary to start 'Manned Space Development' such that participation to 'Artemis and Gateway Program' in 20s' and manned Mars exploration in 30s' which would be carried out by means of global international cooperation, and which could be a good opportunity to explore the new area of space development and upgrade national technology capability. Taking advantage of this opportunity, it is required for Korea to join the international programs through developing indigenous challenging, sustainable Korean mission and hardware. Also selection of the 2nd Korean Astronaut could draw national attention, especially could give dreams to young generation. Participation to the Artemis program could be the opportunity of entering the major space fairing nation and boosting up national pride. In this study we survey and analyze the Artemis Program in detail, and in conclusion we suggest the strategy of Korea's participation to the Artemis Program.

  • 앞으로 대략 1년 뒤, 2019년 3월이면 우리나라에서 세계 최초로 5G 상용서비스가 시작된다. 1990년대 말에 cdmaOne, cdma2000 서비스, 2000년대 초 와이브로를 세계 최초로 상용화 했으며, HSDPA 서비스도 마찬가지였다. LTE는 날짜상으로는 스웨덴 대비 조금 늦게 시작하기는 했으나, 전국규모의 서비스 개시 시점을 고려하면 이것도 한국이 사실상 세계 최초라고 말할 수 있다. 그러나 5G 상용서비스 세계 최초라는 의의는 기존의 세계 최초 기록과는 차원을 달리한다고 말할 수 있다. 왜냐하면 ITU-R에서 5G의 비전과 로드맵 작업을 5G는 시기상조라는 반대를 무릅쓰고 한국이 주도했고, 많은 전문가들이 회의적이었던 밀리미터파 주파수 대역의 이동통신 활용 가능성을 한국에서 처음으로 주장했으며, 여러 가지 밀리미터파 대역 중 28GHz 주파수 대역을 선택하여 지지를 수렴해 온 것도 한국이다. 또한 최근 3GPP, ITU-R 표준에서도 당당히 주도세력 중의 하나로 자리매김하고 있으며, 2018년 겨울 올림픽이라는 절묘한 시범 서비스 기회를 행운으로 갖고 있기도 하다. 그러나 상용화를 1년 남짓 남겨두고 있는 지금의 상황은 과거 몇 년과는 사뭇 다른 양상을 보여주고 있다. 과거 5G의 미래가 불확실할 때에는 눈치를 보면서 소극적 자세를 보이던 세력들이 지금처럼 기술, 표준, 시장에 대한 위험도가 많이 사라진 틈을 타, 저마다 실리를 챙기기 위해서 오히려 적극적으로 돌변하고 있다. 기존 이동통신 시장규모는 대략 서비스-디바이스-인프라 장비의 비중이 30:10:1 정도 된다. 표준을 적기에 지원하는 제품과 서비스의 개발 및 이를 지원하는 생태계가 구축되지 않으면 모처럼 어렵게 만들어온 5G 시대의 열매를 정작 우리는 맛보지 못하는 어처구니 없는 일이 생길 수도 있다. 아무쪼록 본 특집을 통해 많은 분들이 5G의 현황을 제대로 이해하고, 이것을 도약대로 삼아서 알찬 5G 시대의 수확을 준비하는 계기가 되었으면 하는 바람이다.

  • Generally, in order to avoid overlap with previous research and to initiate the innovative research, researchers must analyze patent information before research can begin. In this paper, the development of grading criteria using current trends in the wind power generation will be performed by analyzing the following criteria: technology position of major countries, impact factor each countries, patent family size, patent portfolios analysis, patent applied analysis, and analysis of nationality for a patent. This patent information for the wind power generation is expected to be useful in deciding the direction of future research.

  • 차세대 인터넷은 'Internet is Life'를 그 모토로 하고 있으며 인터넷의 Cyber Space를 실생활과 연결시켜 일상생활 속에서 인터넷이 구현되는 생활속의 인터넷 구현을 그 목표로 하고 있다. 차세대 인터넷은 사용자에게 언제, 어디서나 고품질 멀티미디어 서비스를 유무선 관계없이 안전하게 초고속으로 제공하는 방향으로 발전될 것으로 전망되고 있는데 이 과정에서 대용량의 데이터를 안정적으로 전송할 수 있는 백본망 기술이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 인터넷 백본망 구현 기술로 1990년대 후반에는 IPoA나 IPoS 기술이 주로 사용되었으나 2000년대에 들어서는 IPoW 기술이 많이 사용되고 있는 추세이며 2002년 이후로는 DWDM 방식이 IP를 전송하는 백본망 기술로 많이 활용되고 있다. 향후 이러한 백본망기술의 발전은 메트로망, 가입자 망 기술과 통합되어 초고속 네트워크 구축의 핵심 기능을 제공할 것으로 예상된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 백본망 기술의 현황 및 앞으로의 발전 방향에 대해 살펴보고자하며 이를 통하여 차세대 인터넷의 로드맵을 개략적으로 그려보고자 한다.
