본 논문에서는 회로 구현 디바이스에 따른 저전력 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안한 알고리즘은 회로를 구현할 디바이스의 면적과 동작 주파수를 고려하여 저전력의 회로를 구현할 수 있는 방법이다. 저전력의 회로를 구현하기 위해 우선 구현하고자 하는 회로를 구성하고 있는 라이브러리들 중에서 최소의 면적을 가지고 있는 라이브러리들을 선택한다. 선택된 라이브러리들의 면적과 지연시간을 이용하여 회로 구현 대상 소자의 면적에 따라 필수 라이브러리들의 면적을 제외한 나머지 면적에 대해 복제가 가능한 라이브러리들의 수를 구한다. 최대의 지연시간을 가지고 있는 라이브러리부터 면적에 따라 차례로 복제를 수행하여 회로 전체의 수행시간을 감소시킨다. 회로 구현의 라이브러리들과 수가 결정되면 회로 동작이 허용하는 범위내에서 주파수를 조절하여 최소의 소모 전력을 갖는 회로를 구현한다. 본 논문에서는 제안한 알고리즘의 효율성을 입증하기 위해 RT 라이브러리를 이용하여 회로를 구현하여 비교 실험을 수행하였다. 실험결과 8.3%의 소모 전력이 감소된 결과를 나타내어 제안한 알고리즘의 우수성이 입증되었다.

본 고에서는 암호라이브러리 제품들에 기술을 제공하는 암호API의 국외 표준화 현황을 알아보고 이들 국외 API들을 비교·분석한다. 그리고 국내·외 암호라이브러리제품들을 지원 알고리즘, OS, API, 속도 등으로 비교·조사한 뒤, 안전성 면에서 많은 지적을 받고 있는 난수생성기를 기준으로 암호라이브러리 제품들을 분석한다. 또한 효율성 측면에서는 공개키 암호의 속도를 위주로 암호라이브러리 제품들의 성능을 비교·정리한다.

휴먼라이브러리는 사람이 정보자료원이 되는 신개념의 도서관서비스이다. 최근 들어서는 기업 및 공공 민간단체에서도 이벤트와 프로그램 등 다양한 형태로 급속하게 파급되고 있다. 국내에서는 노원 정보도서관이 상설로서는 최초로 2012년부터 운영하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 노원정보도서관의 노원 휴먼라이브러리를 중심으로 공공도서관의 휴먼라이브러리를 연구하고자 한다. 또한 휴먼라이브러리를 개혁으로 보고 개혁확산이론을 적용하여 노원휴먼라이브러리의 현황과 추이를 분석해보았다. 이를 바탕으로 휴먼라이브러리의 확산에 있어서 질적 향상에 이바지하고자 한다.

In this study, we suggested a data structure for the management of human libraries based on the analysis of the significant components for systematically managing and operating the human library service. At first, we proposed the components of human library metadata set which are 'Human Resource', 'Human Resource', 'Librarian', 'Volunteer', and 'User'. And this study verified the meta concepts of metadata set such as 'Human Library', 'Human Book' and 'User', developed the metadata set for human library using the meta concepts. To check the validity of the metadata set and to improve its usability, we created and published a XML document including the metadata structure and link between the meta concepts. In conclusion, this study provided the possibility that the library could develop the service recommended human book to user through user profile.

As a new library system, the 'human library', in which a man becomes an information resource, provides a library service through face-to-face communication in delivering knowledge and information to users. Since the human library exchanges information with 'human books', it shows some characteristics that are different from traditional library services and connotes some meanings as a new library service. In that, this study focuses on the human library of Seongbuk-Gu, Seoul. Specifically, in order to enhance our understanding of the human library, this study looks into the theoretical underpinnings and the background of human library in Seongbuk-Gu, examines the case of the human library in Seongbuk-Gu, analyzes the factors that influence the human library, and makes some suggestions for improvement.

2010년 새로운 기획으로 <도서관문화>에서는 매달 주목할 만한 도서관 관련 행사나 화제의 인물, 주유이슈와 관련해 인터뷰를 진행할 예정이다. 이와 관련 첫번째로 3월호에서는 국회도서관에서 실시한 리빙 라이브러리 행사를 취재해 보았다. 유럽 등에서 먼저 실행되었던 리빙 라이브러리 리빙 라이브러리는 사람이 책이 되고 잭이 사람이 되는 쌍방향 커뮤니케이션이 가능한 새로운 도서관 서비스로 주목받고 있다. 마침 국회도서관에서 리빙 라이브러리 행사를 개최한다기에 <도서관문화> 편집팀이 찾아가 행사 관련 내용에 대해 유종필 국회도서관장과 인터뷰를 진행했다.

프레임워크 라이브러리는 전체 프로그램 구조의 재사용과 확장을 지원하기 위한 객체지향 프로그램밍의 응용이다. 프레임워크는 GUI 와 같이 표준화된 구성요소와 대화 모델을 가진 시스템의 개발에 극히 효과적이다. 네트워크 프로그래밍에 있어서도 소켓의 생성에서부터 종료에 이르기까지 보편화된 절차와 프로그램 구조가 존재하므로 재사용 가능한 프레임워크 형태의 라이브러리를 활용할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 Java 언어를 위한 프레임워크 형태의 네트워크 프로그래밍 라이브러리를 개발하였다. 개발된 라이브러리를 number crunching 예제에 적용하여 그 유용성을 보였으며 다른 라이브러리 시스템과도 비교하였다.

Recently, land cover spectral libraries have been widely used in studies to classify land cover based on hyperspectral images. Overseas, various institutions have built and provided land cover spectral libraries, but in Korea, the building and provision of land cover spectral libraries is insufficient. Against this background, the purpose of this study is to suggest the possibility of using domestic and foreign spectral libraries in the classification studies of domestic land cover. Band matching is required for comparative analysis of the spectral libraries and land cover classification using the spectral libraries, and in this study, an automation logic to automatically perform this is presented. In addition, the directly constructed domestic land cover spectral library and the existing overseas land cover spectral library were comparatively analyzed. As a result, the directly constructed land cover spectral library had the highest correlation coefficient of 0.974. Finally, for the accuracy evaluation, aerial hyperspectral images of the study area were supervised and classified using the domestic and foreign land cover spectral libraries using the SAM technique. As a result of the accuracy evaluation, it is judged that Soils, Artificial Materials, and Coatings among the classification items of the foreign land cover spectral library can be sufficiently applied to classify the cover in Korea.

The current technological revolution pushes forward the innovation in the library information systems. This study proposes functional requirements and an architectural reference model of Semantic Library, recognized as a prototype of next-generation library information systems, that is a seamless convergence of the library information systems and the Internet technologies. Semantic Library can realize semantic interoperability and integration based on ontology and metadata, and also renovate information services for users with openness, sharing, participation and collaboration. Semantic Library will be effectively implemented by means of service-oriented architecture and the logical structure of FRBR. In this study, a reference model of Semantic Library consisting of 6 horizontal layers and 3 vertical elements is presented as a next-generation model of library information systems.

The introduction of BIM in domestic construction industry has become more active. Library development and standardization in civil-engineering are unexhausted. This research develop and standardize prototype library for railway infrastructure. We define target facility for library based on railway standard drawings and select BIM software according characteristic of each facility. In this research, we develop libraries composed of 199 files and 489 types for alignment, roadbed and track and make specifications as defined attribution item and description. As we consider for application to diverse use case, develop prototype library in low LoD. We expect that library can increase 3D design productivity and ensure consistency of quality.
