스마트 캐쉬 시스템은 콘텐츠 전달망에서 콘텐츠 트래픽 양을 감소시키기 위해 필수적인 기술로써 가입자 네트워크 구간에 콘텐츠를 자동 저장하여 중복 전송을 최소화 하는 시스템이다. 부하 분산 시스템을 통해 특정 스마트 캐쉬 서버로 집중되는 요청을 분산하고 콘텐츠 요청자의 주소에 따른 최적의 스마트 캐쉬를 지정하는 기술이다. 이를 통해 스마트 캐쉬를 적용한 글로벌 딜리버리 클라우드 플랫폼을 구축하여 콘텐츠 전송 플랫폼 기술의 국내 기업 경쟁력을 확보할 수 있고, 차세대 콘텐츠 유통 시장에서의 기술력 확보와 국내 업체의 세계 시장 지배력 강화할 수 있다.

Molecular mechanics and conformation search methods were carried oyt to investigate the relationship between conformations and thromboxane synthetase ingibitory activities of om ega-pyridylalkenoic acids. The initial geometries of ${\omega}$-pyridylalkenoic acids and heme part of cytochrome P-450 were obtained from MM+ geometry optimization. The bond lenths and angles were not varied by step during the conformation searching. Stable conformers of some ${\omega}$-pyridylalkenoic acids were obtained by comformational search method. The distances were 8.5~10.8 ${\AA}$- between N atom at 3-position of pyridine ring and C atom at carboxylic group of stable ${\omega}$-pyridylalkenoic acids. The conformations of ${\omega}$-pyridylalkenoic acids and heme part complex were determined by same method. In theses structures, benzene ring and ethylene group in ${\omega}$-pyridylalkenoic acids are making the structure more rigid and increase inhbitory activity. The electron donating groups in C atom shich is connected to pyridine ring also increase activity.

Four oxazolidinone analogues(6, 7, 8, 9), which are isosters of 5, were synthesized by the reaction of 2-chloroalkyl-3,5-dimethyl-4-methoxypyridine with the corresponding benzox azolidinone or oxazolidinone, respectively, and were evaluated for their inhibitory activities toward proton pump enzyme under in vitro condition. Isosteric substitution of the benzothiazolidine moiety in 5 with benzoxazolidinone rendered the molecule relatively inactive.

A new cephalosporin derivative, cefoperazone phthalidyl ester, were synthesized and investigated in terms of dissolution and absorption properties. In comparison with cefoperazone, its phthalidyl ester showed the following characteristics. The mean dissolution time and variance of retention time were more significantly prolonged in simulated intestinal fluid than those in simulated gastric fluid. After a single oral dosing of both cefoperazone and its ester to rabbits, serum concentrations of cefoperazone were measured by bioassay, and the results showed that the ester exhibited much higher and more sustained blood level than the parent drug. The total area under the curve of cefoperazone phthalidyl ester were 10.8 times greater than that of cefoperazone.

A method for the determination of acidic drug, mefenamic acid and ibuprofen with ion-selective electrode(ISE) using Fe(II)-di-2-pyridyl ketone oxime complex as a counter ion were developed. Benzyl-2-nitrophenyl ether(BNPE) plasticized membrane was more selective and sensitive than the other tested membranes. The acidic drug selective electrode exhibits a linear response for 10$^{-2}$ M 510$^{-5}$ M of acidic drugs, mefenamic acid and ibuprofen with a slope of -55.9 and -56.3 mV/dec. in borate buffer solution (pH 8.9). Potentiometric selectivity measurements revealed negligible interferences from aromatic and aliphatic carboxylic acid salts. The electrodes were found to be useful for the direct determination of mefenamic acid and ibuprofen in pharmaceutical preparations.

Necessity to install control towers has been studied to acquire overseas energy resources and to secure funds. At present, domestic energy companies do business independently. Institutions which support plant EPC companies as partners of package deal are separated. This causes the low records at package deal for overseas resources acquisition. Except UK and USA, nations which have major companies developed overseas energy resources early by promoting a large national company. Consequently, they currently have good records. This study suggests the necessities to install integrated control tower for overseas energy resources acquisition and securing funds and the following are the ways ; 1) promote a large national company by consolidation of separate energy companies, 2) install plant EPC promotion department which support private plant EPC companies, 3) make a integrated control tower in high level government office to connect between a large national company and plant EPC promotion department.

항해는 웹 응용의 대표적인 행위 특성이다. 본 연구에서는 UML 2.0의 행위 다이어그램 메타 모델을 확장한 웹 응용 항해 모델을 제안한다. 본 항해 모델은 딜 판정 항해 모델과 데이터 전송 관점 항해 모델로 구성된다. 뷰 관점 항해 모델은 UML 상태 기계 다이어그램을 확장하여 사용자에게 표시되는 항해를 기술한다. 데이터 전송 관점 항해 모델은 데이터가 전송되는 항해를 나타내며 UML 시퀀스 다이어그램을 확장하여 표현한다. 두 항해 모델은 상호 보완적으로 작용하여 온전한 항해 문맥을 형성한다. 본 논문에서는 UML 2.0 메타 모델의 확장점과 항해 모델의 표기법을 제시하고, 사례 연구를 통하여 실제적인 항해 모델의 예를 보인다.

Electronic Commerce are facing on social upheavals by a rapidly advanced Open Network such as Internet, and the crest of a digital boom in the economic side for the 21th century. As the Internet develops into a robust delivery channel for commerce, it will be important to understand the characteristics of on-line markets. This paper addresses price competition in Internet Electronic Commerce by reviewing current academic research, discussing the implications of price competition, and proposing areas for future study.

블록체인으로 물류부문에서의 플랫폼을 구죽하고 이를 통해 국내외 유관기관 사용자들을 연동하여 정보를 안전하게 공유하고 물류부문에서의 생산성을 도모하고자 하는 노력이 국내외에서 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 관세청의 통관물류 블록체인 플랫폼구축, 삼성 SDS의 젤로에서 딜리버로 이어지는 물류플랫폼 구축, 케이엘넷의 블록체인형 물류입줄항관리 이외에 다양한 프로젝트들이 있다. 해외에서는 머스크와 아이비엠의 블록체인형 글로벌 물류플랫폼인 TRADELENS 프로젝트, 전세계 항만네트워크사업자들의 모임인 IPCSA 에서 추진하는 블록체인형 전자선하증권등을 들 수 있다. 하지만 물류라는 것이 관련 기관들이 워낙 다양하고 이용되고 있는 서류들이 많아서 쉽게 블록체인으로 플랫폼이 구현되기는 어려울 수 있다. 물류부분의 플랫폼은 기술의 문제라기 보다는 업무 처리 및 이해당사자들의 문서호환 및 정보 공유 또는 보호의 문제이기 때문이다. 새로운 기술로 거론되고 있는 블록체인을 효과적으로 잘 이해하고 우리의 물류부문의 경쟁력을 제고시키는 위해서는 블록체인 플랫폼구축에 대해 보다 바른 방법으로의 접근과 시스템구현이 무엇보다 절실하다 이에 국내외 블록체인 플랫폼 구현현황을 살펴보고 이에 대한 문제점 및 대 응방안을 모색하며 미래의 바람직한 플랫폼 구현방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Guided implant surgery is useful in anterior implant case in terms of fixture installation and temporary crown delivery. For the aesthetic prosthetics in anterior implant, the position of the implant fixture is crucial. Guided surgery is the top-down procedure and we designed prosthetics first and then determine the position of the fixture. Guided surgery can reduce the stress of dentist with difficult anterior implant case.
