본 논문에서는 양방향 필터와 (bilateral filter) 선형 사상 함수를 (linear mapping function) 이용한 역 톤매핑 (inverse tone mapping, iTMO) 알고리즘을 제안한다. 상용 HDR (high dynamic range) 디스플레이가 (display device) 보급됨에 따라 이미 존재하는 수 많은 LDR (low dynamic range) 영상을 활용하여 HDR 디스플레이에서 시청할 수 있도록 동적 범위를 (dynamic range) 확장하는 (expand) 역 톤 매핑 방법이 개발 되어야 한다. 여러 논문을 통해 다양한 역 톤 매핑 방법이 제안되어 왔는데, 대부분의 방법이 HDR 디스플레이의 동적 범위에 맞춰 LDR 영상의 동적 범위를 확장하는 것에 그쳤다. 확장하는 방법은 다양하지만, 동적 범위의 한계로 인해 LDR 영상에서 사라진 세부 사항을 (detail) 복원하는 것에는 전혀 효과적이지 않았다. 이에 본 논문에서는 LDR 영상의 동적 범위를 확장하는 것뿐만 아니라 LDR 영상에서 표현되지 못한 디테일을 복원하는 방법을 제안한다. 이를 위해 입력 영상에 양방향 필터를 적용하여 영상을 기본 계층과 (base layer) 세부 계층으로 (detail layer) 분해한 후 기본 계층에 대해서는 동적 범위에 맞게 확장하고, 세부 계층에 대해서는 디테일을 복원하기 위해 선형 사상 함수를 적용하였다. 실험을 통해서 다른 iTMO 방법에 비해 세부 사항을 효과적으로 복원할 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the Detail&Trimming from 16C to 18C, so called 'the age of decoration' and how they had been applied to contemporary fashion through various collections. Then this study investigated decorative trends based on the frequency analysis. For the methods of study, using literature review, theoretical research was conducted to investigate the kinds of modern clothing accessories and analyze how they were applied to contemporary fashion and its trends. The period of empirical research was from 2000 to 2006 S/S with its focus on "Mode et Mode", a representative fashion magazine. As a result, for detail, decorative composition, surface decoration, and trimming, detail-applied decorative designs showed the highest percent. To get a closer look, the highest applied decorative technique was found rough collar in the detail; fringing in the decorative composition; slash in the surface decoration; and jewelry in the trimming.

This study is aimed at reviewing how the Orientalism trend is expressed in the modem fashion in terms of silhouette, color, materials, and detail. To this end, the geographic scope of this study is limited to China, Japan, Korea, while data are collected from fashion collections, domestic and foreign magazines since 2000's, literature, and internet sites. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: 1. Silhouette: the basic square silhouette of the Oriental traditional costume do not disturb the body movement and have an effected on design to smoothly follow the body line rather than cutting out materials into several parts or emphasize the curved body. 2. Color: due to the influence of the Oriental Zen thought, color trend seems to pursue simplicity rather than complexity, and natural aesthetics. In addition, the Oriental colorfulness shall not be ignored. 3. Materials: golden embroidered material, polished satin, jersey, tough or rough materials, etc. have used with materials of the Oriental traditional costume came into fashion. In pattern, the Orientalism trend is expressive of pattern by Chinese ink-spread technique, simple brush touch technique, cloud pattern, lotus flower pattern or dragon pattern, all of which feature the Oriental calm aesthetics or those motivated by the Oriental traditional patterns. 4. Detail: the techniques of handicrafts and manual arts such as meticulous embroidery, tassel or patchwork reflect well the Orientalism trend in the modem fashion.

Tone mapping for High Dynamic Range(HDR) image provides matching human visual perception between real world scene and displayable devices. Recently, a tone mapping algorithm based on localized gamma correction is proposed. This algorithm is using human visual properties of contrast and colorfulness with background intensity, generating a weight map for gamma correction. However, this method have limitations of controlling enhancement region as well as generating halo artifacts caused by the weight map construction. To overcome aforementioned limitations, proposed algorithm in this paper modifies previous weight map, considering base layer intensity of input luminance channel. By determining enhancement region locally and globally based on base layer intensity, gamma values are corrected accordingly. Therefore, proposed algorithm selectively enhances local brightness and controls strength of edges. Subjective evaluation using z-score shows that our proposed algorithm outperforms the conventional methods.

오뜨꾸뛰르 복식은 새롭고 독창적인 아이디어를 창인 할 뿐 아니라 복식의 고유한 요소 즉, 수공예 적이며 전통고수의 성격을 강하게 갖으면서 20세기에 들어와서는 대중적 요소가 결합되어 세계모드에 영향력을 행사하는 것으로 파악된다. 이러한 요소는 개더의 고유한 구조 자체가 갖고 있는 기술 구사 적 측면으로서만이 아니라 기본적인 기술적 요소가 현대의 여러 사조 및 소재나 복식디자인 적 요소와 유합 하여 복식의 기능적 측면과 장식적인 측면이 융합되어 착용 자나 디자이너에게 있어 미적 표출과 감성적인 측면에까지 영향을 미친다. 20세기는 새로운 예술운동의 범람과 전위적 운동의 전개로 전통적 장르가 붕괴되거나 혼합되어 나타났다. 이러한 믹싱 현상은 트랜드의 부재, 패션의 부재라 할 수 있는 해체주의 적 경향을 띄게 되어 최근 오뜨꾸뛰르에 나타난 개더의 유형으로 아이템이나, 소재, 디자인에서 혼합적 양상이 개더의 디테일 적 요소와 유합, 상충, 병치되어 등 인위적인 구성인 복합구성의 자유로운 형태로서 다종다양하게 나타났다.

본 논문에서는 두 가지 새로운 임펄스 잡음 검출기를 설계하고 총변량(total variation) 최적화를 통하여 영상에 존재하는 임펄스 잡음을 제거하는 방법을 제안한다. 설계된 임펄스 잡음 검출기는 적응 미디언 필터(AMF:Adaptive Median Filter)를 기반으로 하고 있으며 기존의 검출기에 비해 잡음검출의 정확도가 높고 영상의 디테일 정보를 잡음으로 오인하는 확률을 줄였다. 또한 제안하는 검출기는 잡음발생 확률에 무관하게 우수한 성능을 유지한다. 영상에서의 잡음제거는 제안된 검출기에 의해 얻어진 잡음후보 화소에 대해서만 총변량 최적화를 적용하므로 불필요한 계산을 줄이고 영상의 경계선을 잘 보존하면서 잡음을 제거할 수 있다. 실험결과 제안하는 2단 구조의 잡음제거 알고리즘은 다양한 형태의 잡음 밀도에 대해서 기존의 알고리즘에 비해 약 2dB 정도의 화질개선 효과를 얻었다.

이 연구는 진재킷과 진팬츠에 관한 연구로 패션컬렉션에 제시된 진재킷과 진팬츠의 디자인 특성을 분석하고 활용 가능성을 모색함으로써 진패션 디자인 연구와 패션산업의 상품 기획에 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 2007년 S/S시즌에서 2011년 F/W시즌까지의 사진을 수집하여 통계프로그램 SPAW를 활용하여 빈도, 백분율을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과를 요약하고 결론을 정리하면 다음과 같다. 남성의 진재킷에서 심플한 디테일에 미디움길이, 사각형실루엣을 활용하고, 여성은 여성스러움을 강조한 X자형 실루엣과 쇼트길이의 다양한 디테일을 활용한다. 남성의 진팬츠는 스트레이트 실루엣과 컴포트 실루엣으로 활용하고 여성은 다양한 실루엣, 피트, 길이로 다양한 이미지로 진을 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

본 논문에서는 웨이블릿 변환을 멀티스케일 매치 필터의 관점에서 해석하고, 이를 위하여 마르코프 랜덤 필드에 묻혀있는 가우시안 형태의 작은 물체를 검출하는 이론적 근거를 제시하며, 이의 응용으로 맘모그램에 존재하는 마이크로캘시피케이션을 검출하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 검출하고자 하는 물체가 가우시안 형태이고 그 스케일이 웨이블릿 변환에 의해 계산된 것과 일치하며, 그 주변의 잡영이 마르코프 프로세스이면, LoG(Laplacian of Gaussian) 웨이블릿은 멀티스케일 매치 필터로 작용하며, 적절한 디테일 이미지를 단순히 이진화함으로써 최적의 검출기를 구현할 수 있다. 그런데, 마이크로캘시피케이션은 정확한 가우시안 형태를 갖지 않고, 게다가 맘모그램의 배경이미지도 마르코프 프로세스라는 가정에서 벗어난다. 이러한 불일치를 해결하기 위하여, 본 논문에서는 멀티스케일 웨이블릿 계수에서 추출한 특징벡터를 Hotelling observer에 입력하여 처리함으로써 이를 보상하고자 하였다.

맘모그램은 유방암의 조기발견을 위해 가장 일반적으로 이용되고 있다 유방암의 정확한 진단과 효율적인 치료를 위하여 많은 영상향상 방법들이 개발되어왔다. 본 논문은 디지털 유방 촬영상의 영상향상을 위하여 새로운 비선형 영상향상 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 영상의 밝기 정보를 향상시키기 위한 비선형 함수와 경계와 디테일 정보를 개선하기 위한 비선형 필터로 구성된다. 비선형 함수는 영상의 어두운 영역의 밝기를 향상시키고 밝은 영역의 동적범위를 넓혀주며, 비선형 필터는 영상의 특정 영역이나 객체를 효과적으로 개선시킨다. 최종 향상된 영상은 비선형 함수로 처리한 영상과 비선형 필터로 필터된 영상을 더하여 얻어진다. 제안된 비선형 영상향상 방법은 실험에서 기존 방법과 영상향상 결과를 비교하여 우수한 성능을 확인하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine actual design cases of decorative detail in the Art Nouveau style from the end of 19th century to the beginning of 20th century, and create designs and fashion works to meet our contemporary fashion trends by means of over-decorative style, a characteristic of decorative detail. The characteristics of decorative detail in the Art Nouveau style can be outlined as follows: First, pleats appear with two major feels of solidity, undulated and curvilinear solidity based on gather(ruffle, frill/ flare and flounce) and regular and linear solidity based on linear pleats or tucks. Second, embroidery appears in various patterns developed with stitch of solid feel as well as a variety of coloration effects. Third, attachments are expressed by means of independent motif(applique, gloss effects(beads, sequins), affluent texture and mobility(fur, feather). Moreover, according to technical characteristics and expressive aspects of pleats, embroidery and attachments, it is found that decoration detail in the era of Art Nouveau is over-decoration style. Indeed, it appears in major expressive aspects such as rhythmical solid type, detailed prominence type, superficial touch type and profound volume type.
