본 논문에서는 영상합성 방법들 중 하나인 로토스코핑에 대해서, 그 중 현장에서 수작업으로 수행되어온 키잉 작업의 단계별 과정을 살펴본 후 이들을 영상처리 알고리즘 등을 활용하여 반자동 혹은 자동화를 할 수 있는 방법을 모색해 본다.

정보통신부가 주최하고 한국소프트웨어진흥원과 한국데이터베이스진흥센터가 공동으로 주관하는 디지털콘텐츠대상의 2/4분기 수상작에 대한 시상식이 7월2일 정보통신부 14층 중회의실에 열렸다. 수상작품으로는 디지털영상 부문에 매직큐브의 '오베이비', 온라인게임 부문에 넥슨의 '아스가르도', 무선콘텐츠 부문에 엠드림의 '중기갑보병K', 기타 디지털 콘텐츠 부문에 넷코디의 '실시간 개인체형인식합성을 이용한 웹새편 카달로그'가 각각 선정됐다. 이번에 선정된 4개 수상작들은 디지털영상, 온라인게임, 교육용콘텐츠, 무선콘텐츠, 기타 디지털콘텐츠 등 5개 부문에 걸쳐 1차 서류심사 및 2차 시연평가를 통해 선정됐다.

A full digital receiving active phased array antenna generates final receiving beams by digital beam forming of received digital signals in element-level that makes difficult to use typical near-field measurement method. Thus in this paper, a modified near-field measurement method which is suitable for full digital receiving active phased array antenna is proposed. Also the measured results of receiving beam pattern and G/T using developed L-band full digital receiving active phased array antenna are shown for the verification of proposed method.

4차 산업혁명의 바람이 불어오고 있는 지금, 합성생물학 분야는 표준 기술 개발을 통해 '디지털 생물제조업'이라는 새로운 제조업으로의 성장이 기대되고 있다. 나아가 생물학적 부품의 구조 및 기능, 생물 정보 등과 관련하여 다양한 합성생물학의 표준이 제안되고 있기에 신속한 대응이 필요하다. 이에 합성생물학을 둘러싼 지적재산권, 규제에 대한 검토를 통해서 기술발전을 저해 촉진하고 있는 요소들을 도출하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 JPEG 알고리즘을 이용하여 화상데이터를 부호화할때 디지털 서명문과 같은 기밀 데이터를 몰래 집어넣어 합성하는 방식에 대하여 고찰한다 그 기본원리는 DCT 계수를 양자화 할 때 필연적으로 생기는 오차를 이용하는 것으로 0이 아닌 양자화 계수를 합성하고자 하는 기밀데이터에 따라 근처의 정수로 조절하는 것이다. 이 방식을 SIDBA 표준화상에 적용하여 화상의 열화는 무시할 정도로 작으면서 원하는 크기의 기밀 데이터를 합성할 수 있음을 보인다. 또한, 화질의 열화를 최소화시키면서 일정량의 기밀 데이터를 합성시키기 위하여 블록당 1화소를 적절히 선택하여 제3자의 공격에 대한 안전성을 향상시키는 방법을 제시하고 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통하여 성능을 분석한다.

In this paper, we are implemented the courseware targets to the integrated a digital system analysis, a design theory, and a hardware description language training and a logic analysis. This paper consists of two subjects. One is that the learning of a digital system analysis, that of a design theory, and the training of a hardware description language is simultaneously performed. The other is that the experiment of courseware. To learn the hardware description language, the explanation using sound or moving images, setting-up of a simulation or a synthesis program, and simulating are executed on a courseware. And also, we proposed an integrated systems for the hardware description language and a logic synthesis. Also, The reliablity of the tool was verified to be preyed an efficient operation of an implemented digital system courseware tool by korea computer research association.

디지털이미징서비스(Digital imaging service)가 '찍는 즐거움'에서 '보는 즐거움'으로 소비자의 마음을 움직이고 있다. 이러한 변화에는 모바일 기기의 확산과 기능의 향상도 큰 몫을 차지했다. 언제 어디서나 인터넷을 통해 디지털 이미지를 합성, 보관, 전송, 인화해주는 디지털이미징서비스는 디지털 사진을 인터넷상의 전자앨범 형태로 보관하거나 친구, 가족들과 사진을 공유할 수 있고, 저렴한 가격에 일반사진과 똑같은 형태로 인화도 가능하다. '보는 즐거움'을 넘어 '체험하는 즐거움'을 제공함으로써 디지털 사진 시대를 열고 있는 것이다.

In this paper, we propose a new method for detecting digital forgery that identify interpolated region between digital composited images. For detecting the interpolation factor and the tampered regions, we perform two algorithms: The first algorithm is to estimate the interpolation factors using the differential equation for forgery image along the horizontal, vertical, and diagonal directions, respectively; The second algorithm is to scan the interpolation factors along each direction for detection areas as the mask of the optical window size($64{\times}64$) in order to find out the forgery region. A detection map of the forgery is classified with the magnitude of estimated interpolation factors into colors. This detection map can be used to find out interpolated regions from the tampered image. Experimental results demonstrate the proposed algorithms are proven on several examples. We also show the proposed approach is to accurately detect interpolated regions from digital composite images.

본 연구에서는 디지털 캘리그래피 콘텐츠 다양한 제작과 활용을 제안한다. 캘리그래피는 기존의 아날로그 텍스트를 디지털 아트예술로 승화하여 글자 자체로서의 예술성과 이미지와 합성하여 다양한 효과를 연출함으로써 예술성과 작품성 그리고 취미 등 삶에 다양한 창조의 가치를 부여하여 디지털 예술의 한 영역으로 발전 할 수 있다고 사료하며 그 활용도는 증대 된다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 캘리그래피의 다양성을 제시한다.
