Development of lane-level location data exchange framework based on high-precision digital map (정밀전자지도 기반의 차로 수준의 위치정보 교환 프레임워크 개발)

  • It is necessary to develop a next generation location referencing method with higher accuracy as advanced technologies such as autonomous vehicles require higher accuracy of location data. Thus, we proposed a framework for a lane-level location referencing method (L-LRM) based on high-precision digital road network map, and developed a tool which is capable of analyzing and evaluating the proposed method. Firstly, the necessity and definition of location referencing method was presented, followed by the proposal of an L-LRM framework with a fundamental structure of high-precision digital road network map for the method. Secondly, an architecture of the analysis and evaluation tool was described and then the Windows application program was developed using C/C++ programming language. Finally, we demonstrated the performance of the proposed framework and the application program using two different high precision digital maps with randomly generated road event data.

  • The purpose of this study is to provide a virtual CG - based image production system for a simulator camera. The video production system proposed in this study is designed to synchronize the virtual camera of the graphic tool with the simulator camera at the shooting site and the CG application image editing, And can be easily and easily performed through a graphic tool by being controlled virtually through a control interface. Blaze Knights, an animation created by Dongseo University, was used to illustrate the superiority of the research results by comparing the progress and the amount of work before and after the application of the system. According to the results of the research, the CG artist's work efficiency is increased, while the physical constraint is minimized when the scene of the CG application image is minimized. It is possible to produce various scenes and minimize the re- We expect the contribution to the industry to be high.

Small Parks Planning with Community Participation by Using Digital Tools (디지털 툴을 활용한 주민참여 소공원 계획연구)

  • Small park in the community is a public asset that is commonly used by the residents daily and performs an important role to activate the community. The purpose of this study is to draw a small park plan through community participation. In concrete, this study tries to find out the demand of the residents about their small park plan, observe the changes in their demand in the process of debate and analyze the effect of the residents' participation. Small group workshop method was adopted in the study and three groups were set up and surveys were made in two stages. Two dimensional pictogram cards and three dimensional digital park formation tools were used. The results of workshop study indicated as follows: Firstly, residents wanted to have community farming garden, green house and flower garden to grow plants, natural walls and safe resting facilities. Secondly, individual and diverse opinions presented at first could be converted to common opinions through mutual exchanges of opinions in the process of debates. Thirdly, digital park formation program functioned well as an effective visual tool to draw the attention and quick responses of the residents and to reach an agreement. It is expected that the results of this study show the effectiveness of residents' participation tools in the process of drawing agreements in the community society that requires the residents' demands and agreement and this study will be usefully utilized in planning community spaces with residents' participation hereafter.

  • Today, the development of new technologies due to the 4th industrial revolution requires work performance methods such as non-face-to-face collaboration. In response to this, various VR collaboration tools are emerging, but VR collaboration tools for brainstorming, which are used in collaboration or design development work, are not provided. Therefore, despite the advantages and possibilities of VR for non-face-to-face collaboration, there are limitations in practical use. Accordingly, the development of VR collaboration tools in a digitalized work environment is necessary, and research on UI design development for this is required. The purpose of this study is to propose a VR collaboration tool prototype by developing an interaction UI design that applies user hand behavior elements that appear during collaboration sessions through user research. This study was a qualitative study. The research method was to conduct user research through observation and in-depth interviews, and as a result of analyzing the data obtained from this, five types of user hand behavior elements were derived. In this study, an interaction UI design was developed that reflects hand gestures as behavioral elements. And using Unity and the Oculus Integration SDK Kit, we created a prototype VR collaboration tool that can be used without a controller. As a result of conducting a user evaluation of the prototype produced in this study, it was found that users had difficulty making hand gestures accurately, and it was possible to find areas for improvement in UI design. It is expected that this study will help develop interaction UI design for VR collaboration tools that can increase work efficiency.

  • This study suggested a scheme of revitalization and development of digital talking books(DTB) for the print disable people. In Korea, the number of print disabled people is quickly increasing because of increasing of the acquired blind and the elderly in population. To promote information service and to encourage active participation from the group categorized as print disabled people, library is required two distinctive considerations, design and implementation of authoring tool for DTB and policy and administrative consideration for revitalization for DTB service to the print disable people.

  • This study is to carry out meta-analysis on doctoral dissertations which had been written after 2004 when the empirical analysis about digital politics had begun. This study aims to identify tendency of recent analysis. For this purpose, it classifies the research trends of digital politics as political participation, political process, political advertising and election campaigns, and examines the researcher's definition, framework of empirical analysis, and all the results. Moreover, the study systematically summarizes the research model, analysis unit, concept and its components in order to ensure availablity so that the information could be available for the further research.

  • 디지털 콘텐츠 서비스 제공자들이 증가함에 따라, 다양한 DRM 시스템들이 상호호환성에 대한 고려 없이 개발되었다. DRM 시스템 간의 상호호환성 부재는 소비자들이 콘텐츠를 다양한 디바이스 환경에서 사용하지 못하도록 하고 있으며 디바이스 제조자들에겐 다양한 DRM을 지원해야 하는 부담을 주고 있다. 본 논문에서는 서로 다른 DRM 시스템 사이에 상호호환성을 지원하기 위한 새로운 방법을 제안한다. '툴팩'이라 불리는 본 기술은 Open Frame Work 기반으로 기존의 Open Frame Work 기반의 DRM 기술이 가지고 있던 약점인 DRM 툴(Tool)의 보안성을 높이는 동시에 새로운 DRM 툴을 추가하기 위한 확장성과 인터페이스의 간략화로 효율성을 증가시키는 효과가 있다.

  • 본 논문에서는 한국전자통신연구원 가상현실연구센터에서 개발한 탁상형 디지털 편집 시스템의 시제품인 "솔거"를 소개한다. 솔거는 PC 환경에서 MPEG2 데이터들을 처리하고 편집하는 통합형 비선형 편집기로, Directshow 기반의 서브모듈(sub-module)로 개발된 여러 필터들을 기반으로 다양한 시각/음향효과 처리를 제공한다. 이외에도 자유로운 모션 벡터 방향을 줄 수 있는 타이틀링 툴과 정지 영상을 편집할 수 있는 페인팅 툴을 갖추고 있다. 솔거의 특징은 시스템의 구성 가격을 낮추기 위하여 하드웨어 부가 장치 없이 모든 서브모듈을 소프트웨어만으로 구성하였으며 Directshow 기반의 필터개발로 시스템의 확장성과 이식성을 높였다. 이식성을 높였다.

  • The accountability of cloud service which provides the cloud users with accountable services applies various technologies such as the compliance of service policy, monitoring and auditing, logging, and others. It ultimately intends to provide trustworthy cloud service by determining who is accountable for various problems happened during data processing and service offering. In this paper, we propose a cloud ecosystem formed from the chain of content and DRM Cloud service in order to offer secure and trust DRM cloud service when providing high value-added content service. Besides this, we analyse the requirements of cloud services for content owners and users and then propose some logging information to be recorded for trace of accountability and a structure of tool for monitoring.

  • The technique of developing Digital Contents have still not be a standard, and it is cause some problems in the Digital Contents's creating, circulation and consumption, So solve the problem, MPEG suggest MPEG-21 framework. In the standard, The IPMP take charge of the Digital Contents's protection and management, and also it is the same as the rights expression language REL and the dictionary defining the word of REL. But. the study of the IPMP is later than the study of REL and RDD, such as the other study of the MPEG-21 standard. So, there is few system based REL and RDD. In this paper, in order to management and protect contents right. So facing the latest standard, we designed and implementation the Tool Server and the License Server based on REL/RDD.
