This study tends to apprehend how much public library contributes to a role of upbuilder of digital integrated local society through a survey. For this, I performed the survey on 935 organization of public library in the whole country registered in national library statistical system. As a result, firstly, it's apprehended that equipment infra, Internet infra, etc like computer, laptop, scanner, tablet PC, etc are in relatively high level. Secondly, service or resource like electronic book, digital and virtual reference service, library service mobile App, etc that users can use are in relatively high level but software supporting cooperation and group task, fusibility of participating space, etc are shown very low level. Thirdly, the rate of literacy training relating to technology were only 22.4%, education subject focused on resource searching subject and somewhat future-oriented technical education like directions of video conference technique, cloud computing application education, etc wasn't conducted. Finally, we should consider expansion of providing technology and equipment and provision of future-oriented service and education according to a flow of the time that needs to seek change in various roles of library as enjoying culture space or creative space.

This study mainly focuses on evaluating how the triangular training operator could improve classification accuracy in SAR(Synthetic Aperture Radar) and VIR FCC(Visible Infra-red, False Colour Composite). The techniques for the determination of the most informative SAR/VIR combinations in the triangular space diagram, as developed tv the author of the paper, are given and the results obtained are presented. The SAR alone, VIR alone and SAR/VIR FCC classification showed trends for gradual improvement of accuracy. Accuracy distribution pattern for individual classes could be explained closely related to SAR/VIR signature components in the process of the triangular synergistic training. Due to contribution of SAR signature in training samples, it was possible to isolate major terrain features such as cloud cover area and roughness target with acceptable spatial precision. It is anticipated that this research output could be used as a valuable reference for distribution trends of classification accuracy obtained by triangular channel space based training in synergistic application.

본 논문은 우리나라 청소년들의 경제교육을 좀더 효과적이며 내실 있는 교육방법을 찾는 데에 그 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 세계적 무한경쟁시대(無限競爭時代)에 주역이 되어야 할 우리나라 청소년들에게 어릴 때부터 체계적인 경제 지식과 마인드를 심어줌으로써 미래지향적이고 세계주도적인 인재로 성장할 수 있는 기틀을 잡아주고, 어떻게 교육하는 것이 가장 효과적이며 내실 있는 방법인가를 고찰하였다. 현재 우리나라 초 중 고에서의 경제교육에 관한 현황을 살펴보고, 실태조사를 바탕으로 경제교육의 방향과 활성화에 시사점을 두었으며, 특히 디지털 매스미디어를 중심으로 한 교육방법을 살펴보았다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 디지털 시대의 청소년 경제교육 방향을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청년실업자의 활용이라는 측면에서 청소년경제교육을 직접 지도할 수 있는 전문가를 양성하여야 한다. 정년실업자를 청소년 경제교육에 관한 skill 교육을 통해 전문경제교육자로 양성한 후 현장에 투입하여 활용하는 방안이다. 현재 학교교육에서의 경제교육을 전문적으로 도와줄 수 있는 전문가의 부재를 청년실업자를 바탕으로 정책적, 민간기관의 지원을 바탕으로 자격증을 취득한 전문경제교육자를 현장에서 활용하는 것이다. 둘째, 청소년들의 환경에서 가장 큰 영향력을 행사하는 디지털 매스미디어를 경제교육의 도구로 활용하는 웹 활용교육(WBI)이 되어야 한다. 디지털을 이용한 경제교육의 매력은 매스미디어에 대한 청소년들의 거부감이 없다는데 있다. 그리고 웹 활용 교육(WBI)과 프로그램 개발을 통하여 인터넷과 홈페이지 그리고 다양한 경제교육과 학교 수업에 효율적으로 사용될 수 있다.식품으로서 사료의 위생적인 생산을 가져올 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. 서비스에 대한 인지된 유용성과 UI의 편의성은 사용자 선호에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 정보 품질, 서비스 연계성, 흥미 성, 시스템 품질은 사용자 선호에 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 정보 품질과 시스템 품질의 결과는 유의 수준에서 크게 넘어가지 않는 결과가 나와 반드시 영향을 미치지 못하는 것은 아니라고 조사되었다. 본 연구는 검색 서비스라는 특정 서비스에 대해서 사용자 선호에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해서 알아보고자 하였다. 이는 학문적인 측면에서 기존의 통합적인 웹사이트 평가에 대한 연구의 확장을 가능케 하였고, 개인사용자 측면에서는 좀더 좋은 정보를 제공하는 검색 서비스에 대한 이해를 높일 수 있는 계기가 되었다고 할 수 있다. did not showed any characterized sign of acute or subacute liver damage or intestine lesion. Documentation strategy has been experimented in various subject areas and local regions since late 1980's when it was proposed as archival appraisal and selection methods by archival communities in the United States. Though it was criticized to be too ideal, it needs to shed new light on the potentialities of the strategy for documenting local regions in digital environment. The purpose of this study is to analyse the implementation issues of documentation strategy and to suggest the directions for documenting local regions of Korea through the application of the strategy. The documentation strategy which was developed more than twenty years ago in mostly western countries gives us some implications for documenting local regions even in current digital environments. They are as follows; Firstly, documentation strategy can enhance the value of archivists as well as archives in local regions because archivist should be active shaper of history rather than passive receiver of archives according to the strategy. It can also be a solution for overcoming poor conditions of local archives management in Korea. Secondly, the strategy can encourage cooperation between collecting institutions including museums, libraries, archives, cultural centers, history institutions, etc. in each local region. In the networked environment the cooperation can be achieved more effectively than in traditional environment where the heavy workload of cooperative institutions is needed. Thirdly, the strategy can facilitate solidarity of various groups in local region. According to the analysis of the strategy projects, it is essential to collect their knowledge, passion, and enthusiasm of related groups to effectively implement the strategy. It can also provide a methodology for minor groups of society to document their memories. This study suggests the directions of documenting local regions in consideration of current archival infrastructure of Korean as follows; Firstly, very selective and intensive documentation should be pursued rather than comprehensive one for documenting local regions. Though it is a very political problem to decide what subject has priority for documentation, interests of local community members as well as professional groups should be considered in the decision-making process seriously. Secondly, it is effective to plan integrated representation of local history in the distributed custody of local archives. It would be desirable to implement archival gateway for integrated search and representation of local archives regardless of the location of archives. Thirdly, it is necessary to try digital documentation using Web 2.0 technologies. Documentation strategy as the methodology of selecting and acquiring archives can not avoid subjectivity and prejudices of appraiser completely. To mitigate the problems, open documentation system should be prepared for reflecting different interests of different groups. Fourth, it is desirable to apply a conspectus model used in cooperative collection management of libraries to document local regions digitally. Conspectus can show existing documentation strength and future documentation intensity for each participating institution. Using this, documentation level of each subject area can be set up cooperatively and effectively in the local regions.
