This study examines current state of digital reference service on the homepage of university library in Korea. Among 236 university libraries. only $36.9\%$ (87) provide digital reference services. Digital reference services was weak as face-to-face reference services in Korea. Based on the research finding, revealed current state and related problems, and a few suggestions are provided for digital reference service system.

This study examines cases of digital humanities education programs at universities, university libraries and digital humanities centers in the United States. As a result of the research, it was analyzed that the university-centered education program operates in conjunction with other departments to take courses related to humanities and digital technology in general. The digital humanities education program is not operated as a full degree program, but most programs are operated as graduate certificate programs, and it is required to require a graduate degree in library and information science and humanities in advance. Most of the digital humanities centers run educational programs centered on faculty and postdoctoral researchers in universities in connection with universities and university libraries to support the humanities scholars. Lastly, the university's digital humanities education program is operated in the form of research support for students and researchers of all majors. In addition, the content of the educational program focused on the practice for digital projects rather than theory. Empowering digital literacy and supporting digital technology-based research has become a new role for university libraries, which requires libraries to play a central role in digital humanities education.

This study is to consider varying factors of jnternal/external informational and operational environments in libraries, and develop a new evaluation indicators for university libraries in digital environments. The main research results are as follows. First, the results through the Delphi method that was to adopted to verify evaluation items and indicators determined by the literature review show that the repressed values for each evaluation category is greater than 3.00, overall average is 4.02, and standard deviation is ranged from 0.40 to 0.62 for each category. This means that the evaluation indicators are valid. Second, the factor analysis was performed to verify .the construct validity of evaluation indicators. As a result, the cumulative variance of evaluation indicators consisting of 11 dimensions per factor is 72.733%. In turn, this result shows that the validity of these indicators is very reliable. Third, t-test and one-way ANOVA are performed within significance probability 0.05 in order to verify differences in each librarians point of views for the degree of importance in evaluation indicators. Based on the Delphi study and our own analysis, we developed a new evaluation indicators that consists of 7 evaluation categories, 35 evaluation items, and 92 evaluation indicators.

This study is to review the concept of digital twin, analyse digital twin cases and suggest implications. The definition of digital twin is somewhat different depending on purposes but the importance of visualization, monitoring, analysis, prediction and optimization characteristics are accepted. In terms of the concept, digital twin cases are reviewed and analyzed. Based on the analysis, implications from a data point of view for the future development of digital twin in South Korea are suggested.

From the beginning of Digital text book in 2007, there are many kinds of digital text book such as English, Science etc at Public education. Above many problems at the beginning like just using paper text book's scan data as digital text book, now use special contents and design for only digital text book. But only for digital text book not for other. There is gap between advanced country of education and us. This is research based on LG europe design center in London, UK target is UK, Sweden by heuristic analysis, question investigation to get Target's UX with digital education media. Advancement of digital and interest of education bring the world development of digital education device. UK, where is education advanced nation, is using lot's of digital education device which is interactive board, digital desk etc. Result of Analysis of Digital Education Design trend by Target of Education Needs apply rough Design by LG europe design center. We can get more sophisticated needs and UX result by target then Korea that can use for our future Digital education design plan. Also help to reduce gap between advanced country and Korea.
