In the recent war between Ukraine and Russia, low-orbit satellite communication played a major role, and Korea laid a foothold for low-orbit satellite communication services with the successful launch of Nuri in May 2023 and entered a full-scale civilian space age competition. In order to create an ecosystem for ICT digital transformation and data convergence in the field of low-orbit satellite communication, this paper conducts user sentiment analysis by importing posts from Reddit, one of the world's SNS, and extracts need-related sentences through need mining to identify user needs, performs topic modeling to classify topics, and prepares an action plan according to these topics. We hope that this study will be used as a policy resource for the development and innovation of new business models in the field of low-orbit satellite communication, bridging the digital information gap and solving social problems, contributing to sustainable digital transformation and enhancing soft power.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between digital literacy and depressive symptoms, as well as the mediating role of social support in this relationship, among older women (60 years and older) in Korea. Methods: This study analyzed data from the User Experience Evaluation Survey, which was conducted by the Ewha Institute for Age Integration Research to improve the accessibility of digital information for older adults research from May to September 2020. Survey data on depressive symptoms, digital literacy, and social support were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression. Results: The factors influencing depressive symptoms among older women included work status (B=-.19, p=.01), social support (B=-.17, p<.001), self-rated health (B=-.13, p=.003), and digital literacy (B=-.10, p=.005), which had an explanatory power of 33%. In addition, social support played a mediating role in the relationship between digital literacy and depressive symptoms (B=-.05, SE=.02; 95% CI, -.09 to -.02). Conclusion: The findings of this study support the need to develop and apply interventions that promote digital literacy among older women to mitigate depressive symptoms by increasing social support.

Estimation and indication for spatial distribution of living quality and poor condition associated with land and house's access as a basic human need has been imperative questions and predicaments while it is required to boost digital economic development and consolidate social maturity. Although modern IT and sophisticated GIS/LIS technologies are used to examine spatial analysis of population location-patterns, land uses and development, and environmental degradation, etc, it still might remain immature step to figure out the causations and results of poverty in space and time. In this research, a new approach to poverty management is explicated by using 6 parameters as a major tool for assisting poverty monitoring concerning the poor who are very unpredictable in space and could be regarded as renegades in the Internet age. In addition, it expounds a new approach and conceptual idea for poverty management to notify spatial location of the digital divide when poverty reduction is closely concerned with sustainable goal of land information.

This study analyzed the level of digital informatization and the level of human relationship satisfaction in the disabled group. The digital informatization level of the disabled refers to the level of smart access, smart capability, and smart utilization. For the sampling of persons with disabilities, the survey was conducted for persons aged 7 to 69 who were registered under the Welfare for Persons with Disabilities Act. Regression analysis utilized SAS 9.3.s through vitalization of local communities, and information education for the disabled is also important. The analysis results are as follows. First, the higher the digital access level of the disabled, the higher the level of interpersonal satisfaction. Second, the higher the digital information capability level of the disabled, the higher the level of interpersonal satisfaction. Third, the higher the level of digital information utilization of the disabled, the higher the level of interpersonal satisfaction. As a result, the higher the digital information level of the disabled, the higher the satisfaction level in the interpersonal relationship of the disabled. In addition, it was found that careful attention and policy review are needed to resolve the digital information gap of the government for the disabled who are marginalized groups. Therefore, it is necessary to provide the expansion of universal services of the marginalized groups including the disabled. In addition, it is important to form a culture in which the community embraces the marginalized class through vitalization of local communities, and information education for the disabled is also important.

The results of the paper are as follows ; First, the awareness promotion programs, i.e seminars, campaigns, contests, etc., should be provided. Second, Korean standards and guidelines which have specific information should be made to improve web accessibility. Third, Web accessibility specialist should be trained. Finally, Law and regulation related to web accessibility should be amended as the Section 508.

높은 몰입감과 실재감을 제공하는 XR 기술이 고령자들의 인지능력, 주의력, 시각적 기억력에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타나며 노인의 건강과 삶의 질을 향상시키기 위한 기술로 많은 관심을 받고 있다. 본 연구는 인지기능 향상을 위한 XR 융합훈련프로그램에 사용될 콘텐츠 저작 시 젊은이와 노령층의 디지털 격차, 선호도의 차이, 노화에 따른 신체·인지능력의 저하 등 고려해야 할 이슈를 소개하고, 문제를 해소할 수 있는 XR 콘텐츠 저작도구를 제안한다.

본 연구는 60대 이상 세대와 기초 ICT 리터러시 수준을 50대 이하 세대를 비교 분석하여 노년층을 위한 ICT 리터러시 교육을 위한 내용체계을 제시하기 위해 시행되었다. 오프라인 지필 객관식 문항으로 개발된 조사문항을 분석한 결과를 보면 기초 ICT 리터러시 수준에서 세대별 격차가 드러났으며 이를 해소하기 위해서 컴퓨터 하드웨어 명칭 및 사용법, 운영체제 사용법, 인터넷 검색 및 주소 입력 방법, 저작권 및 정보윤리의 4개 영역을 구분하여 내용체계를 구성해야 한다는 결론을 도출하였다. 또한 노년층을 위한 기초 ICT 리터러시 교육은 컴퓨터 관련 장치 또는 체제에 대한 명칭에 대한 낯섦 해소, 디지털 기능에 대한 활용 빈도나 실생활의 연계성 강화, 노년층의 신체반응 및 인지적 상황을 고려한 반복 학습 등이 고려되어야 한다.

정보 통신 기술의 급속한 발달로 인터넷 환경의 학습은 학습 혁명을 주도하는 핵심적인 위치에 있다. 인터넷 환경은 시공간의 제약 없이 자신이 필요로 하는 다양한 교육과정에 접근이 가능하고 생업과 병행하여 학습을 할 수 있는 접근성을 갖는다. 그러나 인터넷에 대한 접근성의 차이는 디지털 디바이스 현상을 발생하게 하여 온라인 학습자와 오프라인 학습자의 교육격차를 더 크게 한다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 연구는 인터넷 환경이 원활하지 않은 경우에는 지속적인 학습을 진행할 수 있도록 PDF 시스템을 활용한다. 이 시스템을 통해 오프라인에서의 학습 결과를 온라인에 전송하여 이력을 제공하는 시스템을 설계하고자 한다.

e-비즈니스는 이제 매우 중요시 되어 각 국가 및 기업에서도 디지털경제시대에 순응하지 못하면 경쟁력을 상실할 것으로 예상하고 있다. 이와 같은 이유로 소규모 기업을 위한 전략적 관점에서의 수익모델을 구현하고자 한다. 현재 모든 분야에서 경쟁이 치열해지고 있지만 대형 매장 때문에 동네 슈퍼마켓과 이 고전하는 것처럼 대형업체들이 가지고 있는 가격경쟁력 때문에 지역의 중소상인들이 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 연일 신문에 대형 전단지를 살포하는 대형업체들에 비해서 지역 중소상인들의 마케팅도 열악할 수밖에 없었다. 새마을금고나 신협 같은 서민금융기관 나름대로의 경쟁력을 가지고 있지만 마케팅 분야 에서도 현격한 격차를 보이고 있다. 이러헌 점에 착목하여 소규모 칼라 전단지 시장을 공략하는 인터넷 비즈니스 모델을 설정하고 이를 구현하였다.
