The Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development is propelling the establishment's project of school library digital resource room under recognizing school library is essential facility that it is to educate students to become autonomous and creative person, to embodies a 7th curriculum in the knowledge base society. There is a necessity which it will analyze demonstrative operating school library digital resource room for maximize to educational effect and to establish efficiently. Thus, this study is prepares a foundation of school library informationization as analyzes an operational status and an educational effect with 96 school library digital resource room which are established in tool year.

A change toward a digital society is requiring of the human quotient who had new informatization ability, and is large to education is affecting it. The digital Storytelling which effective anger to be educational of traditional Storytelling was combined with came into being in these changes. As I provide together multi-media element such as a screen and sound digital Storytelling jumps over the existing Storytelling, and to move, I easily cause an interest of student, and I stimulate intellectual faculties various of a schoolchild, and I make bidirectional enemy interaction possible. Therefore, I extract whether it is the education that it can apply on-site an elementary school of a cow in this study after analyzing digital Storytelling, and digital Storytelling designs the class that it is possible, and I will present it.

ICT capacity building education in developing countries with poor infrastructure is a solution to help solve ICT gaps and improve economic performance. However, there is a clear difference between countries' geographical and industrial level in terms of geographical and industrial aspects. Therefore, it is necessary to design customized educational contents for each country according to the status of various industries in each country rather than uniform and unilateral ICT capacity building education. This should be followed by a basic understanding of the current situation. The purpose of this study is to identify the level of ICT technology and curricula for female students at Life University of Cambodia among developing countries, and to find out the subjects related to industry in that region and to propose policies for continuous operation.

It has been to have not only good functions that make us convenient but also side effects that lead to a variety of social problems. Especially, on many statistical data shows the high percentage of adolescent exposed to such side effects. Therefore, it is important for teenagers who needs to build healthy personality to learn information ethics education. In this paper, we have compared and analyzed the existing information ethics education in information curriculum and information ethics education in revision curriculum of 2015. In order to educate the information ethics in the new curriculum, the education priorities of the adolescents according to the exposures of information dysfunction were suggested and the information dysfunctional areas were classified into educational categories. It is expected that information ethics education can be applied more effectively.

Increasing number of elderly's active participation in society, it is arisen the needs of senior information for training. Most of the senior's experiences in the digital device are low and because they do not get the information in formal education, they are vulnerable to the business office of utilizing the documents. For activities of society, it needs the excel education on enterprise document management training. According to this study, it is designed and implemented the 'Happyseniorcel' which is Excel application system for seniors. As a result of survey, it improves menu-use convenience, screen-color organization satisfaction and screen magnification efficiency compared to current excel. By using 'Happyseniorcel', it is expected to improve excel utilization and to encourage the social activities.

지난학기 수업과제로 '특수 콘크리트' 에 대하여 리포트를 제출하도록 하였다. 일주일후 리포트(report)를 받아들고는 당황하지 않을 수 없었다. 한결같이 책으로 제본된 200여 쪽의 보고서였다. 바로 정보화의 힘으로, 인터넷에서 모은 다양한 관련 자료를 편집하여 책으로 제본한 것이다. 우리는 21세기를 지식정보화 사회라고 한다. 다양한 정보를 일정한 형식으로 저장, 관리, 편집할 수 있는 방법과 도구들이 일상화 되어 있어 누구나 정보를 활용할 수 있는 시대이다.(중략)

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of digital literacy and the frequency of contact with children or grandchildren via ICT on cognitive functions of 8,942 adults over age 65 who responded to the 2017 National Survey of Older Koreans, using multiple regression analysis. We found that digital literacy was the most significant factor on cognitive functions of the elderly. Also, the frequency of contact with grandchildren via ICT was a positive factor for cognitive function and had a positive correlation with digital literacy. Based on this results, the importance of digital literacy education and intergenerational communication via ICT were discussed.

Although the government mandated classroom use of smart technology, there exist obstacles to adapting smart technology as a means of educational tools in class. This study aims to explore the preconditions for integrating smart technology and early childhood education. To meet this end, this study investigates preschool teachers' perceptions about the possible benefits or negative impacts of using smart media on child education. Results show that teachers have negative rather than positive perceptions and attitudes toward preschoolers' use of smart media, which implies that rendering teachers have positive impression on smart education is most important for fostering smart education.

한국정보통신대학교(ICU)의 총장으로 허운나 전 국회의원이 취임했다. 허운나 신임총장은 지난 83년 한양대학교 교육공학과 교수를 시작으로 정보화추진 자문위원, 제16대 국회 과학기술정보통신위원회 상임위원으로 전자서명법, 전자거래기본법 등을 발의하는등 IT산업 발전에 역량을 발휘하였을 뿐만 아니라 국제 IT의원 연맹 초대회장, 한국교육공학회 회장을 역임하는 등 산업과 교육을 연계할 전문가로서, ICU를 세계적인 IT 대학교로 성장∙발전시킬 적임자로 평가받고 있다. 허운나 ICU 총장을 만나봤다.
