The purpose of this study is to develop service quality measurement model(DL-SQI model) which are able to measure objectively service quality of digital libraries in Korea and to measure user perceived service quality performance with DL-SQI model. This study also investigates the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Before measurement, two principal rules and indicator formula were made to measure the service quality. Finally service quality of three digital libraries selected as samples was measured and analyzed in various points of view. It was developed a DL-SQI Consequences Model and testified it through path analysis using structural equation model.

As Information Technology has developed, digital library has an opportunity to change the paradigm of role of library to adjust in digital environment. Digital library has promote information services with digitization of materials. In library fare use is allowed to the public for information services. However, digital copy and transmission is simple in digital environment, to balance between owner and user is not easy but important things. Therefor, current copyright act is revised to adjust these environment but the act restrict the users'accessing digital library through interned, not complied with the motive of revision. Moreover, proposed act which is proposed to facilitate digital library services also extremely limits information services. In this monograph, I will review the copyright act related library and seek for the improved means.

최근 디지털 서비스 기기 트렌드는 기능 및 성능 위주 기술들보다는 사용자 중심 기술들로 점점 변화해 가고 있다. 특히 사용자 접근이 많은 디지털 서비스 기기일수록 사용자경험 증대를 위한 다양한 기술들이 선보이고 있는데, 본 논문은 가장 대중적인 디지털 서비스 기기인 TV의 사용자경험 시스템을 제안한다. 본 시스템은 사용자의 시청 환경정보를 정의하고 각 환경정보를 수집할 수 있는 모듈을 제공한다. 본 시스템의 서비스 추론 모듈은 센싱된 환경정보, 사용자 프로파일, 날짜 및 날씨 정보 등을 기반으로 사용자 맞춤화된 GUI 서비스 및 시청 환경개선 서비스를 추론한다. 맞춤화된 GUI 서비스는 크기, 색상 및 레이아웃 별 디자인된 GUI 콘텐츠와 GUI Framework을 기반으로 사용자에게 제공된다.

디지털 포렌식 기술이 발달하면서 그에 대항하는 안티포렌식 기술 역시 고도화되고 있다. 보안 메신저 사용, 클라우드 환경의 발달, 익명 네트워크의 등장은 안티포렌식 기술의 일종으로, 디지털 포렌식 조사 시 시간과 비용을 증가시키며, 데이터 수집 및 분석 과정에서도 어려움을 겪게 한다. 본 논문에서는 최신 안티포렌식 기술과 이에 대응하기 위한 디지털 포렌식 기술의 현황을 소개한다. 특히, 최근에 디지털 포렌식 활동을 어렵게 하는 대표적인 요소인 '보안 메신저 서비스', '클라우드 스토리지 서비스', 그리고 '익명 네트워크 기반 서비스'를 위주로 기술한다.

본 논문에서는 디지털 방송의 시대를 맞아 새롭고 다양한 정보 서비스를 가능하게 할 디지털 데이터방송을 위해서 국내 환경에 적합한 데이터방송 프로파일을 제안하고 그 내용을 소개한다. 여기서 프로파일이라는 것은 표준(standard)과는 달리 서비스 어플리케이션 및 송 ·수신 시스템을 포함하여 실제로 데이터방송을 서비스하기 위해서 규정한 방송구현 단계의 구체적 규격이다. 데이터방송의 가능한 서비스 형태로는 TV 프로그램 자체를 소개하는 프로그램 안내정보 서비스, 방송중인 TV 프로그램 관련 정보를 서비스하기 위한 TV 프로그램 연관 데이터 서비스, TV 프로그램 내용과 독립적으로 멀티미디어 정보를 제공하기 위한 순수 데이터 서비스, 그리고 방송국과 양방향 네트워크로 연결하여 제공되는 양방향 서비스가 있다 이러한 서비스를 개발하기 위해서는 국내 환경에 적합한 데이터방송 프로파일이 필요하며 그 일환으로 현재 MHEG-5를 이용하여 데이터방송이 가능하도록 프로파일을 구성해 나가고 있다 그리고 MHEG-5 프로파일을 이용한 서비스 어플리케이션을 제작하여 디지털 위성방송 시스템에 적용하였다 데이터방송의 규격은 국제적으로 아직 많은 부분에 있어서 유동적이므로 이 연구를 바탕으로 향후 지속적으로 국제적 흐름을 분석하여 국내 환경에 적합하도록 프로파일을 개선해 나갈 것이다.

Academic libraries are at a turning point. Historically academic libraries were the natural destination for students, faculty, and researchers seeking information. These users came to the library by default. Academic libraries served as the repository for published information as well as the intermediary for acquiring material from the outside world. In this study, suggested are directions of academic library websites construction and current techniques related library 2.0 that could be applied digital information system of academic libraries. And discussed the recent status, problems and future directions of scholarly information service through websites supporting lecture and research prefect activities for faculties in Korean university libraries.

디지털 기술이 각 분야의 기술과 융합하는 디지털 전환(Digital Transformation)은 4차 산업혁명을 가속화 하고 있다. 국가적으로 클라우드·인공지능·데이터 관련 정책 수립과 디지털 댐 사업, 데이터 플랫폼 사업 등을 통해 산업분야의 디지털 전환을 추진 중이나, 소재·바이오 등 극히 일부 과학기술 분야 외에 클라우드, 데이터, 인공지능, 시뮬레이션 등을 종합적으로 지원하는 국가적 지원이 전무한 실정이다. 본 논문은 국가 R&D의 디지털 전환 가속화를 위한 디지털융합R&D 플랫폼 제공을 위해 계산과학 SW를 서비스하기 위한 프레임워크를 설계하였다.

전력 및 전화 서비스와 같은 저속의 댁내 망 구축에서 서비스 품질을 보장하는 다양한 대역폭의 멀티미디어 및 멀티포인트 서비스를 효율적으로 제공할 수 있는 댁내 망 구축 및 동영상 압축 기술 및 디지털 신호처리 기술의 발전으로 인해 댁내의 디지털 가전 기기들이 고속의 통신 기능이 탑재되는 정보 가전으로 발전하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재 활발히 다양한 댁배 망 서비스를 제공하고 잇는 RBB서비스 제공자들의 현황을 알아보고, 액세스 망을 통한 서비스와 댁내에서의 통신 서비스를 제공하기 위해서 댁내 망이 갖추어야할 조건을 분석한다. 또한, 앞으로 댁내 망 일반 사용자들이 이용하게 될 댁내외 서비스를 만족시키기 위한 서비스 요구사항에 대하여 기술한다.

해상 ICT의 발전과 e-Navigation 및 자율운항선 도입에 따라 해상 통신망의 종류와 범위가 확장되어 가상항로표지 서비스의 필요성이 증대되고 있으며, 이러한 서비스 제공을 위해 국가 정책적으로 스마트 항로표지 개발에 관한 연구가 추진되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 e-Navigation 및 자율운항선 도입에 대비하여 디지털 항로표지 정보의 체계적이고 지속적인 제공을 위한 통합가상항로표지 정보서비스 시스템 상세 설계 방안에 대하여 기술하였다.
