인터넷의 발달은 전통적인 자연 발생적인 시장에 의한 상거래를, 기술에 의한 안전하면서 세계 시장을 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 전자상거래 구조를 제공하고 있다. 현재 전자상거래의 대상은 실물에 대한 상거래와 디지털 컨텐츠에 대한 상거래로 크게 분류할 수 있으며, 실물에 대한 상거래는 전통적 상거래 방식이 컴퓨터로 바뀐 상황이라고 볼 때, 디지털컨텐츠에 대한 상거래 즉, D-Commerce에 대한 상거래의 개념이 도래하고 있다. 디지털 컨텐츠의 상거래에 필요한 요소 기술에 대한 연구, 그리고 특히 새로운 유통 비즈니스 모델에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 디지털 컨텐츠는 생성, 가공, 유통, 분배 둥의 측면에서 많은 장점을 갖는 반면, 복사를 여러 번해도 원본의 품질에 손상 없이 쉽게 복사 될 수 있다는 것이 디지털 저작권 보호에 커다란 문제점으로 대두되고 있다. 디지털 저작권권리(Digital Rights Management: DRM)은 디지털 콘텐츠의 보호와 적절한 유통체계를 설립하여 안전하게 상거래를 할 수 있게 하기 위한 새로운 기술이다. XrML은 권리(Right)를 명시하는 언어로써 디지털 컨텐츠와 그에 따른 서비스들을 사용할 수 있는 권리와 조건들을 명시해준다. XrML은 현재 디지털 저작권권리(Digital Rights Management: DRM)에 가장 많이 쓰이고 있는 Rights Language이다. XrML은 ContentGuard가 개발한 DRM 서술 언어로 전 세계 산업계 표준으로 추진하기 위하여 파트너 회사 확대, 기능 확장, 무료/공개 형식으로 보급을 추진하고 있다.

We proposes a multipurpose image watermarking algorithm which embeds visible watermark and invisible watermark into an original image. This is to satisfy the two characteristics of copyright notification of the visible watermark and copyright protection of the invisible watermark. The visible watermark's transparency is highlighted to be easily identified in contrast to the original image and the invisible watermark is embedded in a spatial domain.

DRN에서 라이센스는 컨텐츠를 사용할 수 있는 키와 사용규칙을 포함하고 있는 사용권으로 컨텐츠의 사용과 관리를 위해서 필요하다. 이러한 라이센스에 대한 안전성을 보호하기 위해서는 안전한 키 관리 및 분배 메커니즘이 필요하다. DRM에서 컨텐츠 제작자치 저작권을 보호하기 위해서는 안전한 라이센스 획득과 라이센스 사용정보에 대한 보고가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 DRM 시스템에서 저작귄 보호기술을 이용하여 저작권 보호를 제공하는 라이센스 관리 프로토콜을 제안한다. 제안한 프로토콜은 암호화를 통한 라이센스 획득과 라이센스 사용에 대한 지속적인 보고로 라이센스의 불법 사용 및 배포를 방지하여 디지털 컨텐츠의 제작자의 저작권을 보호한다.

PC 및 인터넷의 급속한 보급으로 인해 소비자가 보다 간단히 컨텐츠의 COPY를 작성할 수 있는 환경이 조성되고 있어, 음악이나 영상의 저작권자들은 PC나 인터넷을 통한 부정 카피를 우려하지 않을 수 없다. 이제 디지털 컨텐츠의 저작권은 풍전등화와 같다. 이에 CPTWG에서는 DVD를 기점으로 PC 주변기기 및 네트워크에 저작권 보호환경을 확대하는 방침을 추진하고 있다.

As for the digital content, a reproduction is easy and manuscript is identical with original copy. Because of these characteristics, there are difficulties on prevention of an illegal reproduction and an illegal currency. In recent days various digital content service systems based on a web are commercialized. An appropriate copyright protection technology is required so that these systems develop as a profit model. Generally we use encrypted digital content transmission method for the copyright protection on a web base system. At the time of this, it is increased sire of encrypted digital content. As for this, it be increased time required on an execution process. Therefore, a design of the system that considered a execution time and a security is required. In this study, we designed the digital content transmission system that considered execution time and a security through a partial encryption based on a digital content copyright management technique. Also we evaluated performance of a proposed system through analysis.

As logistic environment of digital resources is rapidly changing, protection of the intellectual property for digital resources has been recognized as one of important issues. Digital Rights Management (DRM) has taken much interests from ISP, authors and publishers of digital content as an integrated approach to create a reliable environment for access and the use of digital resource. In this paper we proposed a dynamic digital rights management system based on adaptive agent theory (ARPA : Adaptive Resource Protection Agent) to address problems facing contemporary DRM approaches : static rights management problem solving and strengthened monitoring/tracking system. We introduced a dynamic mission control scheme to realize dynamic digital rights management. We incorporated adaptive agent theory to implement on-and off-line tracking and protection. Through the implementation of protype system, the process, the process dynamic digital rights protection will be demonstrated.

오늘날 인터넷의 이용확산과 함께 디지털 저작물의 유통환경이 빠른 속도로 변화함에 따라 디지털화된 데이터의 무단 복제 및 배포가 사회적인 이슈가 되고 있으며 불법 복제 및 무단 배포에 능동적으로 대처할 수 있는 방법과 법적인 제도의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 디지털 컨텐츠 저작권 보호 기술들에 대하여 살펴보고 에이전트 기반의 모니터링을 이용한 디지털 컨텐츠 저작권 보호 시스템의 모델을 설계, 구현을 통해 디지털 컨텐츠의 제작, 공유, 유통 및 이용이 일련의 신뢰할 수 있는 환경에서 이루어 질 수 있도록 하고자 한다.

전자 통신 및 방송 기술의 눈부신 발전에 힘입어 디지털방송 시대가 도래하였다. 디지털방송은 보다 선명한 HD급의 화면을 수신자에게 제공할 수 있다는 장점뿐 아니라, 영상물들에 대한 보관, 편집, 배포 과정에 있어서도 아날로그 방송과는 비교가 되지 않을 정도의 편리성을 가지고 있다. 그러나, 이러한 디지털방송 기술의 발달과 더불어, 디지털 미디어에 대한 저장 기술의 발달과 컴퓨터 기술의 발달은 그에 따른 부작용을 야기시키고 있다. 암호화되지 않은 상태로 전송되는 디지털방송 콘텐츠는 PVR 또는 셋톱박스나 TV 수신카드가 탑재되어 있는 개인용 컴퓨터를 통해, 원본과 동일한 화질의 콘텐츠를 무제한적으로 복사 또는 배포하는 것이 가능하게 되었다. 본 원고에서는 디지털방송 콘텐츠 저작권 보호와 관련하여, 최근 이슈로 대두되고 있는 Broadcast Flag의 개념 및 관련 저작권 보호기술 요소, 그리고 이를 이용한 콘텐츠 재분배 제어 기술에 대해서 살펴본다. 마지막으로 Broadcast Flag가 실제 법제화 되었을 경우, 여러 이익단체 및 사용자에 미칠 영향과 앞으로의 전망에 대해서 살펴본다.

The Internet technologies allows anybody who has connect a network to access various multimedia information. But, it brings new issues about the violation of intellectual property and copyright of multimedia contents. Digital right managements have been actively studied as approaches to solve them. In this paper, we propose license-based schemes for the protection of contents and its rights on digital right management. The proposed schemes provide limited distribution and superdistribution of contents, and guarantee to securely use contents by usage rules.
