The distribution model of multimedia content is proposed, This solves the problems which are occurred by various multimedia content and the complex distribution structure. The online distribution processes in wireless environments contain many different, companent from the of offline and wire networks. The multimedia content can be very easily propagated illegally. Under these environments the seneme to protect the copyrights of multimedia content and rights of distribution entities is needed. In this paper a distribution framework of content in wireless environment based on MPFG-21 framework if proposed. This model can be adapted to DRM(digital rights management) and utilized to protect the rights of distribution entities.

The copyrights of music in Korea have been placed under the supervision of the associations which the government approved as a trusteeship. Since the industry of music in Korea has been changed from phonographic industry to on-line music service, it is required increasingly that the rights and interests of music should been protected. Korea government has been announced the amendment for levy of music royalties through on-line service according to the changes in the music industry and industries' demand. In this paper, the corporate structures in music industry has been investigated from the point of owner of copyright, recently at the heart of the debate, flat rate system and usage-based pricing in on-line music market has been compared. Consequently, the reasonable prices of music service through on-line market are not earmarked in reality for both consumers and copyright proprietors. 본 고에서는 국내 대학에서 생산되고 있는 학위논문의 원문 구축에 대한 중복투자를 방지하고 학위논문의 생산, 관리, 유통을 전자적으로 관리하기 위한 모형을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 Verginia Tech에서 주도하는 NDLTD(Networked Digital Library of Thesis and Dissertations) 사례를 참고하여 전자적 논문제출을 위한 ETD의 표준화를 제안하였으며, 학위논문에 디지털 콘텐츠 서비스 식별체계인 DOI를 부여하고 DOI와 메타데이터를 통합관리하기 위한 방안을 기술하였다.

The purpose of this study is to provide possible suggestions in order to promote online transmission service of digital works and the construction of digital libraries. To achieve this purpose, the definition, and characteristics of digital library were reviewed. And the current status of information service of digital libraries in Korea. Japan, and U. S. was examined. The regulations relating to online transmission in digital libraries on the copyright law revised in December 1999 were understood. As a result, this study suggested the establishment of center to manage the reproduction and online transmission of digital works collectively. And it also suggested the introduction of technical measures to protect copyright.

인터넷은 처음에는 단순히 오프라인에서 유통되는 실물 상품의 흐름을 중개해주는 역할을 해왔으나 인터넷을 통한 실물상품의 중개는 아날로그 상태의 상품들이 인터넷이라는 거간꾼의 중개작용을 통한 전자상거래 형태로 정착되었다. 이러한 실물 상품 유통의 중개자였던 인터넷은 실물 상품들이 디지털화 됨으로써 컨텐츠들의 유통을 위한 통로이면서 동시에 그 자체로서 메시지가 되어버린 하나의 매체로 전환하게 되었다. 그러나, 인터넷을 통해 디지털 컨텐츠들이 쉽고 간편하게 원본과 똑같은 품질로 복제할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 상상을 초월하는 빠른 속도로 이동이 가능하여 사용자들이 불법으로 얼마든지 이용할 수 있다는 것이다. 현재 국내, 국외에서 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 제안한 기술 디지털 컨텐츠들을 보호하고 관리할 수 있도록 하는 DRM(Digital Rights Management)이라는 시스템이 계속적으로 개발되고 있다[1]. 디지털 컨텐츠를 보호하고 저작권을 관리하는 시스템인 DRM 에는 크게 세 가지의 기본 시스템(Publisher, Customer, DRM Server System)이 있다. 본 논문에서는 컨텐츠를 등록하고 저작권자가 그 컨텐츠를 관리하는 DRM Publisher System을 키 알고리즘을 이용하여 설계한다.

Designers need to manage their copyrights. Designers be placed in both situations. The two situations is sometimes the case that infringes their copyrights and infringes the copyrights of others. But most designers do not know what to do to deal with this situation. Designers have to judge a lot of things for themselves. Designers should inform the user that you have infringed my copyright. And they will have to think about the legal proceedings. This paper was written based on the legal process, conducted from 2012 to 2014. Copyright infringement countermeasures for designers through this case were investigated. And to organize a correspondence course was organized personal correspondence, legal action, ruling process. As wireless Internet speads widely, circulation of various types of digital contents become active. Therefore, it is necesary to make a mobile-based DRM (Digatal Rights Management) system to protect digital contents from illegal reproduction and to give proper rights to contents users, In this paper, we present a mibile security system, which protects the copyright for digital contents offered throughout the mobile environment. Our security system is focused on presenting mobile-based DRM architecture. Especially, considering mobile device's decrying power, we adopted partial encryption scheme. For this, wecompared and evaluated the performant of each contents encryption scheme (the entire encryption scheme and the partial encription scheme) and proved that a proper DRM system for current wireless devices is the partial encryption system. Our mobile DRM system can be very efficient to protect contents on the wireless Internet environment.

The digital copying and digital transmission are rapidily Increasing with the innovation of information technology and the development of networking technology. But It Is Inevitable to limit copyright for the public benefit and cultural development In the digital environment in like manner with the analog environment. First, this study examinated the international trends and legulations relating to the copyright limitations In the U.S. and Japan for the fair use. Second, it dealed with the problems of the digital copying relating to the temporary storage In RAM and screen display that are recently becoming international issues. Third, it concretely explored and analyzed the problems according to the application of the fall use of the private copying, the library copying, and the copying for the purpose of school education in the network environment. In conclusion, to solve these problems that Is occurred from legulations In the analog environment Is needed the revision of the existing copyright law in Korea. Finally, this study suggested 'the copyright collecive management system' and 'the private copying levy system' as the systemic devices to control the digital private copying.

The intellectual property system was very important to the past industrial society. It is so important to the 21C information age. It is a leading role to developing these information society. Not only the digital content control but the technology of software source code for the intellectual property is so much mean to international competition. On occurring disputation property, we have to prove the fact, there is a problem to discriminate the original source code. In this paper, we make a study of the digital licence prototype for discriminate the original source code. Reserved words of software source code by parsing express to XML file that have hierarchical structure. Then, we can express architecture of software source code by tree structure form instead of complex source code. And we make a study of the indexing and searching to search digital license.
