  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the self-efficacy and intention to use for digital health devices by middle-aged and aged groups. We conducted the frequency analysis, T-test analysis, and linear regression analysis using the 2019 Korean Senior Technology Acceptance Survey. The analysis results are as follows. First, the group of the middle-aged had higher score of the intention to use for digital health devices than the group of the elderly. Second, the group of the middle-aged group also had higher self-efficacy than the group of the elderly. Lastly, it was found that the relationship between the self-efficacy and intention to use was not significant in the middle-aged group. However, the relationship between the self-efficacy and intention to use in the elderly group had a positive influence. We suggested that the differentiated strategy is needed to promote the utilization of digital health devices for middle-aged and aged. This study is expected to be a fundamental study of digital health devices and suggest the research model including the usefulness, ease of use, and anxiety.

  • In the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution customers living began to come out, not inside the purchase funnel. Due to the diversity of product selection and the increase in digital channels, the way customers search for information and purchase it is changing innovatively. So, the customer journey in the digital age is much more complicated than the traditional funnel model suggests. Unlike many previous studies, this study was conducted for 1,200 customers in four product groups of fashion, automobile, cosmetics, and online shopping malls. As a result of the study, we investigated how digital self-efficacy plays a role in purchasing in a series of processes in which digital experience affects customer satisfaction and finally affects purchase. As a theoretical implication, as a result of introducing and testing digital self efficacy as moderated mediation effect. the digital self-efficacy between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty were determined to play a moderated mediation effect role. As a practical implication, it was necessary to actively utilize digital marketing for customers with high digital self-efficacy, but it was suggested that customers with low digital self-efficacy need to be careful about digital marketing fatigue.

  • The purpose of this study is to define the paths through which academic burnout and self-efficacy of middle school students affect school adjustment, verify the path model of each factor, and examine the mediator effects of self-efficacy. In line with this objective, the study conducted a survey on 713 third year students of 3 different middle schools in city G. The first finding of this study confirmed that the path coefficient and suitablility index were significant, indicating that the path model was also significant. Second, academic burnout had direct negative effects on self-efficacy and school adjustment, while self-efficacy has positive effects on school adjustment. Third, self-efficacy was confirmed to have meaningful mediator effects on academic burnout and school adjustment. Based on these findings, academic burnout caused by excessive demand for academic success on korean students has negative effects on school adjustment, but if self-efficacy is well developed as an individual factor, school maladjustment can be reduced. Thus this study confirmed that psychological factors, such as self-efficacy, are necessary in school adjustment. Future studies were suggested on the basis of this study's findings.

  • The study aims at analyzing and comparing the effect of video teleconferencing English class with native speakers on class satisfaction and self-efficacy of elementary school students according to grades. Revised Kim's self efficacy and researcher's class satisfaction measuring tools were used for this. Grade 3 got the highest score and grade 6 had the lowest one in class satisfaction. In post-testing on self efficacy, average score was lower than in pre-testing except grade 3. Grade 3 got the highest score and grade 6 had the lowest one in self efficacy. I conclude that as students' grade goes up, their interests decrease in teleconferencing class and native speaker teachers.
