디지털 유산의 유형은 매우 다양하며 혼합성을 가진 정보의 특성상 민법의 상속 규정으로 해결될 수 없거나 기타 현행 개별법의 규정에서도 해결할 수 없는 경우도 있을 수 있다. 또한, 디지털 유산의 생성, 저장, 처리가 제3자인 정보통신서비스 제공자의 영역에서 이루어지며 현행 개인정보보호법제, 비밀준수관련법제 등 개별법상 정보통신서비스 제공자에 대한 법적 책임의 가능성이 있다는 점은 디지털 유산의 생산자(즉, 정보통신서비스 이용자)와 상속인에게 전통적인 상속법제를 적용하는데 실질적인 걸림돌로 작용하고 있다. 종래 국내에서 제안된 입법안들은 디지털 유산과 관련한 이러한 문제점을 인식하여 정보통신서비스 제공자에게 개별법상 책임의 가능성을 경감함으로써 디지털 유산의 법적 처리를 원활하게 하는 근거규정을 두고 있다. 그러나 디지털 유산의 범위, 디지털 유산 제공 대상자의 범위, 제공 대상자의 권한의 범위 등에 있어 많은 차이를 보였다. 이러한 점을 고려한다면 디지털 유산의 상속에 관한 타당하고 합리적인 해석론을 전제로 하되 추가적인 입법론적 논의가 필요하다. 입법론적 논의를 위해서는 디지털 유산에 대하여 실질적 지배영역을 가진 정보통신서비스 제공자에 대한 책임의 명확화와 더불어 디지털 유산을 둘러싼 관계인의 이해를 조화하는 방향성이 요구된다.

본 고는 디지털 이동통신 기술 개발 이후, 기술개발의 성공을 경제적 성공을 이끌기 위한 논의의 시도로서 검토되었다. 1996년 디지털 이동통신 서비스 제공으로 국내 이동통신 서비스 분야는 본격적인 경쟁시대를 맞이하게 되며, 이와 같은 상황의 변화는 이동통신 서비스에 참여하고 있는 각 참여자의 경제적 위치에 영향을 주게 된다. 본 고에서는 디지털 이동통신 서비스 참여자를 서비스 제공자, 기기제조업자, 서비스 이용자로 구분하고 디지털 이동통신 서비스 제공이 각 참여자에게 미치는 영향을 경제적인 관점에서 이익발생적 측면과 비용발생적 측면으로 분석을 시도하였다. 또한 이러한 경제적 고려사항을 토대로 디지털 이동통신 서비스 제공시 해당 서비스의 보급을 활성화하기 위한 기본 방향을 검토하였다.

In this paper, we proposes digital content management technology in a cloud computing environment. proposes digital content management technology in a cloud computing environment. Computing services using networks are basic infrastructure services that cannot be missed in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution. Financial services, digital content services, and industrial and home network services using smartphones are changing from services in the local area to a cloud service environment where the entire service is possible. Therefore, this study proposed a system to safely support digital content services suitable for cloud computing environments. The proposed system provides convenience and safety for users to access the system, protects the copyright of digital content authors, and provides a secure digital content distribution and management system. The purpose of this study is to stabilize and revitalize the digital content market by providing a digital content distribution structure suitable for the cloud computing environment.

2000년도 들어 국내 지상파에서 HD(High Definition)급의 디지털 시험방송서비스를 개시한 이후 위성방송에서 디지털상용방송을 실시하고 지상파방송에서도 방송 3사에서 아직 많은 시간은 아니지만 디지털방송서비스를 실시하고 있다. 이러한 디지털방송서비스가 고화질 또는 디지털 A/V에 초점을 맞추고 있다면 통신망이 발달하면서 방송과 통신간의 융합화가 빠르게 전개되면서 양방향 데이터방송서비스에 대한 요구가 생겨났다. 이러한 양방향 데이터방송은 방송망을 통해 전달된 데이터를 매개채로 사용자와의 인터랙션을 통해 방송국 서버단과 연결함으로서 양방향 대화형 방송을 가능케 한다.(중략)

This study analyzes the construction status of digital employment services in Korea and presents the direction of continuous advancement and development of digital employment services based on overseas cases and the latest digital technology development trends. Find out the specific digitalization promotion strategies and current status of major countries such as Belgium, Australia, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, and the United States. In addition, in order to present a plan for the development of digital employment services in Korea, we will propose a plan to expand digital employment services to online employment centers through individual and customized employment services, data openness, and expansion of public-private collaboration through digital employment services using AI and big data.

This study aims to investigate the current state of digital reference services using electronic bulletin boards in Korean academic libraries and to suggest improvements. Through the examination of 205 academic library websites, 56 libraries were identified to use electronic bulletin for digital references. The digital reference service questions and responses from four libraries were further analyzed: the types of reference question, the structure and accuracy of answers, and digital reference completion time. The implications of this study for future research and practice lie in its provision of a systematic way to design practical guidelines for virtual reference services.

Responding to the growing trend toward information society through digitalization of relating tools, a specialized information center is called for the change in its role. It must create the more value-added service for customers by menas of combination of various digital media with communication network, domestic and foreign. This study analyzes the theoretical framework and concrete examples of digital information services in special information center pursuing user-centered service. To make an efficient execution of user-centered information service, the effort is needed to develop and enlarge digital information services improving the level of service.

This paper describes recent developments and trends of digital reference services. A brief overview of selected research on issues surrounding digital reference service is provided. It also discusses how technological developments in libraries have led to the emergence of new service paradigms. This paper briefly reviews reference and information services provided by libraries, those from publishers, those provided by experts, and those where users need to conduct a search and find information through the web. The current trend shows that the cooperative model is increasingly popular. Some projects on collaborative digital reference services(CDRS) are introduced. Librarians will need to continue analyzing the need for cooperative work in the reference service in a digital environment.

The purpose of this study is to verify the influence relationship of digitally converted services on consumers' intention to use since traditional services are being converted to digital services due to technological development and increase in non-face-to-face services. The study consisted of a program development procedure and a program effectiveness verification procedure, and bootstrapping was performed to verify the mediating effect adjusted along with multiple regression analysis. The subjects of this study were 323 university (graduate) students and the general public residing in Korea. Results. First, it was found that the three perceived interaction factors (perceived communication, perceived control, and perceived reactivity) of digital transformed services had a positive effect on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, respectively. Second, the relationship of influence of technology acceptance intention was verified. Third, it was confirmed that the effect of the three perceived interaction factors of digital transformed services on intention to use was mediated by perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Fourth, the mediating effect mediated by digital disparity was confirmed. As a result, it was confirmed that the three perceived interaction factors of the digitally converted service are important factors in the intention to use the digitally converted service. This suggests that efforts are needed to minimize the digital divide.

Reference services have taken a central place in library and information services. But current digital libraries focus more on access to digital information, and hardly lay emphasis on the service aspects. This paper looks at the current state of research in reference services in digital libraries. It first analyses some representative definitions of digital reference services. It then provides a brief overview of the various online reference and information services currently available on the Web. The paper also reviews the types of the digital reference service in major 'Aska' service sites. Finally, the paper proposes new digital reference service model that specifically bases on the sharing of the human and information.
