This study analyzed the effects of interactivity on the learning attitude in the tablet PC-based digital textbook environment. Most of digital textbook studies focused on comparison of learning effect between digital textbook and paper textbook. This study, instead, focused on the interaction between students and digital textbook, and examined the hypothesis that, in the digital textbook-based learning environment, interactivity factors affect learning attitude. The results showed that active control, two-way communication, and synchronicity have significant effects on the learning attitude. Those findings indicate that it's necessary to effectively realize interactivity in the process of developing digital textbooks. Also, important implication is not the fixed interactivity but how students perceive the digital textbook and make use of it. Therefore, for the interactive digital textbook, perceived user control, two-way communication, and synchronicity should be realized properly.

This study examines photographers who experienced steep changes from film to digital photography working and photography culture after using digital camera through a phenomenological approach. Digital technologies have brought many transition. Most of all digital camera popularize photography among people who had no knowledge and experience about camera. On the contrary digital photography made many professional photographers difficulties. After being digital photography, most film companies and film developing and printing studios have diminished. In addition many professional photographers have to cover increasing working time by decreasing photography price. For this research researcher interviewed 12 professional photographers who is working as a digital photographer. After collecting data, researcher analyse data by phenomenological approach. This study is looking for a meaning of photographers' labor after digital photography times.

Our society is developing exponentially, but schools are not keeping up with the pace of society's development, and they are not providing digital literacy education suitable for the growth and development of students. Thus, this study identified the actual conditions and problems of digital literacy education at school sites and sought the direction of development of digital literacy education. By identifying the current state of schools in which the 2015 curriculum is operated, we sought the direction of the development of digital literacy education for our school. First, old digital devices should be replaced, laptops or smart devices should be provided for each student, and internet access should be available throughout the school. Second, digital literacy education should be provided to teachers by providing various training opportunities.Third, coding education where you can express what you think as logical thinking, Software training should increase the level of the algorithmic domain that shows the computational thinking process of discovering problems and automating a given problem into a computer programming language, there is enough robot that can be seen operating the program, digital parish will need to be delivered.

본고에서는 미래 스마트 사회(Smart Society) 국가 ICT 인프라 전략으로 스마트 인프라 추진방향을 제시한다. 스마트 인프라는 스마트 인적역량, 법제도, 거버넌스, 네트워크 인프라 등으로 구성되는 디지털 사회간접자본으로서 국가사회 전반의 정보화 하부구조를 이루게 된다. 이에 미래 스마트 사회로의 변화에 따른 스마트 인프라 구성요소별 추진방향을 제안하고, 현재 ICT정책 추진현황에 대한 고찰을 기반으로 스마트 네트워크 중심의 스마트 인프라 추진방향을 제시한다.

21세기 미래 사회의 유망 에너지로서 전기 에너지의 특성과 역할을 예측$\cdot$분석하였다. 먼저 에너지와 문명 발전과의 관계를 에너지와 경제 그리고 에너지 안보 차원에서 고찰하고 이들 간의 공진화 관계를 산업 혁명 이후의 세계 경제의 장주기적 변화 관점에서 분석하였다. 그리고 20세기에 전기 에너지가 세계 경제 사회에 미친 중요한 영향을 분석한 후에 21세기 지식 기반 디지털 경제 사회에서 전기 에너지의 개발 환경 및 수요 특성을 전망하였다.

월간 <디지털콘텐츠>는 신년특집 권두기획 특별좌담회를‘차세대 통신환경에서 디지털콘텐츠 산업발전 방안’이라는 주제로 지난해 12월 14일 소공동 롯데호텔에서 가졌다. 유세준 뉴미디어방송협회 회장의 사회로 진행된 이날 좌담회에서는 KT경영연구소 송민정 박사, 한국방송영상산업진흥원 윤재식 박사, 고려대 신방과 홍기선 교수, 윤석암 CJ미디어 국장 등 각계 전문가들이 국내 디지털콘텐츠 산업의 가능성과 현주소, 대안을 진단하며 열띤 토론의 장을 펼쳤다. 이날 좌담회는 유비쿼터스 시대의 DMB정책, 해외 디지털콘텐츠 산업현황, 차세대 통신환경에서의 킬러콘텐츠 등을 진단하고 DMB 서비스 활성화를 위한 주요쟁점 및 전망 등 현 사안에 대한 깊이 있는 내용이 토론됐다.

지난 20년 동안 디지털통신은 괄목할만한 발전을 해왔다. 이는 컴퓨터, 집적회로, 디지털 신호처리기술의 급격한 발전으로부터 직접적으로 크게 영향을 받았기 때문이다. 디지털통신은 잡음, 타신호와의 간섭, 비선형증폭기사용에 의한 성능저하등의 아날로그 통신에서의 문제점들을 해결하고 또한 대형집적회로 또는 마이크로프로세서를 사용함으로써의 이점 즉 타임셰어링(time sharing) 기기 유지관리의 용이성, 경제적인 점 등 여러 가지 장점이 있기 때문에 앞으로 그 발전은 가속화되어 결국 아날로그통신과 대체될 전망이다. 여기에서는 현재 디지털통신의 주종을 이루고 있는 PCM을 중심으로 하여 통신시스템인 전자교환기(ESS)와 광통신 그리고 data 통신을 논하여 음성과 data의 종합적인 디지털통신망의 전망에 관하여 검토하였다.

미래유망기술의 발굴은 국가차원의 미래 먹거리 창출이라는 중요한 의미가 있다. 하지만 미래사회의 불확실성, 과학기술의 융복합화 등 여러 요인으로 인하여 실효성 높은 유망미래기술을 도출하기는 점점 더 어려워지고 있다. 본고에서는 미래 비즈니스에 대한 통찰을 기반으로 미래 먹거리 창출이 가능한 기술에 대한 메가트렌드로 2015년 가트너가 제시한 '디지털 비즈니스를 향한 가트너 로드맵' 의 5번째 단계인 디지털 비즈니스에 대하여 알아보고, 디지털 비즈니스를 실현하기 위한 미래 핵심기술인 디지털 시큐리티를 기존 사이버 보안기술과 연계하여 개념을 새롭게 정의하고 향후 연구방향에 대하여도 살펴보고자 한다.

비대면 사회 확산에 따라 디지털 콘텐츠 등 온라인상으로 거래가 관리되는 디지털 자산의 거래가 증가하고 있다. 영상 및 이미지 등 디지털 자산의 경우 창작자가 자산에 대한 충분한 대가를 받지 못하고 불법 거래 내역에 대한 파악이 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 NFT적용을 통한 효율적 디지털 자산 관리를 위하여 신뢰성과 보안을 강화한 블록체인 합의알고리즘을 연구하고 성능평가를 통하여 기존 합의알고리즘 대비 우수성을 증명하였다.
