본 논문은 스마트 사회에 요구되는 핵심역량으로서 디지털리터러시를 제안하고 선행연구에서 다루었던 학습지향성을 자원기반관점의 핵심역량으로 채택하여 기업성과와의 관계를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 이를 위해 중소기업창업지원법상의 기술기반 창업기업 200개 업체를 표본으로 하여 연구를 진행하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학습지향성이 기업성과에 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설은 채택되었다. 둘째, 디지털리터러시가 기업성과에 유의적인 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이라는 가설은 채택되었다. 셋째, 디지털리터러시가 높을수록 기업성과에 대한 학습지향성의 영향력이 커질 것이라는 가설은 채택되었다. 본 논문의 이론적 실무적 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 스마트 사회의 등장으로 창업 및 기업성과에 대한 디지털리터러시의 영향이 중요해지고 있음에도 불구하고 디지털리터러시와 기업성과 간의 관계에 대한 실증 연구가 많이 부족하였다. 본 연구는 스마트 사회의 창업성공요인으로 디지털리터러시를 제안하여 학습지향성과 기업성과 간의 관계에 대한 디지털리터러시의 조절효과 및 디지털리터러시와 기업성과 간의 관계를 실증적으로 분석함으로써 디지털리터러시 관련 연구의 확산에 기여하고 있다. 둘째, 자원기반관점과 핵심역량이론에 따라 창업기업의 핵심역량으로서 학습지향성과 디지털리터러시를 채택하고 기업성과와의 관련성을 도출함으로써 두 가지 변수 모두 혁신형 창업을 활성화할 수 있는 스마트 사회의 핵심역량임을 확인하였다. 셋째, 연구방법론 측면에서 본 연구는 기업성과의 하위변수로 재무성과와 비재무성과 이외에 지적재산권의 출원이나 등록 등을 통해 측정되는 연구개발성과를 추가함으로써 기술기반 창업기업의 성장성 및 미래관점을 반영하고 있다.

본 연구의 목적은 국내외 교육에서 필수역량으로 제시하고 있는 '디지털 리터러시'를 주제로 한 연구 문헌들을 분석하여 동향을 살펴보고, 앞으로의 필요한 연구 주제를 알아보고자 한다. 이를 위해 교육학 분야로 색인한 '디지털 리터러시' 관련 논문들을 찾아 연도별 분포, 연구대상, 연구분야, 연구목적 및 관련 주제에 따라 분석하였다. 분석결과 SW교육의 적용과 코로나19로 디지털 리터러시 교육에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있지만, 연구 대상과 주제가 다양하게 분포되어 있지 않으며 디지털 리터러시의 개념과 영역에 대해 명확히 구분되어 있지 않았다는 점을 알 수 있었다. 이에 디지털 리터러시에 대한 활발한 연구를 위해 교사들을 위한 디지털 리터러시, 정보교과에서의 디지털 리터러시, 타 리터러시와의 명확한 개념과 영역 구분, 리터러시 교수·학습 방법 및 적용 사례, 디지털 리터러시 측정 도구 등의 주제를 제안하였다.

The development of artificial intelligence technology and the shift to a software-driven society are raising the need for digital literacy education on how to access, understand, use, create and share new open content in a variety of sustainable open content. At this point in time, this paper defines the digital literacy as the subliteracy concept for data, tools, and device elements. It is defined as a concept that includes cognitive and non-cognitive abilities and is stratified by computer literacy, ICT literacy, and information literacy. Open content is also defined as teaching-learning materials that can be used and shared freely by anyone, such as the Open Education Resource (OER) and the Open Access movement. Based on the two definitions, a three-step strategy for digital literacy education was developed to select open content in the digital environment, followed by a digital literacy education plan, and finally, an education frame to foster digital literacy capabilities.

Our society is developing exponentially, but schools are not keeping up with the pace of society's development, and they are not providing digital literacy education suitable for the growth and development of students. Thus, this study identified the actual conditions and problems of digital literacy education at school sites and sought the direction of development of digital literacy education. By identifying the current state of schools in which the 2015 curriculum is operated, we sought the direction of the development of digital literacy education for our school. First, old digital devices should be replaced, laptops or smart devices should be provided for each student, and internet access should be available throughout the school. Second, digital literacy education should be provided to teachers by providing various training opportunities.Third, coding education where you can express what you think as logical thinking, Software training should increase the level of the algorithmic domain that shows the computational thinking process of discovering problems and automating a given problem into a computer programming language, there is enough robot that can be seen operating the program, digital parish will need to be delivered.

The purpose of this study was to examine the operation status of digital literacy programs for the elderly in public libraries and to understand the perception of librarians in charge of the programs in order to suggest plans to improve them in Korean public libraries. To this end, this study performed the following: first, the status of digital literacy programs in 157 public libraries across Korea was examined and analyzed. Second, digital literacy programs provided for older adults by overseas public libraries were explored. Third, an online survey was conducted with 92 librarians in charge of library programs at Korean public libraries. Based on the results, this study suggested plans to improve older adults' digital literacy programs in public libraries in terms of operational and content aspects. This study is expected to provide basic data for the operation of older adults' digital literacy programs in Korean public libraries.

The era of the 4th industrial revolution is being built on the digital revolution. In order to understand and properly utilize these technological advances, digital literacy education is emphasized. This study investigated the components of digital literacy and proposed a curriculum & teaching and learning method improvement plan, and instructor digital literacy cultivation method. In order to improve the curriculum, it is necessary to improve the curriculum by expanding the ability to solve digital problems. As a plan to improve teaching and learning methods, it is necessary to present a linkage and convergence educational model based on communication, collaboration, and sharing between instructors and learners through the establishment of an interactive platform. In order to improve the digital literacy of instructors, it is very important to improve the educational environment that can easily design a learner-centered educational model. This study is meaningful in that it presented basic data for creating an educational environment based on communication and collaboration through digital literacy in an environment connected with digital technology.

The purpose of this study is to examine the factors related to learning through analysis of domestic research trends in literacy and to present the direction of literacy education. Research papers from 1993 to February 2022 were collected using RISS. 'Literacy' and 'Education' were used as search keywords, and 200 papers were selected for analysis. As a result of analysis using keyword network analysis, 118 keywords appeared at least three times out of a total of 810 keywords. The order of the keywords with the highest frequency is 'digital literacy', 'media literacy', and 'elementary school'. The following direction was suggested through the analysis results. First, it is required to establish an online teaching and learning resource platform and link it with education policy. Second, it is necessary to set literacy competencies and seek ways to improve competencies. Third, a digital-based convergence education model should be developed. This study is meaningful in that it analyzed the most recent literacy studies and suggested the direction of literacy education.

현재 디지털문화사회의 교육은 개인정보, 저작권 등 특정 영역에만 국한되어 있어 정작 디지털 네이티브가 매일 접하는 디지털리터러시에 관한 교육은 미비한 상태이다. 본 연구에서는 디지털네티즌 중 중고등학생들의 디지털 리터러시에 대한 인식을 조사하고 디지털 문화사회에 필요한 디지털 리터러시 교육의 체계적 양성의 근원적 대책을 마련하고자 한다.

In the digital society where ICT technology is highly developed, digital literacy is an essential competence for working and living. Developed countries around the world have been working hard to solve the digital divide and improve digital literacy. In this paper, we investigated and analyzed the case of US public libraries for improvement of digital literacy of adults including the older people. To do this, we analyzed the educational program type of digital literacy, education method, and the contents of the program, focusing on the best practices libraries of the program. Many of the educational programs still related to basic computer and Internet technologies, and training programs on Micro Office, e-mail, social media, and smartphone and tablet computing were also high. The most frequent and daily training method was informal point of use, and the content and level of education appeared to be very diverse. For digital literacy training, the librarians of the public library considered librarians' digital competence and retraining to be the most important, and the library facility and the latest equipment to be suitable for the operation of the digital literacy education program.

The shift to the digital media era is increasing the importance of the ability to accept, produce and share news through digital media(news literacy), but there is a lack of diagnosis of the level of news literacy among Korean adults and discussions on how to improve news literacy. This study analyzed the news literacy level of Korean adults according to background variables (urbanization degree, gender, age, academic background) and examined the relationship between the amount of news literacy-related practices and the level of news literacy. The results showed that the overall level of news literacy among adults in Korea was not high and that differences between groups were also statistically significant. The significant relevance between the amount of news literacy-related practices and the level of news literacy has also been identified. Based on the findings, it was suggested that the need for policy support to improve news literacy among Korean adults, the need to prioritize the resources of news literacy education according to background variables of adult learners, and the need to continuously monitor news literacy levels of Korean adults.
