This study is a study to develop a guide for the increasing number of elderly people to use digital finance smoothly. Through previous studies, the definition of the elderly and digital finance was found out, and the elderly support system related to digital finance was reviewed. In the case of the digital financial support system for the elderly, the current status of overseas and domestic situations were compared to derive implications, and cases of senior-friendly digital guides implemented by overseas institutions and private companies in the technical aspect were presented. In order to develop the guide, cases of using digital finance by the elderly in Korea were reviewed through actual measurement, and inconveniences in use and needs for improvement were derived, and supplementary items necessary for the institutional guide for digital finance were presented. Research Results Based on previous studies and case studies and actual measurement results of the elderly, a total of 10 guidelines for digital financial apps for the elderly were presented based on the ISO standards for supporting the elderly. This study is meaningful in that it provided a guide for the smooth use of digital finance by the increasing number of seniors, and it seems necessary to improve the system and apply it to the financial market.

Recently, much attention in electronic financial fraud has been dramatically increased. In particular, the electronic financial fraud has been transforming to social engineering. Despite the growing interest in electronic financial fraud, few guidelines exist how to effectively avoid the serious damage from electronic financial fraud. Moreover, it is rarely investigated cases of victims from financial fraud. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate why financial fraud crime victims occurs. To enhance mundane realism, we conducted Focus Group Interview(FGI) with actual victims from financial fraud crime. Drawing analysis of FGI with actual victims, we found that there are certain damage patterns. Further, we found that the reason why financial fraud crime victims occurs is optimistic biases of humans rooted in behavioral economics. Therefore, this study provides the valuable guidelines and directions to prevent electronic financial fraud based on risk and crisis management perspective. Ultimately, this study is able to help the establishment and implementation of a comprehensive electronic financial fraud prevention policy.

ISO TC307에서 개발 중인 23353(Blockchain and distributed ledger technologies - Auditing guidelines: 블록체인과 분산원장 기술 감리 가이드라인) 표준은 기존 IT 시스템 감리와 달리 블록체인(BC, BlockChain)과 분산원장 기술(DLT, Distributed Ledger Technology) 기반 시스템에 대한 감리이다. ISO 23353의 주요 내용은 감리 원칙, BC/DLT 시스템의 위험, 감리 프레임워크, BC/DLT 감리 프로그램 관리 및 수행 절차 등이며. BC/DLT 감리에 있어 고려해야 할 위험, 통제 목표 및 통제 식별 방안 등에 대한 가이드 제공을 목적으로 한다. 한국이 주도적으로 개발하고 있는 ISO 23353은 블록체인 산업 활성화 촉진과 더불어 디지털 금융 산업에서 주도적 위치를 확보하는 데 긍정적으로 작용할 것이다.

인공지능 기술의 발전으로 딥러닝, 자연어처리 기술이 챗봇(채팅+로봇)에 적용되어 금융, 헬스케어, 여행, 방송 등의 분야를 중심으로 챗봇 시장이 확대되고 있다. 이러한 디지털 환경의 변화에 따라 전통문화 관련 개방 데이터를 활용한 전통문화 콘텐츠의 활성화 방안에 대해 살펴보고자 한다. 전통문화 소재는 영화, 드라마, 애니메이션 등의 소재로 활용 폭이 꾸준히 확대되고 있으나 현대적인 재창조의 폭넓은 대상이 되지는 못하고 있다. 팩트를 다루는 역사적 사실은 물론, 그 당시 살았던 사람들의 이야기 발굴에 대한 창작자들의 수요에 부응할 수 있는 체계적인 정보서비스로서의 전통문화 분야 인공지능(AI) 챗봇 서비스는 예비창작자와 일반인에게 창작의 유용한 가이드가 될 것으로 기대한다.

As the digital environment becomes more complex and cyber attacks become more sophisticated, the importance of data protection is emerging. As various security threats such as data leakage, system intrusion, and authentication bypass increase, secure key management is emerging. Key Management System (KMS) manages the entire encryption key life cycle procedure and is used in various industries. There is a need for a key management system that considers requirements suitable for the environment of various industries including public and finance. The purpose of this paper is to derive the characteristics of the key management system for each industry by comparing and analyzing key management systems used in representative industries. As for the research method, information was collected through literature and technical document analysis and case analysis, and comparative analysis was conducted by industry sector. The results of this paper will be able to provide a practical guide when introducing or developing a key management system suitable for the industrial environment. The limitations are that the analyzed industrial field was insufficient and experimental verification was insufficient. Therefore, in future studies, we intend to conduct specific performance tests through experiments, including key management systems in various fields.
