새로운 인쇄 기술의 발전과 공정 관리 프로그램으로 인쇄 산업은 전반적으로 디지털과 아날로그 환경의 양변화속에서 디지털 환경으로 빠른 발전을 이룬 가운데 전 인쇄 공정이 디지털화로 바뀌고 있으며 보편화된 다색 및 단통작업에 대한 시장의 변화에 인라인 및 차별화된 인쇄물들이 요구되고 있다.

공정관리는 시간을 기준으로 생산 활동을 조직적 전체적으로 관리하기 위한 생산관리의 한 방법을 말한다. 컴퓨터 그래픽 기술의 발전으로 인해 기존 아날로그 제작방식의 영화는 디지털 제작방식으로 변화하고 있다. 또한 디지털 콘텐츠의 요구가 많아지면서 제작과정에서 발생되는 디지털콘텐츠의 양도 증가하게 되었다. 그러나 이러한 동영상 제작을 위해 발생 되는 많은 양의 디지털콘텐츠들을 생산, 관리하는데 있어 효과적인 도구들의 개발과 보급은 아직 미비한 수준이다. 본 논문에서는 영화와 같이 특히 수많은 인력이 투입되어 디지털 콘텐츠를 만들어 내야 하는 영화의 제작에 있어 디지털 콘텐츠 생산라인을 관리해줄 수 있는 공정관리 툴을 개발 및 소개하고 있다.

인쇄공정이 커다란 변화를 하고 있다. 소량화 경향이나 디지털기기에 의한 주문인쇄의 전개는 피할 수 없는 움직임이 되고 있다. 인쇄의 최종공정인 제책, 후가공도 이런 움직임과 연계된 변화에 예외 일 수 없다.

The study aims to discuss on legal prospects of digital collections' fair use through an analysis of treaties and legislations domestic and international. Based on analysis of leading researches and literature, it discusses legal principles of fair use and defines digital collections' concept and types. For understanding the actual legal system on fair use, limitations and exceptions of copyrights which are presented in treaties, such as 'Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works' and'Copyright Convention', each nation's laws, and judicial precedents. Especially, a legal dispute between 'Technische $Universit{\ddot{a}}t$ Darmstadt' and Eugen Ulmer KG, which debates on library's rights for digitizing their collections without the rightholder's permission, is analyzed. As a result, this study analyzes its implications for the improvement of the existing copyright system in Korea.

The concept and discussion of copyright should reflect changes in using environments of digital properties and developments of technology. Further discussions are required about protection, transfer and usage of copyright for user created contents or digital activities. Digital archives should clarify the ranges of permitted usage or guides to quotation. One should not be biased toward regulating digital copying, but consider the value of diverse transformation of digital properties. This will trigger tension between private and public usage, or sharing of digital fabrications, which leads to the necessity of discussions on policy level. The interpretation of copyright is limited to protecting the copyright owner's right, but it should be suggested to widen the range to permitting fair use. The extended fair use of digital contents and by clarifying specific rules will activate creation and distribution of digital contents and contribute to more productive usage of innovation.

인쇄품질을 보증하는데 가장 중요한 것 중의 하나는 색 관리다. 색 관리는 발주자가 의도한대로 인쇄를 하기 때문에 매우 중요한 문제이지만, 인쇄를 여러 과정을 거치면서 색이 조금씩 변동됨으로써 발주자가 의도한 색과 멀어지는 경우도 있다. 최근에는 인쇄공정의 디지털화로 인해 데이터 입고에서부터 디지털화가 이루어지고 있으며, 이것에 대해서는 전 공정에서 인쇄기의 색에 기초해서 만들어진 '색 기준'에 의해 컬러매니지먼트가 필요하게 되었다. 앞으로는 어느 공정에서 색을 맞추더라도 아른 공정에서 색이 변동도지 않고, 또 '색 기준'에서의 관리를 현장만이 아니라 영업 담당자도 이해해 효율화됨으로써 영업활동을 하는 데에도 필요하게 되었다. 이에 농도계를 전반적으로 다루는 컬러관리 시스템(CMS;Color Management System)에 대한 국내 시장동향과 국내 CMS 시장 전망을 살펴보았다.

드루파 2004 이후 유럽의 인쇄 산업에서 우리는 기존 인쇄공정의 자동화와 새로운 디지털 인쇄공정으로 크게 2개의 발전 경향을 엿볼 수 있다. 기존 인쇄 공정의 자동화는 JDF(Job Definition Format) 포맷을 통해 가능해 졌다. JDF는 인쇄사에서 사용하는 있는 서로 다른 프로그램의 통합을 가능하도록 했다. 인터넷 등을 통하여 디지털 작업이 접수되면 견적 가격은 물론 서버에 저장된 데이터를 통하여 잡 티켓(Job Tickets)이 만들어지고 이러한 데이터는 프리프레스의 작업 공정과 연결은 물론 교정기(Proofer), CTP, 인쇄, 후가공으로 자동 전달, 사용하게 된다.

Cost and Schedule is the most important information, and how efficiently manage this information is the key issue for Construction Project Management. Domestically, systematic scheduling method such as CPM network is not only used widely but integration of time and cost information also is. In order to effectively integrate and use the time and cost information, it is suggested that WBS(Work Breakdown Structure) based QDB(Quantity Database) should be generated from the design phase and, WBS and QDB related system tool should be supported. It could be helpful to relate and integrate other construction project information.
