The initial process configuration of biometric information system is performed by the same sequences statically and consistently without changing after the system is running. However, this static process configuration appears an inefficient performance to the applications of the mobile biometric information system in the mobile computing environment. This work proposes the dynamic process design and execution method as a way to overcome these inefficient processes.

국내외의 방송환경의 변화는 외부적으로는 방송의 다매체 다채널 시대로의 변화와 총체적 경기불황으로 방송사 수입이 격감하고 있고, 내부적으로는 고비용 저효율로 방송사 경영의 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이러한 위기의 극복은 방송사 정보화 기반을 구축하여, 방송업무 프로세스를 BPR 하고, 방송CALS의 개념을 도입하여 방송사 내부의 경영혁신으로 이룰 수 있다. 본 논문은 방송장비 보수유지 프로세스의 리엔지니어링을 위하여 방송CALS의 요소인 전자교범(IETM)을 구현함으로써 저비용 고효율형의 방송장비 보수유지를 통한 방송경영 합리화의 실현을 도모함을 목적으로 하며, 기존 23단계의 방송유지 보수유지 업무 프로세스를 전자교범(IETM)을 도입하여 6단계로 개선된 모델을 제시하고, 설문지를 통한 실증 분석한 결과, 전자교범(IETM)을 이용한 방법이 모든 면에서 혁신적으로 개선된 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 궁극적인 목표는 방송CALS의 구현이다. 진정한 의미의 방송CALS란, 방송사 내부의 디지털화뿐만 아니라 다양한 외부기관들(프로그램 외주업체, 장비공급자, 국내외의 언론사 등)과의 네트워킹을 통한 멀티미디어 정보의 실시간 교류 및 전자 상거래를 뜻한다. 그러나 본 논문은 방송사 정보화 기반구조의 미흡과 국내 IT기술의 한계로 방송CALS를 포괄적으로 다루지는 못하였지만, 방송CALS의 궁극적인 목적에 도달하기 위한 첫 번째 시도이다.

화력발전소 제어는 디지털 분산제어시스템에 의해서 이루어지고 보일러의 각종 프로세스는 대부분 PID제어기에 의해 제어되므로 PID제어기의 최적 조정은 보일러 프로세스의 안정적 운전에 가장 중요한 요소라고 볼 수 있다. 이러한 PID제어기는 분산제어시스템 제작사에 따라 구현방법을 달리하고 있으므로 PID제어기의 최적조정을 위해서는 구현된 PID제어기의 알고리즘을 이해하는 것이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 먼저 화력발전소 보일러 디지털 분산제어시스템의 국산화 개발품에 채용된 PID제어기와 화력발전소에서 사용 중인 주요 외국 제작사별 PID제어기의 알고리즘에 대하여 기술한다. 임의의 모델링 된 프로세스에 대하여 릴레이 피드백을 이용하여 임계진폭과 임계주기를 구하고 Ziegler-Nichols 주파수응답법을 이용하여 적합한 PID제어기 파라미터를 산출한 후 각각의 PID제어기에 산출된 파라미터를 적용 시뮬레이션하여 PID제어기들의 성능을 비교 분석하고자 한다.

In order to adapt the digital rights management community for the standardisation of expressing rights information in the libraries' content for the control of the rights of the digital works, it is necessary to establish rights information, that can build effective system of the distribution structure by the public ownership of the rights information and the interoperability of system. This research developed rights information constructing system in order to protect and enforce their rights over digital assets and embodied utilizing use-process of rights information.

The research is concerned with digitalization process and strategy of 'traditional industries'. Along with development of the Internet, new industries are emerging, while traditional industries are also rapidly shifting from old modes to new ones. Most traditional industries uy to enhance their adaptability for changing environment. The investigators argue the strategic intent of traditional industries can be categorized into the four different types. The typology consists of two axis. On the one hand, the directions of digitalization are rationalization and development of new business. On the other hand, the objects of digitalization are product and process. According to the typology, the research suggests neologism for the four strategies; product innovation strategy. new business strategy. rationalization strategy and process innovation strategy.

In space design or form design step, recognized necessity of digital design practical use. Also, deduced systematized analysis method that can use various function of CAD system actively. These method can promote the practical use because third dimensional digital design escapes plan and design process in concept that get presentation result after is completed, establishes role of effective and systematic digital design at planning and design of space or form. This uses by a design tool that ease designer's judgment and space and form analysis in architectural planning and design process that third dimension digital design is not part by a simplicity design tool. Share and takes advantage of digital design process method that is deduced in this study, need continuance of connection study for more effective and systematic digital design methodology deduction. Need public ownership of teaching material development and teaching method that can deliver extended third dimension digital design process.

디지털 전환은 기존 산업의 진입장벽 파괴에 따른 새로운 비즈니스 기회 확대, 자산의 디지털화에 따른 초기창업비용의 축소 등 창업 및 기업가적 활동 측면에서 중대한 환경적 변화를 초래하고 있다. 이러한 변화로 인해 기존의 기업가정신 이론으로 기업가들이 새로운 비즈니스 기회를 인식하고 기업가적 가치를 추구하는 일련의 과정을 이해하기에는 충분치 않으며, 기업가정신의 특성 및 효과에 대한 새로운 접근이 필요하다는 문제의식을 바탕으로 최근 디지털 경제 환경에서의 기업가정신을 조망하는 새로운 이론적 틀로서 '디지털 기업가정신'이라는 개념 및 관련 연구분야가 부상하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국가 단위에서 디지털 기업가정신의 고용효과를 탐색적으로 파악하기 위하여 국제 기업가정신 관련 조사인 「글로벌 기업가정신 모니터(GEM)」 데이터를 활용한 상관 관계 분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 기업가적 활동에 있어서의 디지털 기술 활용 의지, 창업 의지, 6인 이상의 고용창출 의지 등이 상호 간 긍정적인 관련성을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 디지털 기술에 기반한 창업 또는 기업가적 활동에 대한 의지가 일자리 창출과 긍정적인 관계를 가진다는 의미다. 해외 학자들을 중심으로 이루어지고 있는 디지털 기업가정신 연구는 기업가정신 및 창업 프로세스에 대한 디지털화의 영향이나 디지털 기술의 혁신 및 새로운 벤처의 탄생에 의해 창출된 기업가적 기회에 대한 논의가 주를 이루고 있는 데 반하여, 본 연구에서는 디지털 기업가정신에 의해 창출되는 성과에 대해 살펴본다는 점에서 차별성이 있다. 또한 국내에서 많이 다루지 않은 디지털 기업가정신 관련 연구를 수행하고 그 결과를 발표함으로써 동 분야에 대한 국내 학계의 관심을 촉진할 것으로 기대된다는 점에서도 학술적 의의가 있다.

Most of electronic medical record systems which have been built in Korean hospitals are based on source oriented medical record approach. These systems hardly satisfy diverse objectives owing to the innate imperfections in system architecture and development methodology. Thus, the hybrid of source oriented and problem oriented approach is highly desirable. The purpose of this study is to present an architecture and methodology required to construct hybrid electronic medical record system and to develop a prototype based on them. Analyzing the clinical processes and data requirements of problem oriented medical record approach we developed a software process model as weel as an architecture model which consists of legacy system, clinical data repository, problem list database, prospective plan database, user interface, and synchronization procedures.

This study aims at identifying and prioritizing the application areas for business development of IoT(Internet of Things). In specific, we collected the opinions of the experts on IoT in Korea through the survey based on pairwise comparison, and then we analyzed them using AHP(analytic hierarchy process). As a result, we found that 'Public Safety & Security', 'Automotive & Transportation', and 'Utility & Energy' are the most promising area in realizing IoT-related businesses. Also, we found that the experts had different views according to the positions of their industry in IoT value chain. The analysis showed that the device industry prioritizes 'Public Safety & Security', whereas the network industry does 'Automotive & Transportation'. The experts from the service industry were found to regard 'Utility and Energy' as the most promising commercialization area of IoT.
