  • To provide medical services to patients who have a terminal illness, recent hospital patients to monitor the state of the device attached to the body, the body insertion device is. U-Healthcare Environment and hospital officials indiscriminately exploited by the patient's vital information, however, could threaten the patient's life problems are appearing. In this paper, depending on the level of authority, hospital officials, Union of ID-based authentication model is proposed to use a patient's vital information. Union proposed model identify different authentication system is used in hospitals that exist in various forms in a number of ID information, health / medical information sharing between hospitals without exposure to unnecessary personal information, you can be assured of the anonymity. In particular, with easy access to patient information, hospital officials about the malicious act to protect patient information to access level for the rights granted by third parties to prevent easy access.

  • As an idea of healing or fatigue recovery, a desire for massage therapy has increased for modern people who complain of pain such as knotted muscles or shoulder discomfort due to fatigue accumulation and stress. To resolve this, although a massage chair has been developed, it does not provide the most efficient massage as it is not suitable for Korean body types. In this paper, this research analyzed massage, assembly, massage intensity, Korean body types and functions of the massage for maximized efficiency to design critical functions. Also, we implemented the action control and algorithm of the massage chair for localization.

  • This paper proposed a heart attack predictive monitoring system using QRS pattern of ECG for wearable healthcare. It detects abnormal heart pattern with a ECG (X, Y) coordinate pattern DB on wearable monitoring smart watch. We showed the acute heart failure prevention system and method with a proposed scheme. Especially, It proved the method which can do first aid in gold time through abnormal heart analysis with a digital ECG(X, Y) pattern information when acute heart failure occurs.

  • Previous works for detecting arrhythmia have mostly used nonlinear method to increase classification accuracy. Most methods require accurate detection of ECG signal, higher computational cost and larger processing time. But it is difficult to analyze the ECG signal because of various noise types. Also in the healthcare system based IOT that must continuously monitor people's situation, it is necessary to process ECG signal in realtime. Therefore it is necessary to design efficient algorithm that classifies different arrhythmia in realtime and decreases computational cost by extrating minimal feature. In this paper, we propose R wave detection considering complexity and arrhythmia classification based on binary coding. For this purpose, we detected R wave through SOM and then RR interval from noise-free ECG signal through the preprocessing method. Also, we classified arrhythmia in realtime by converting threshold variability of feature to binary code. R wave detection and PVC, PAC, Normal classification is evaluated by using 39 record of MIT-BIH arrhythmia database. The achieved scores indicate the average of 99.41%, 97.18%, 94.14%, 99.83% in R wave, PVC, PAC, Normal.

  • The four-dimensional cycle simulator, which can recognize whether the road is ascent or descent, its gradient, and status of its surface on Virtual Reality, is introduced in this paper. On the base of these recognitions, various virtual motion path situations are displayed on LCD monitor attached ahead. These various situations may support not only the sense of realty but also an interest in a game in opposition to previous exercise cycles that might be monotonous. In this paper both analysis and estimation of basic bodily abilities for the four-dimensional cycling are addressed.

  • With increasing social interest in health and health promotion, the government and many organizations are conducting various health campaigns for the public. The public health campaign is aimed at protecting the people from the dangers of disease and contributing to a healthy life and also help establishing a healthy attitude and changing behavior as well. In addition, many researches have been carried out in order to enhance the advertising effect of campaigns aimed at forming preventive attitudes and to verify it by applying many theories. However, as a result, there is a significant lack of research regarding analysis of differences in the effectiveness of the campaign by media. This study is to analyze the effect of health campaign by the type of media which published health campaign advertisements that can affect prevention attitude. To meet the purpose of this study, The 15 print media were to examine the impact of media characteristics and types on participation in campaigns for health campaigns. Through this, we will present the role of the media as an efficient channel to encourage the formation and participation of the health attitude of campaign advertisements, and present significant implications in the selection of optimal media and the execution of campaign budgets.

  • With the increased attention about healthcare and management of heart diseases, smart healthcare services and related devices have been actively developed recently. R wave is the largest representative signal among ECG signals. R wave detection is very important because it detects QRS pattern and classifies arrhythmia. Several R wave detection algorithms have been proposed with different features, but the remaining problem is their implementation in low-cost portable platforms for real-time applications. In this paper, we propose R wave detection based on optimal threshold and arrhythmia classification through QRS pattern considering complexity in smart healthcare environments. For this purpose, we detected R wave from noise-free ECG signal through the preprocessing method. Also, we classify premature ventricular contraction arrhythmia in realtime through QRS pattern. The performance of R wave detection and premature ventricular contraction arrhythmia classification is evaluated by using 9 record of MIT-BIH arrhythmia database that included over 30 premature ventricular contraction. The achieved scores indicate the average of 98.72% in R wave detection and the rate of 94.28% in PVC classification.
