아날로그 환경에서와 마찬가지로 디지털 환경에서도 디지털 컨텐츠 하나 하나에 고유 식별기호를 부여하여야 한다. 이러한 디지털 컨텐츠를 위한 식별기호로 IETF(Internet Engineering Task Force)에서는 URI(Uniform Resource Identifier)체계 하에 인터넷 자원에 대한 접근 메카니즘을 지정하는 URL (uniform resource locator)을 사용하고 있다. 그러나 도서관의 경우 각각 다른 OPAC(Online Public Access)시스템 환경 하에서 각각 다른 URL 식별 패턴을 사용하고 있기 때문에 동일한 자원을 검색하는데 있어서 문제가 되고 있는 것이 현실이다. 이러한 문제에 착안하여 본 연구는 디지털 콘텐츠에 대한 URL 식별구문패턴의 표준화 방안을 연구하고자 한다.

최근 디지털 사이니지의 가격의 하락과 기술의 발달로 유명 관광지에서 정보전달을 위해 아날로그형 간판에서 디스플레이 등을 사용한 디지털 사이니지로 전환하고 있으며, 그 중 세로형 디지털 사이니지인 키오스크를 활용한 간판이 증가하고 있다. 하지만 키오스크의 경우 보통 내장되어 있는 콘텐츠만을 제공하는 경우가 많아 콘텐츠를 관리하고 변경하기 위하여 불가피하게 인력과 시간이 소요되며, 원격에서 콘텐츠 제어가 가능하더라도 콘텐츠를 제어하는 동안 리소스 문제로 인해 키오스크의 사용이 중단될 수 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 독립형 키오스크에서 콘텐츠를 표출하고 있으며 동시에 원격에서 콘텐츠를 제어/관리 할 수 있는 비동기식 콘텐츠 제어 기법에 대하여 제안하고자 한다.

Digital preservation becomes, nowadays, one of the important business process in the academic libraries. This study is to investigate the librarians' perception on digital preservation requirements and to analyze the business practices of the digital preservation and digital preservation level in the 102 academic libraries. In results, it is found that the digital preservation specialists in academic libraries have almost same perception on basic policies and direction. Also, the study finds that the important function of digital preservation is to secure authenticity and integrity; policy and expertise are the most important key components for digital preservation; the most frequently reported barriers to preservation are the lack of willingness and funding problems; most librarians want to learn and train how to establish preservation planning and policy. In general, most librarian think that the level of digital preservation in the academic libraries is insufficiency. Therefore the academic libraries should establish the relevant digital preservation policy and business workflows and to develop capacity of digital preservation.

본 논문에서는 웹툰 및 웹툰 플랫폼이 효율적으로 국외 시장에 진출하거나 또는 작품 원문의 언어를 사용하지 않는 고객에게 효과적으로 서비스 할 수 있도록 크라우드 소싱을 이용한 번역 및 투고 시스템과 이를 적용한 서비스 매체를 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 콘텐츠 번역 자원을 크라우드 소싱을 통해 효율적으로 확보한다. 이를 통해 콘텐츠를 세계화하는데 투입되는 비용을 최소화한다. 또한 디지털 콘텐츠가 디지털 매체를 통해 제공되므로 소프트웨어를 응용 할 수 있는 환경 특성을 이용하여 효과적으로 콘텐츠 내용을 관리하고 검증 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 크라우드 소싱을 활용한 번역 및 투고 시스템을 적용한 디지털 콘텐츠 및 서비스 매체는 기존 디지털 콘텐츠 및 서비스 매체에 비해 콘텐츠 세계화에 필요로 하는 비용효율 면에서 우수함을 보인다.

We use PKI technology for the digital content distribution in mobile environment. Encoding method is used TtipleDES and digital signature is used RSA. For the efficient methods and processes to the digital content distribution, we proposed the mechanism which consists of the sequential steps including the digital contents encoding step, rights management information signature step, and interconnection steps. As a result of this study, we propose the efficient and safe processes for the mobile content distribution environment.

Assuring that the integrity of digital contents is reliably maintained is an important component of long-term digital preservation. The purpose of this study was to examine and analysis the best practices of digital preservation policy and provide the basis theory for establishing a preservation policy for maintaining the integrity of digital contents. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, we examined the digital archiving practices for maintaining the integrity of digital contents. Especially, we focused on the storage media and file formats, the media and format conversion, disaster prevention and recovery, management and handling, inspection and monitoring, and security policies.

The Digital Right Management from illegal copy protects the various digital contents, the use self-admiration which is lawful does to make the contents use, payment leads about use and is a system which protects a copyright voluntary right and a profit the contents free reproduction permits, illegality use the fact that closes thoroughly is goal. Portability rating will lead and as the technique will be able to induce the quality increase of Digital Right Management S/W the strategic engineering development which accommodates an international standard there is a possibility which an objectivity and an application degree will raise. In order to evaluate Portability of Digital Right Management S/W from the research which sees proposed the tentative metric. Also, measured a quality and the result according to the standard which is appropriate accomplished presented clearly presented a research about the method which decides and an evaluation instance and a evaluation method.

본 고에서는 국내 대학에서 생산되고 있는 학위논문의 원문 구축에 대한 중복투자를 방지하고 학위논문의 생산, 관리, 유통을 전자적으로 관리하기 위한 모형을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 Verginia Tech에서 주도하는 NDLTD(Networked Digital Library of Thesis and Dissertations) 사례를 참고하여 전자적 논문제출을 위한 ETD의 표준화를 제안하였으며, 학위논문에 디지털 콘텐츠 서비스 식별체계인 DOI를 부여하고 DOI와 메타데이터를 통합관리하기 위한 방안을 기술하였다.
