This study is to analyze the influence of the digital divide on the digital daily life of the elderly. Adaptation tendencies for digital divide were measured and classified into groups for elderly people over 60 years old. And digital communication skills, digital confidence, digital self-control, and digital life satisfaction were measured. The research model used a cross over design model and a dual mediation model. As a result of the study, first, it was found that a group with high adaptive accessibility to the digital divide had a positive effect on the overall digital daily life. Second, a group with high adaptive literacy to the digital divide had a positive effect on the digital self-control. Third, digital communication skill has a positive effect on digital life satisfaction, and digital confidence and digital self-control play a mediating role. Based on these findings, we discussed strategies to overcome the digital divide in old age.

한정된 주파수 자원을 사용하는 지상파 디지털방송 기술은 스펙트럼 효율을 높임과 동시에 초고화질의 UHDTV, HD급 이동 서비스 등을 제공하기 위해 진화 중에 있으며, 유럽의 경우 이미 1세대를 지나 2세대로 나아가고 있다. 국내 지상파 디지털방송 시스템의 국가표준인 미국의 ATSC 표준도 2세대를 위한 ATSC 3.0 표준화를 진행 중에 있다. 본고에서는 지상파 디지털방송 표준으로 대표적인 ATSC와 DVB에서 진행되고 있는 표준화 동향 및 최근에 나타난 전세계 통일된 방송규격을 지향하는 FOBTV의 동향을 정리함으로써 국내 지상파 디지털방송 기술 개발 및 차세대 방송 표준이 나아갈 방향을 예측하는데 참고할 수 있는 정보를 제공하고자 한다.

This study intends to analyze the integrated search methods in digital libraries environment. To categorize various integration methods, I investigated the developmental properties and integration types of digital libraries from a users point of view. And then, I reviewed the current best practices of library portal which are JISC Information Environment, NSDL OCKHAM and Korea Knowledge Portal Initiatives. Nextly, I derived the two methods of Integrated search mechanisms such as aggregated search and distributed search that is useful in the digital libraries environment.

본 논문에서는 두 개의 서브 발전 시스템 (풍력과 태양광 발전 시스템)으로 구성된 하이브리드 발전 시스템의 구현을 위한 디지털 퍼지 제어기를 개발한다. 풍력과 광전자 발전기에서 V-I 특성은 비선형 관계를 보여주기 때문에, 비선형 시스템 제어에 많은 장점을 가진 퍼지 모델 기반 제어기를 사용한다. 그리고 마이크로프로세서 기반 제어 시스템 구현하기 위해서 본 과제에서는 디지털 재설계 기법을 통해 디지털 퍼지 제어기를 설계하게 된다. 마지막으로, 하이브리드 발전 시스템에서 최대 전력 추종과 배터리 상태를 일정하게 유지하기 위해서 세 가지 모드 상태에서 제어 목적이 변화하도록 시스템을 구성하게 된다.

This article identifies an emerging research paradigm and monitors the changes in digital preservation area using CiteSpace, a Java application which supports visual exploration with knowledge discovery in bibliographic databases. 74 articles on digital preservation field covering the time period from 1990-2005 were extracted from Web of Science. According to the result of analysis, core knowledge domains in digital preservation are technical preservation strategies, information network and preservation system, knowledge management and electronic government.

Digital information resource requires detailed metadata to ensure its long-term preservation and accessibility for future generations. This paper illuminated the characteristics of digital information resources, the concept of digital preservation and the necessity of metadata for long-term preservation of digital information resources. And this paper examined the 16 elements of RLG metadata for preserving digital information and the Reference Model for an Open Archival Information System(OATS) to support the interoperability of digital archiving. And then this study investigated concretely element sets of the preservation metadata for digital information resources in the Cedars and OCLC/RLG embodied within the OAIS framework. As result of the study, the paper suggested basic plan required to provide preservation metadata elements to preserve digital information resources in Korea.

본 논문에서는 그동안 축적된 디지털 증거 관련 판례를 분석하여 디지털 증거가 법정에서 유효하게 사용될 수 있는 증거 능력 요건을 검토하였다. 법정에 제출된 디지털 증거가 증거능력을 인정받기 위해서는 다음과 같은 요건을 충족해야 한다. 첫 번째 요건으로서 적법하게 수집된 증거이어야 한다. 영장주의에 위반하거나, 압수수색절차에 피압수자의 참여권을 보장하지 않은 경우에는 증거의 증거능력이 인정되지 않는다. 또한 그동안 논란이 되었던 별건정보도 앞서 살펴본바와 같이 대법원이 제시한 요건을 충족해야 한다. 두 번째 요건으로는 법정에 제출된 디지털 증거의 진정성이 인정되어야 한다. 대법원은 디지털 증거의 진정성이 인정되기 위해서는 무결성과 동일성, 신뢰성이 인정되어야 한다고 판시한바 있다. 세 번째 요건으로 법정에 제출된 증거가 전문증거인 경우에는 당사자의 동의가 없는 한 전문법칙의 예외에 해당되어야 한다. 2016년 5월 형사소송법 제313조가 개정되기 전에는 법정에 제출된 디지털 증거를 진술자가 진정성립을 부인하는 경우, 해당 문서가 업무상 필요로 작성한 통상문서나 기타 특히 신용할 만한 정황에 의하여 작성된 문서에 해당되지 않는 한 증거능력을 인정받을 수 없었다. 그러나 형사소송법 제313조 제2항의 개정으로 인하여 이제는 진술자가 진정성립을 부인하는 경우에도 "과학적 분석결과에 기초한 디지털 포렌식 자료, 감정 등 객관적 방법"에 의해 성립의 진정을 인정받을 수 있다. 과학적 분석결과에 기초한 디지털 포렌식 자료, 감정 등 객관적 방법에 대한 구체적인 내용은 앞으로 판례를 통해 정립해 나아가야 할 것이다.

디지털 카메라를 이용한 영상 취득은 일반적으로 한 픽셀에서 세 가지 색상(적색, 녹색, 청색)의 값을 얻는 것을 목표로 한다. 하지만, 비용의 문제로 한 픽셀에서 한 가지의 색상만을 얻어 나머지 두 색상을 복원하는 방식을 널리 사용한다. 이를 demosaicking이라 하는데, 이 과정에는 1)각 색상 영상 내의 상관관계와 2)세 가지 색상 사이의 상관관계가 동시에 이용된다. 본 논문에서는 이 두 가지 상관관계를 이용하여 각 채널의 고주파 성분과 밝기 성분의 고주파 성분을 반복적으로 향상시키는 방법을 제안하였다. 첫 번째 단계에서는 밝기 성분을 이용하여 각 채널의 고주파 성분을 강화하고, 두 번째 단계에서 관측값을 이용하여 밝기 성분의 고주파 성분을 복원한다. 제안된 방법이 기존 방법과 주관적인 방법과 객관적인 방법으로 비교하여 우수함을 보인다.

The Mind is a still vastly vague and unknown notion. But the more we view this phenomenon with multi-faceted viewpoints and depth, the more we discourse of the Mind with profundity and develop the concept of the Mind with more objectivity which will become that much more perfect. This article proposes to capture the Theory of the Mind, to some extent, in various academic fields and in parallel studies to organize the whole perspectives of the Mind in form of a digital knowledge Mind Map and present a thinkable model of the topology of the Mind.

기업의 IT는 세가지의 정보유통 혁신을 통하여 전자상거래라는 새로운 목표의 단계로 자연스럽게 전환될 것이며, 이러한 단계의 연관을 고려하여 볼 때 무계획적인 기업내의 인트라넷 도입이란 결국 다음 단계로의 전환을 위한 걸림돌이 될 수 있는 가능성이 없지 않으므로 신중한 계획 및 설계가 필요하다.
