In modern society, messenger services are necessary to communication with others, and criminals are no exception. In representative cases of Burning Sun Gate(2018) and NthRoom(2019), messenger data analysis was used as a smoking gun to solve these criminal cases. Therefore messenger text analytics is critical for the resolution of crimes in a modern environment. also, it takes a lot of time to analyze messenger data in the digital forensic investigation process, so researchers in text mining need to be more effective to respond with the current situation In this paper, we study various natural language preprocessing(NLP) methods according to the characteristics of instant messages to effectively proceed with NLP analysis on instant messengers.

디지털 위성방송 송신시스템은 27MHz/Ku 대역 위성방송 중계기를 통하여 4채널 이상의 NTSC급 TV신호와 2Mbps까지의 전송률을 가지는 데이터 신호를 프로그램 공급자로부터 일반 가정으로 공급할 수 있는 전송 시스템이다. 이 시스템은 '93년부터 ETRI와 캐나다 MPR Teltech사/LG정보통신과 공동으로 개발하기 시작하여 '95년도에 개발 완료하였으며, KBS/한국통신은 개발 시스템을 이용하여 '96년 6월부터 시험방송을 시작하였다.

These days digital data have become essential for digital investigation because most of the crime was occurred by using the digital devices. However, digital data is very easier to falsify or delete. If digital data was deleted, it is necessary to recover the deleted data for obtain digital evidence. Even though file carving is the most important thing to gather. digital evidence in digital forensic investigation, most of popular carving tools don't contemplate methods of selection or restoration for digital forensic investigation. The goal of this research is suggested files which can obtain useful information for digital forensic investigation and proposed new record file carving technique to be able to recover data effectively than before it.

다양한 경로를 통하여 입수할 수 있는 지리적인 정보는 지도 흑은 해도, 표, 그래프, 좌표난 다른 형태 등 다양한 형태로 표현되고 전자해도도 이러한 다양한 표현수단중 하나이다. 전자해도(ENC)는 지리적인 정보, 즉 지리적인 이름과 수심, 등심선 등의 수치와 해도, 표, 그래프 등 도형들의 집합물로서 이를 전자해도의 국제규격인 S-57 format으로 표현하고 ENC product specification에 따라 체계적인 형태로 저장된 데이터로 이는 저작권법이 규정하고 있는 데이터 베이스의 정의에 부합하는 저작물이라고 할 수 있다. 이러한 전자해도의 발행 목적은 바다에서 안전을 책임지는 것이고 환경 보호에 기여하는 것으로 이들 디지털 해도 시스템은 off-shore 산업 환경과 지질학상의 행정과 같이 해상에 대한 적용뿐만 아니라 상업적 해운업, 해군 작전, 어업선과 레져, 선박과 같은 곳에서 사용된다. 따라서 앞으로 계속하여 증가될 전자해도의 수요증대 및 활성화를 대비하여 다양한 수요자의 요구를 충족시킬 뿐 만 아니라 업무의 효율을 기할 수 있는 공식적인 디지털 항해 상품의 공급방안, 가격결정 및 관리 시스템이 구축되어야 하고, 전자해도 데이터의 다양한 응용과 관련하여 공급된 데이터의 사용 및 변형범위와 데이터의 오류로 인한 피해 발생 시 책임소재 등의 문제들이 검토되어야 한다.

Government agencies and companies are establishing and promoting digital transformation strategies in various industrial fields, and are leading the era of the 4th industrial revolution through successful technological innovation. In this time of change, we can see many stories of global companies Nike and Starbucks as successful examples of digital transformation. These two companies are showing successful results through digital transformation. Domestic companies are also conducting digital innovation based on mobile, cloud, IoT, artificial intelligence, and AR/VR technologies, and are establishing RPA (Robotic Process Automation) processes for high efficiency and high productivity. In this paper, we introduce the 3D digital twin space construction automation process technique using data from the entire construction cycle of design, construction, and maintenance of the construction industry, and look into the digital transformation strategy of the construction industry in the future.

There have been concerned about the copyright as numerous data are digitalized because of the growth of performance of the computer and Internet. Digital watermarking is one of strong methods to protect copyright. We proposed a novel digital watermarking for vector map data. Although vector map data are used widely in GIS, there is little interest in copyright. The proposed method is to embed and extract watermarks using CRC principle. The experimental results show that this method can protect the copyright of the vector map by extracting embedded watermarks. Therefore, the proposed method can be utilized as the technique to protect vector map data.

There are many problems caused by data sharing between general heterogeneous digital devices due to various interfaces. To solve this problem, this paper proposes heterogeneous data sharing with cloud service and mobile through D2D communication that supports communication between different devices. The proposed technique is used to reduce the load on the server to perform data synchronization. Also, in order to minimize data latency caused by data replication between different devices, a technique to enhance the speed of data writing with copying only the modified parts in the chunk list is adopted and cloud service model integrated with mobile environment is realized in order to minimize the network bandwidth consumed for synchronization for data sharing. Therefore, it is possible to share data in different spaces efficiently with maintaining data integrity and minimizing latency in data.
