Relative Importance of Executive Competency Factors of SMEs and Venture Firms in Credit Evaluation (신용평가에서 중소벤처기업 경영자 역량 요인의 상대적 중요도에 관한 연구)

  • This study is to provide a method to increase the credit rating of the company by examining and managing the executive competency of the CEO of SMEs and Venture Firms. We analyzed the importance and priority of AHP by surveying bank loan staff and CEOs. According to the analysis results, ethics management, strategic thinking, and expertise level were the highest in the relative importance of bank loan staff. The relative importance of CEOs was higher in order of marketing, bank transaction reliability, and financing. Result of this study is similar to the relative importance of the previous research. This study suggests to disclosing credit rating system and reflect the opinions of the CEO in order to protect financial consumers. The significance of this study is to present the factors and the importance that can help to develop advanced models.

  • Nowadays Several Countries like USA and Republic of Korea introduced Electronic Litigation System in the civil sector, and this introduction of electronic system affected several changes dramatically management environments of many firms. Especially in Republic of Korea this electronic litigation system is introduced by the purpose such as decrease paper document, cost down of litigation and the transparence, but till now most enterprises don't prepare about electronic litigation. This introduction of electronic litigation system changes the circumstance of the law environment, firms have to prepare solutions about changes of litigation systems and changes of firma management systems.

  • Recently, following increased concern about green, people think that the pollution problems are cause of firm's product activities. So, firm's burden increased to protect nature and save energy during produce the goods. To keep the regulation and use the strategy methods, need to new Green IT Governance Framework(GITGF). FGI(Focus Group Interview) was used to carry out the research that is not mature. In this paper, we proposed the framework that is composed of green IT domain, business purpose, IT purpose and management process. GITFG is useful method to govern the corporate activities in the green IT Governance perspective.

  • 최근 4차 산업시대 도래, 정보통신기술(ICT)의 발전, 코로나19의 여파로 전 세계적으로 디지털 헬스케어 산업의 중요성과 산업의 전망이 높아지고 있다. 한국에서도 디지털헬스케어관련 정책들이 지속적으로 발표되고 있으나 아직까지 많은 중소기업과 스타트업 기업들이 연구 인력, 인프라, 자금 부족 등으로 새로운 정책을 따라가기 어려운 실정에 놓여 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기존 문헌 연구를 통해 디지털 헬스케어 관련 세계 및 국내 변화요인을 파악하고, SWOT분석을 실시하여 국내 중소기업을 위한 경영전략을 도출하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 중소기업이 산업 경쟁력을 제고하기 위한 전략적 대응 및 우선순위 수립 시 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

The Relationship between Training Activity and Organization Performance (교육훈련활동과 기업성과의 관계)

  • An training activity within organization is main factor for creating a competitive advantage in knowledge-based economic system. Therefore the purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between training activity in organization and business performance and corporate value. Also it was analysed whether the effect of training was different between large company and small company. The major results of analysing the effect of training on organization performance are as follows. First, training activity was positively related to Tobin's Q each year. As for net income per person the effect on training was significant in 2009 and 2010 except 2008. The sales per person was significantly related in 2008 and 2009. Second, as the result of analysis of training investment on organization performance, as for large company the effect of training on business performance and corporate value was mostly significant excluding 2008' net income per person and 2010' sales per person. While as for small company all effects were not related.

  • 지적 창의경영은 지식의 공유와 생성으로 나눌 수 있는 데, 지식 생성 분야에서 창의성 연구에서 나온 창의적 문제해결 방법론이다. 이 글에서는 공학 분야에 주로 사용되는 TRIZ 이론을 비공학 분야와 비즈니스 분야, 지적 창조경영의 지식 생성 분야에서 응용사례와 활용 가능성을 기술하였다. TRIZ는 공학분야의 전세계 특허와 기술혁신 사례들을 분석하여 개발하였으나, 이 창의적 문제해결 이론은 러시아 공산주의 사회라는 특수한 상황에서 개발되어서 경영과 비즈니스를 다루고 연구하는 일에는 많은 어려움이 있었다. 그러나 러시아가 개방되면서 최근 TRIZ의 다양하고 강력한 기법들을 비공학 분야와 선진기업 경영이나 비즈니스에 접목시켜 연구되고 있다. TRIZ연구는 변화와 경쟁이 기본이라고 여겨지는 비지니스 활동에서 강력한 문제 해결능력과 아이디어를 가지도록 도와주고 있다. 이 글에서 비즈니스에서 성공과 실패라는 모순을 일으키는 문제를 고전적인 TRIZ의 모순 해소 매트릭스와 비슷한 비즈니스 매트릭스를 이용해서 해결되는 선진 기업의 창조적 경영 응용 사례를 살펴 보고 향후 활용 가능성을 연구하였다.

  • In this research, customized management performance index for small and medium enterprises in solar energy area was developed. To acquire management performance index, first Delphi technique is applied and secondly, AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) used to give weight to each main index and then final management performance index was achieved. By developing management performance index, top management could manage their company more efficiently.

  • This study was analyzed to relate between business performance and leadership types for global corporations practically. Also, in this study for research, Have developed a research model to analyze comprehensively using the business performance and leadership theory. One of the important things are leader's characteristics or contingency factors at global corporations, but leadership is being re-evaluated through how it enable to perceive and to evaluate at the organization. Therefore, this study had been analyzed to relationship with the type of global readers between the employee's perception and business performance focusing on research model The research results had shown that job satisfaction, performance variables like sales amount, and productivity to be impact on the leadership type of global enterprises. Therefore, this study concluded that the efficiency and performance of the Company may increase when assigned a leadership professional to be able to consider the nature of the global enterprise. Results of the study, will be expected to be a useful guide for control of business performance at global corporation in the future.

Impacts of Digital and Human Knowledge Resources on Customer Response Capability of Customer Service Representatives (비대면 서비스 조직에서 디지털 및 인적 지식자원이 상담사의 고객대응역량에 미치는 영향)

  • In call centers where customers contact a firm's customer service without face-to-face interaction, customer service representatives (CSRs) determine its service competitiveness. In other words, a firm's service excellence relies on its CSRs. Drawing on the concept of agility from service and information technologies studies, this study conceptualizes customer response capability as a variable consisting of customer response expertise and customer response agility, and further verifies its effects on customer service performance. Moreover, this study examines whether a firm's digital and human knowledge resources are related to CSRs' customer response capability. To empirically test the proposed hypotheses, the partial least squares analysis is conducted with a total of 371 responses collected on CSRs from two insurance call centers. The findings indicate that a firm's digital and human knowledge resources enhance CSRs' customer response expertise and customer response agility, thereby increasing customer service performance. The results draw the conclusion that CSRs' customer response capability is a key antecedent of superior customer service.
