지금까지 국내데이터베이스산업과 관련된 기술이나 시장 현황 등에 대해 알고 싶어도 관련자료가 부족해 알아볼 수 없었던 불편이 사라지게 됐다. 한국데이터베이스진흥센터는 최근 국내 데이터베이스산업을 한눈에 살펴 볼 수 있는 '96 데이터베이스백서를 발간했다. 총 8부로 나뉘어 발간된 데이터베이스 백서가 어떤 내용을 담고 있는지 매달 요약해 싣고자 한다.

Recently, Korean government has, enacted "Individuals with Disabilities anti-Discriminatory Act" in 2008, and is actively promoting the law. However, it is still at its infancy in comparison to other advanced countries in terms providing access for all users. Educational digital contents offered through cyber home learning need to be universally designed to include all learners. This study, I have analyzed the accessibility of K cyber home learning contents using FAE tool, and the result showed low scores or failed for 'HTML Standards', 'Scripting' and the 'Text Equivalents.' To assist digital contents' accessibility, UDL 7 principles could be use to improve accessibility and universality for learner-centered designs. Use of UDL will include learners with and without disabilities to learn from educational digital contents.

With the development of digital dentistry, it is being applied in various ways of dental treatment. This case report presents the definitive prosthesis designed in advance with a re-established vertical dimension and the digital technology, which determined the amount of tooth preparation, in order to preserve as much tooth structure as possible in a patient with pathological wear of the posterior teeth and loss of vertical dimension. For accurate tooth preparation, the guides of the occlusal and axial surfaces were digitally and additively manufactured. Then, aesthetics and anterior guidance were established at the provisional stage. The information of the provisional restoration was delivered to the definitive stage by double scanning. The digital technology, including the virtual planning and the guided tooth removal, produced the definitive restorations satisfactory to both the patient and clinician.

This study suggests focused in user-centered design which are new separate discharge system that must recycle in paper materials. I searched cases in Korea's current law and regulation in recycling disposal guidelines and already succeed cases in each city that are Asia, Europe, and North America. Suggesting focused in user-centered design of ID(Identification) separate discharge system due to user's good participations, feedbacks of participation's results, and well-organized in awarding. This system consists of visual individual's ID(Identification) that are stickered in only used bag. User must recycle in separate discharge system only used bags, and results must visualized in each user and rewards to user. This separate discharge system is meaning to stimulate user's good participations.

본 연구는 미국 상무부 소속 국립표준기술연구소(NIST)에 의해 제시된 온라인상에서 디지털 신원 지침(digital identity guidelines)에 대한 내용을 살펴보고, 디지털 신원 서비스를 구현하기 위한 기술적인 요구사항들에 대해 검토 후 국내 본인확인서비스에 적용이 가능한 방안을 제시한다. 온라인상에서 사용자의 신원을 확인하기 위해 다양한 방안이 제시되고 있으며 현행 국내 본인확인서비스의 경우 과도한 개인정보 제공으로 사생활 침해 이슈가 제시되고 있다. 따라서 NIST의 디지털 신원지침에서 제시하는 차등화된 서비스 제공 방안에 대해 검토하고 국내 본인확인서비스에 적용 가능한 방안을 모색한다. 제시한 방안에서 획일화된 본인확인서비스에서 본인확인수단, 인증, 정보제공에 대한 차별적인 방안을 제시함으로써 보다 안전하고 건전한 본인확인서비스의 실현이 가능함을 알 수 있다.

Recently, energy saving is a important concern. IT fields, also, are try to reduce the electricity during the IT service, that links to green IT. Especially, green data center is a hot issue, because there are many new projects to build large data center, that spends huge electricity. Even though there are many new projects, the process to build the green data center is not arranged. That depend on the personal experience during the data center construction. Especially, cooling is complex and many problem to reduce the electricity. So, this research provides the method, that is consisted of tasks, activities, and guideline to build the green data center.

In this paper, we propose the method for creating a stable stereoscopic 3D contents with the production guidelines by removing the excessive depth value and scene changes for high quality. We have developed a three-dimensional depth analysis tool for detecting the scene changes out of the production guidelines and the depth value changes excessively. The Scenes detected by depth analysis tool can be modified at the post production and it helps to make a stable stereoscopic 3D contents.

The study provides the direction for constructing and operating ELN(Electronic Laboratory Notebook) system for systematic record, management and reliability security of the document. Firstly, Present the standard of the system environment for writing and management of ELN. Secondly, Establish guidelines for systematic maintenance and operation of ELN system. Thirdly, Draw up guidelines of inspection whether ELN system is managed in according with the standards and procedures. Therefore, it is expected that these guidelines contribute to vitalize ELN and set foundation of application for researching and developing information in the medium and long term.
