본 연구의 목적은 「Guiding Crieative Talent」의 저자이자 교수인 E.Pual Torrance에 의하여 제시된 디자인 기준(design criteria) 중에 3가지 디자인 기준을 선택하여, 스크린 프린팅기법에 의거, 일련의 디자인을 제작하는 것이다. 이 디자인 기준은 1958년, Torrance에 의하여 수행된 \"The Minnesota Tests of Creative Thinking\" 중 일부이다. 그는 \"창의적인 발상전개에 있어서 보다 더 주의를 요하는 것은 마지막 생산물(the products)이 아니라 그것의 과정(the process)인 것이다.\"라고 강조해 왔으며, 창의적 사고에 관한 개념을 제시해 왔다. 본 연구의 디자인은 그 창작의 착상의 모티브(motif)로써 연화문(蓮花紋)을 선택하여 다양한 디자인의 스크린 프린팅을 창작하였다. 12개의 디자인이 제작되었데, 그것은 Torrance에 의하여 제안된 약 20개의 기준(criteria) 가운데 저자가 디자인 착상에 있어서 최소한의 기본요소라 생각되어, 임의로 선택한 3가지 기준에 의하여 만들어졌다. :3가지 기준이란 1) 모티브(motif)의 수적증가(multiplication) 2) 모티브(motif)의 위치변화 3) 모티브(motif)의 모양변화이다. 전체적인 디자인과 테두리 디자인(border design)이 선택적으로 디자인 과정에 포함되었으며, 최종적으로 12개의 디자인이 선택, 1가지의 색채를 이용하여 스크린 프린팅에 의하여 제작되었다. 디자인 제작과정으로, Torrance의 각각의 디자인 기준에 의한 여러 장의 스케치를 그린 후, 그중 12개의 스케치를 임의로 선택하여 옷감위에 프린팅하였다. 디자인 제작 결과, 저자가 선택한 3개의 디자인 기준만으로도 다양한 수의 서로 다른 디자인 창작이 가능하였으며 본 연구에서는 1개의 디자인 기준을 선택 응용하였으나 보다 많은 디자인 기준을 선택하여 동시에 비교 연구하는 것도 필요하다고 본다. 그리고 1개 이상의 디자인 모티브(motif)를 함께 디자인 착상에 이용하는 것도 가능하다고 본다.

The evaluation of design is one of the most important steps in design process. However, because in most cases, design evaluation has been disregarded in comparison with other steps and has been performed by designer's subjective judgment. there are few studies for the development of systematic methodology. In this study, we developed the method of design evaluation using the fuzzy theory and the multi-criteria dedsion making model. This method consists of two steps. The first step is to obtain relative importance weights of design evaluation criteria, and the second step is to obtain and integrate scores for design evaluation criteria. AHP(analytic hierarchy process) and fuzzy theory were applied to the first and the second step, respectively. We applied the developed method to the sensible evaluation of cellular phone design. As the result, we verified that the developed method could be effectively used in the evaluation of product design.

본 논문의 국내 패션 업체에서 상품기획 과정 중 많은 시간과 노력을 투자해야 했던 디자인 및 패턴 자료를 데이터베이스화하여 key word를 통해 효율적으로 찾아 사용할 수 있도록 한 디지털 여성 자켓 분류 데이터베이스 시스템을 개발하고자 실시되었다. 이를 위해 의류업체 종사자 48명과 의류학 전공 대학원생 54명, 패턴 전문가 11명을 대상으로 설문조사 및 인터뷰를 실시하여 디자인 및 패턴의 분류 기준과 의류 생산기획 업무의 디지털화 가능성을 검토하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 국내 의류업체에서는 상품기획시 국외패션잡지와 collection지를 가장 많이 활용하고 있었으며, 디자인 및 패턴 DB 프로그램에 대한 효용성 기대와 수용도 기대에는 집단간 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 여성 자켓 디자인 DB를 위한 구성요소 분류 기준은 7가지고 선정되었고, 이미지 형용사 분류 기준은 6가지로 선정되었다. 또한 자켓 제작을 위한 block pattern 분류 기준은 4가지로 선정되었다. 본 연구를 통해 개발된 자켓 디자인 선택 프로그램의 모델을 제시한 후 실험 참가자들에게 효용성 및 사용가능성을 다시 검증한 결과, 프로그램 제시 전 조사결과보다 유의하게 긍정적으로 평가되었으며, 데이터베이스 자료 활용시 이미지 형용사를 통한 검색보다는 구성요소를 통한 검색에 더 만족하는 것으로 나타났다.

Design is a knowledge service industry that is undervalued in Korea despite its large impact on the development of high - tech industries such as national industrial policy and the fourth industrial revolution. In the design industry, the strategic outsourcing system collapses. This phenomenon is not confined to the domestic market, and the design service companies of design-developed countries such as Europe and the US are also struggling with the classic. Accordingly, some implications were found through the case study of domestic design projects, including overseas, that private companies are more concerned with design cost reduction and cost structure to secure liquidity rather than improving design quality level and pursuing innovation through design outsourcing. It is big. As design is a core competency of a company, internalizing core design tasks, and as products and services become platforms, regional design countermeasures have been reduced, which has led to a decline in the cost standard for large companies' design service outsourcing. In design service industry, design outsourcing is performed at the request of the client, and the service value of the outsourcing is received. In the early 2000s, the importance of design management led global consulting companies to pursue M & A rather than cooperate with design service companies, and Samsung Electronics and other large corporations acquired a large number of excellent design personnel and developed their own design management research institute. This study investigated the design service outsourcing cases of public and private companies (large corporations, midsize companies) widely in relation to the design service price criterion, and grasped the indicators of the actual size and level of the design industry. I will make suggestions about the value and direction of the global design industry through interviews with experts and literature on the changes and influences of these cost criteria.

본 논문은 기존 폰트 디자인을 고찰하여 한글과 라틴 알파벳 디자인의 형태 유사성을 향상시키기 위한 기초 자료를 제공한다. 고찰을 위해 윤디자인 대표 폰트 20종을 선정하였다. 형태적 관점에서 글자 디자인적 유사성을 찾기 위해 낱자, 낱글자, 낱말, 문장을 기준으로 고찰하였다. 윤디자인 대표 폰트 20종의 한글과 라틴 알파벳 글자 디자인의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 낱자(자소) 디자인은 동일한 형태이지만, 크기와 비례가 변화할 수 있다. 둘째, 낱글자(음절) 디자인은 낱글자 전체의 디자인을 위해 부분적으로 다른 형태를 디자인할 수 있다. 셋째, 낱말(단어) 디자인은 낱말의 우월효과를 고려하여야 한다. 넷째, 문장의 디자인은 글줄의 흐름을 고려하여 글자의 크기, 비례와 기준선을 디자인하여야 한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the methods and contents of information literacy instruction before the developing of Information Literacy Program Model that can improve information literacy competencies of undergraduate students in design discipline. After the literature review on the comparative analysis of national standards & program for higher education and the NASAD standards & guidelines. This research analyzed the methods and contents of the information literacy instruction by the Delphi Survey. As a result of Delphi Survey, the research found out that design discipline preferred Hands-on design-specific instruction by professional librarian at the request of a department and required design-specific information literacy instruction based on the structure of knowledge and information-seeking practices within the design discipline, and providing design-specific tools, resources to helping students apply in learning and actual situation.

산업통상자원부는 산업디자인의 정의에 기술적 요소를 포함하고 서비스디자인을 산업 디자인의 영역에 추가하며, 산업디자인의 사업화 지원 근거를 마련하고, 공공부문 산업디자인 개발에 대한 대가기준 수립 근거를 신설하는 등 제도적 기반을 강화함으로써 우리나라 산업디자인의 경쟁력을 강화하고자 산업디자인진흥법 일부 개정법률안을 고시했다. 본 고에서는 주요 내용과 함께 신 구조문을 비교해 살펴보도록 한다.
