At present cadastral surveying is being driven fort combination of digitalized cadastral map accord with real cadastral boundary between cadastral resurvey area and World Geodetic System transformation about all country. So this study is conducted to newly establish items being needed in making digitalization of parcel boundary points based on the World Geodetic System in registration conversion surveying. For this study firstly management of mountainous districts Act, related laws and registration conversion-related laws and regulations are reviewd. Secondly, economical, administrative validation by using data from 12-branch companies of LX is analyzed. Thirdly, surveying method and procedure were established through experimental surveying on the two cases such as digital and analog area. Finally, through investigating standard of estimate about cadastral surveying, it was calculated amendment of registration conversion surveying fee based on World Geodetic coordinate System.

This study was performed to analyze GHG (Greenhouse gas) reduction effectiveness and economic feasibility in the wood pellet fuel switching project using JCDM (Japan Clean Development Mechanism) and KVER (Korea Voluntary Emission Reduction)data. The major data for the analyses consist of investment costs, annual GHG reductions, fuel prices and GHG credit prices. The wood pellet fuel switching projects are the $CO_2$-zero projects. Therefore, these projects are essential to accomplish the GHG mitigation target, especially in Korea. In order to raise the economic feasibility of the wood pellet fuel switching project, the results of this study suggest that the Korean government should reduce the price of wood pellet through the supply on a large scale and raise the KCER price of wood pellet fuel switching project.

정부는 지난 6월29일 과천청사에서 한리헌 경제기획원차관 주재로 경제행정 규제완화 실무위원회를 열고 석유정제업 등록을 허가제에서 등록제로 전환하고 석유제품 수출입 승인을 폐지하는 것등을 골자로 하는 통관제도ㆍ해운항만ㆍ환경산업ㆍ제약산업ㆍ에너지 및 자원산업 등 5개분야 70건의 행정규제완화 과제를 의결했다. 다음은 에너지 및 자원산업분야의 규제 완화 내용이다.

지식경제부는 상표법 시행규칙을 개정함에 있어 의견을 듣고자 그 개정이유와 주요내용을 행정절차법 제41조의 규정에 의하여 공고했다. 이번 시행규칙 일부 개정령안은 상표등록출원에 대한 우선심사제도의 도입, 상표권의 갱신등록출원을 신청제로 전환 등을 내용으로 상표법이 개정(법률 제9987호, 2010. 1. 27. 공포, 7. 28. 시행)됨에 따라 상표권의 갱신등록출원에 관한 사항을 삭제하는 등 법령에서 위임된 사항과 그 시행을 위하여 필요한 사항을 정하고자 개정됐다. 본 고에서는 주요 내용 및 개정령안을 살펴보도록 한다.

정부의 경제행정규제 완화방침에 따라 건설부는 국내 건설시장 개방 등에 대비 건설업면허를 현행 3년 주기에서 매년 1회 또는 수시로 발급하고 해외건설업면허를 등록제로 전환하며 해외공사 도급은 신고제로 전환키로 하는 등 총 11개 분야 59개 과제에 달하는 내용의 $\ulcorner$건설행정규제완화 세부추진계획$\lrcorner$을 마련 단계적으로 시행할 계획이다.

본고에서는 현재 추진중이거나 추진된 표준 암호알고리즘 공모사업에 대한 추진체계 및 현황을 파악한다. 또한 등록방식에서 공모방식으로 전환된 ISO/IEC 국제표준 선정방식의 전환 배경을 살펴보고, 현재 ISO/IEC 국제표준 후보로 제안되어 심의 중에 있는 블록암호 알고리즘 SEED의 표준화 현황을 파악한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the current status and effects of open access conversion of journals from 7 societies that participated in the "Open Access Publication Declaration Academic Societies in the Field of Library and Information Science", and to identify problems and suggest improvement directions. To this end, the study analyzed the current status based on the elements presented in the "Roadmap for Open Access Publishing Conversion of the Library and Information Science Journals in Korea" and analyzed citation rates. The following problems were identified. First, some journals were not applying CCL or were unable to register it accurately with KJCI, and none of the 7 journals were registered with DOAJ. Second, the newly used journal platforms had not yet registered all previous issues after the conversion. Third, there was a tendency for the article processing charges to be partially increased, and there was also a tendency for editorial staff expenses to increase. Fourth, citation indexes after conversion were lower for both journals compared to the previous 4-5 years. This study proposes that joint publication of journals is necessary to solve practical problems jointly with societies while promoting economies of scale and suggests the need for further development of a roadmap.

2006년 끝도 얼마 남지 않았다. 올해는 옥외광고계에 있어 뜻깊은 한해였다. 먼저 월드컵을 비롯해 각종 지방선거, 대기업.광공서를 중심으로 불었던 CI교체 사업 등으로 굵직굵직한 물량이 잇따라 쏟아졌다. 이와 함께 2006년 옥외광고 종사자들의 최대의 관심사는 '옥외광고물등 관리법 시행령 입부개정령'시행에 모아졌다. 많은 이들이 촉각을 곤두세울 수밖에 없었던 이유는 지난 6월 24일부터 시행된 개정령이 옥외광고업을 신고제에서 등록제로 전환하는 내용을 핵심으로 달고 있기 때문이다. 그러나 당초 입법예고와는 달리 기술능력 기준이 확대되면서 찬반 논란을 낳고 있다 개정령의 세부내용 및 문제가 되고 있는 자격증 범위 확대 문제에 대해 알아봤다.
