학술활동 생명주기는 저자, 학술단체 및 정보서비스 제공자의 관점에서 논문투고, 심사, 출판, 데이터베이스 구축, 정보서비스로 정의될 수 있다. 생명주기 단계별로 학술단체들은 온라인 또는 오프라인 도구들을 이용해 저자와 심사위원들간의 커뮤니케이션을 돕고 있으며, 정보서비스 제공기관들은 출판된 학술정보를 수집하고 데이터베이스를 구축하여 정보서비스를 제공하고 있다. 이들 단계들에 표준식별체계를 적용하여 유기적으로 연결해 주면 생명주기 활동에 들어가는 전체적인 시간, 노력, 비용을 절감 할 수 있다. 이 발표에서는 학술활동 생명주기의 이해당사자들의 요구를 전반적으로 만족시키기 위해 개발된 DOI등록 관리 서비스의 설계 및 구현에 대해서 논한다.

치과는 가까이 있지만 심리적으로 접근하기 힘든 곳이기도 하다. 본 연구는 치과를 방문하려고 하는 대부분의 환자가 스마트폰을 가지고 손쉽게 방문 전에 자기 정보를 등록하고 등록된 정보를 바탕으로 치위생 전문가는 환자의 상태를 진단하여 간단한 조치 내용을 알려주거나 필요하면 치과를 방문하여 진료를 받을 수 있게 하는 앱 개발에 관한 것이다. 환자들은 이 앱을 통해 비용과 시간을 절감할 수 있으며 치과와 IT 기술을 융합하는 차원에서 의미가 있다고 할 수 있다.

본 논문은 이동통신 단말기(휴대폰)을 이용한 금융권의 모바일 계좌결제 서비스 플랫폼에 관한 것으로서 더 상세하게는 실명 인증된 이동통신 단말기 번호와 주요 거래은행의 계좌를 연계하여 등록하고 등록된 이동통신 단말기를 이용하여 전기요금, 가스요금 등의 지로 공과금과 홈쇼핑 구매 대금, 유무선 온라인 이용 및 구매 대금과 같은 각종 결제 요청 금액의 청구 내역을 이동통신 URL 단문 메세지 서비스(Call Back URL SMS)를 통하여 통보받고 그 청구내역을 이동통신 단말기를 통해 바로 조회하고 이용자의 선택에 따라 해당 결제요청 금액을 이동통신 단말기를 통해 이용자 및 거래처의 계좌번호 입력 없이 바로 언제 어디서나 편리하게 계좌결제 처리할 수 있도록 함으로써 각종 결제요청 금액의 납부 편의성과 이동통신 단말기의 기능성 향상을 달성하고 나아가 산업 관련업체(은행, 이동통신사, 결제청구기관)의 대고객 서비스의 향상 및 비용 절감을 도모할 수 있도록 한 이동 통신 단말기를 이용한 계좌결제방법 및 시스템에 관한 것이다.

워크플로우 프로세스 정의는 단위업무들 간의 연결구조와 그들의 관계, 프로세스 시작과 종료를 구별하기 위한 기준, 그리고 개별 단위업무에 대한 정보(참여자, 연결된 IT애플리케이션)로 구성되어 있다. 워크플로우 프로세스 정의 인터페이스는 다른 제품들 사이에 워크플로우 프로세스 정의의 교환을 지원하는 일반적인 형태를 정의한다. 그리고 워크플로우 시스템은 이러한 인터페이스를 이용하여 프로세스 정의를 공유한다. 그러나 기존의 워크플로우 시스템은 시스템 내부에서만 프로세스 정의를 공유하기 때문에 새로운 워크플로우 프로세스 정의가 필요할 때마다, 프로세스 정의에 많은 시간과 비용을 낭비하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 시스템 간의 워크플로우 프로세스 정의 공유를 위해 워크플로우 시스템을 사용하는 기업이나, 병원, 공공기관들이 각각의 워크플로우 프로세스 정의를 웹상에서 공유하는 등록소를 개발하였다. 이로 인하여 서로 다른 시스템을 운영하는 기업에서도 자신이 필요로 하는 프로세스를 검색하여 사용할 수 있도록 하여 시스템 간의 상호 운용성을 높일 수 있을 것이다.

4차 산업혁명 시대에 떠오르는 기술인 블록체인과 블록체인의 단점을 보완할 수 있는 분산된 파일 시스템 IPFS을 활용하여 새로운 형태의 웹툰 플랫폼 서비스 BlockToon을 개발하였다. 본 논문에서 개발한 BlockToon은 중앙 서버가 웹툰 정보와 파일을 관리하는 것이 아닌 작가가 파일에 대한 정보를 블록체인과 IPFS에 자유롭게 등록, 관리한다. 블록체인 특성상 수정 및 삭제가 불가능하기 때문에 블록체인에 등록된 웹툰의 정보는 저작권 증명이 가능하다. 또한 주요 데이터를 중앙 서버에서 관리하지 않으므로 중앙 서버 유지 비용이 절감된다.

Mobile node has to register its current location to Home Agent when it moves to another network while away from home. However, the registration procedure cannot be completed successfully when Home Agent is protected by the VPN gateway which guards MN's home network and discards the unauthorized packets incoming from outside as a lack of security association(SA) between the Care-of address and security policy of the home network so that the binding registration message without SA is discarded smoothly by the VPN gateway. This paper presents the authentication and key exchange scheme using the AAA infrastructure for a user in Internet to access the home network behind the VPN gateway. By defining the role of authentication and tunnel processing for each agent or relay entity, this paper presents the procedure to register the current location to its Home Agent with secure manner. Performance result shows cost improvement up to 40% comparing with existing scheme in terms of the packet loss cost, the property of mobility and traffic.

Creative works such as webtoon and web novel are part of property rights. However, illegal copies of them are distributed on the internet easily, which raises social issues in today's society. In order to tackle these problems, this paper proposes and presents a blockchain based copyright management system that ensures forgery prevention, robust security features, improving trading performance, cost-effective, and enhanced visibility. The system allows a user to register creative works formally just the same as before registration and also to register simple creative ideas just anytime. In the latter case, if an idea or a thought flashes across through somebody's mind, he or she can register it to the system immediately without formal registration process and afterward, can utilize a way to prove its originality through the system. Regarding large size images and video files of creative works, the system reduces data size and storage volume sharply to be processed by network entities by storing original creative works separately and including only the hash result of creative works to the transactions.

In this changing, complex modern society, as one-person households, dual income households and the elderly population increases and the survey environment gets worse, the past 'method' in which high costs and much time are needed, should face the environmental change. When considering the fact that developed countries in Northern Europe such as Denmark and Finland use administrative data for the Censuses, Korea should carry out further research to use resident registration administrative data in the Registration Census. Based on administrative data, the Registration Census is expected to reduce survey costs and to increase the accuracy and timeliness of surveys. Moreover, a wide variety of statistical demand will be satisfied by producing advanced statistics through the links among administrative data. The paper examines the difference when linking both resident registration administrative data and the results of 2005 Population Census, with a view to improving the Population Census method and preparing for the information age. Also this paper presents some proposals for future Population Censuses. With confidentiality given the top priority, this paper examines the link with matching value of ages and genders at Haeundae-gu, Busan and Boeun-gun, Chungbuk for pragmatic research. Hoenam-myeon, Boeun-gun, Chungbuk marks a low matching rate. Focused on Hoenam-myeon data, this research directly compares the results of 2005 Population Census with resident registration administrative data. Births, deaths, out-migrations and in-migrations from resident registration administrative data as of November 1st 2005 are used especially to increase comparison with the results of 2005 Population Census.

Recently, many companies improving their management performance by building a powerful brand value which is recognized for trademark rights. However, as growing up the size of online commerce market, the infringement of trademark rights is increasing. According to various studies and reports, cases of foreign and domestic companies infringing on their trademark rights are increased. As the manpower and the cost required for the protection of trademark are enormous, small and medium enterprises(SMEs) could not conduct preliminary investigations to protect their trademark rights. Besides, due to the trademark image search service does not exist, many domestic companies have a problem that investigating huge amounts of trademarks manually when conducting preliminary investigations to protect their rights of trademark. Therefore, we develop an intelligent similar trademark search model to reduce the manpower and cost for preliminary investigation. To measure the performance of the model which is developed in this study, test data selected by intellectual property experts was used, and the performance of ResNet V1 101 was the highest. The significance of this study is as follows. The experimental results empirically demonstrate that the image classification algorithm shows high performance not only object recognition but also image retrieval. Since the model that developed in this study was learned through actual trademark image data, it is expected that it can be applied in the real industrial environment.

한국전력산업의 탈규제화의 영향으로 각 개별 발전회사들은 자사의 이익을 최대화하기 위한발전계획 수립에 큰 관심을 가지게 되었다. 발전계획은 주어진 연료제약 하에 발전수익과 유지보수비용을 고려하여 시간대별 발전기의 기동, 정지 및 발전출력을 결정하는 문제로서Profit-Based Unit Commitment (PBUC) 문제로 알려져 있다. PBUC 문제는 문제 자체의 복잡성과 비선형 제약식의 특성으로 인하여 과거 연구는 대부분 비선형 제약식 처리를 위한 Lagrangian Relaxation (LR) 기반 휴리스틱 접근법에 초점이 맞추어져 왔다. 하지만, 실제현업 적용에 있어 계산시간이 많이 소요되고 알고리즘의 구현에 많은 기간이 소요되어 실용성은 낮은 것으로 보고되었다. 특히 연료도입 및 저장제약을 고려하기 위한 1년 단위 장기 발전계획 수립은 문제의 범위가 더욱 넓어짐으로 인하여 복잡성이 매우 크게 증가하고, 이에 따라 기존 접근법에 한계가 있어 왔다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내가스발전소의 사례를 중심으로 발전패턴개념의 도입 및 다양한 발전패턴 생성을 통한 Explicit Column Generation 기반 최적화 접근법을 제안한다. 발전패턴은 Column Generation 접근법의 각 Column에 해당하는 각주별 발전기 기동정지계획을 의미한다. 즉, 미리 유효한 발전패턴의 Pool을 최대한 확보한 후 Explicit Column Generation Formulation을 통하여 주별 최적의 발전패턴을 찾아내는 알고리즘으로 구성이 된다. 본 알고리즘은 실제 가스발전소의 장기 발전계획 수립과정에 적용되어 효과적으로 운용되고 있으며 연간 수십억원의 추가적인 이익을 실현할 것으로 분석되었다. 본 알고리즘을 확장 적용할 경우 PBUC 문제 해결을 위한 새로운 해법으로도 그 효용성이 클 것으로 예상된다.자료이기 때문에 통계적 활용의 범위가 방대하다. 특히 개인, 가구, 사업체 등 사회 활동의 주체들이 어떻게 변화하는지를 추적할 수 있는 자료를 생산함으로써 다양한 인과적 통계분석을 할 수 있다. 행정자료를 활용한 인구센서스의 이러한 특징은 국가의 교육정책, 노동정책, 복지정책 등 다양한 정책을 정확한 자료를 근거로 수립할 수 있는 기반을 제공한다(Gaasemyr, 1999). 이와 더불어 행정자료 기반의 인구센서스는 비용이 적게 드는 장점이 있다. 예를 들어 덴마크나 핀란드에서는 조사로 자료를 생산하던 때의 1/20 정도 비용으로 행정자료로 인구센서스의 모든 자료를 생산하고 있다. 특히, 최근 모든 행정자료들이 정보통신기술에 의해 데이터베이스 형태로 바뀌고, 인터넷을 근간으로 한 컴퓨터네트워크가 발달함에 따라 각 부처별로 행정을 위해 축적한 자료를 정보통신기술로 연계${cdot}$통합하면 막대한 조사비용을 들이지 않더라도 인구센서스자료를 적은 비용으로 생산할 수 있는 근간이 마련되었다. 이렇듯 행정자료 기반의 인구센서스가 많은 장점을 가졌지만, 그렇다고 모든 국가가 당장 행정자료로 인구센서스를 대체할 수 있는 것은 아니다. 행정자료로 인구센서스통계를 생산하기 위해서는 각 행정부서별로 사용하는 행정자료들을 연계${cdot}$통합할 수 있도록 국가사회전반에 걸쳐 행정 체제가 갖추어져야 하기 때문이다. 특히 모든 국민 개개인에 관한 기본정보, 개인들이 거주하며 생활하는 단위인 개별 주거단위에 관한 정보가 행정부에 등록되어 있고, 잘 정비되어 있어야 하며, 정보의 형태 또한 서로 연계가 가능하도록 표준화되어있어야 한다. 이와 더불어, 현재 인구센서스에서 표본조사를 통해 부가적으로 생산하는 경제활동통계를 생산하기 위해서는 개인이 속한 사업체를 파악할 수 있도록 모든 사업체가 등록되어
