The project of Education information is promoted to maximize the efficiency of Teaching-Learning at schools. So Ministry of Education & Human Resources Development develops and spreads the Computer Assisted Instruction(CAI) and outstanding Educational Software to help learners who can utilize this software and make learning environment to form their own recognition. As the number of this software is increased, the necessity of management of Educational Software is required. This study divides Educational Software into three kinds, teaching-learning software, business management software, and system management software, and suggests how to use these softwares effectively according to this division. After the users log into the system through joining members, they are divided into manager module, teachers module, and students module. The manager manages all software like registration, revision, reference of date and so on. The teacher accesses properly. The student accesses teaching-learning software and prepares and reviews his lessons at any time.

In this study, a practical model for health information management education using the EMR education system at universities for nurturing health care information managers was studied. Currently, there is no practical training course for health care information management in the standards for evaluation and certification of health care information management education introduced to strengthen the job competency of health care information managers. Accordingly, the program was constructed so that the practice program suggested as an educational environment in the Health and Medical Information Management Education Evaluation and Certification Manual can be practiced in the EMR education system. In addition, a practical model that can be performed according to the on-site practice guidelines for health and medical information management for each program was studied. Using the health care information management education EMR system, master data management, patient registration, doctor prescription, medical cost calculation, health insurance claim management, form management, discharge registration, cancer registration, unrecorded management, health care data management, health care statistics, A practice model was studied so that practice on information protection/security management can be performed. It will be possible to play a role as a health care information management expert by raising the quality level of health care information management education through systematic and standardized health care information management practice courses at universities. Accordingly, it is necessary to cultivate health care information management experts who develop and manage medical services based on medical data analysis through practical training of health care information managers.

특허청에서 수행한 특허관리 실태조사에 의하면 기초적 특허관리의 출발점인 발명신고의 형식적인 운영, 전략적 특허관리의 출발점인 출원 전 심사, 보유 특허의 유지/포기 심사 등, 체계적인 심사평가의 운영체계 미비, 효율적 특허관리를 위한 직무발명 및 보상규정, 특허관리규정(발명신고, 출원, 선행기술조사, 등록, 유지 및 포기 등)과 이와 관련된 양식의 미비 등이 문제점으로 보고되고 있다. 따라서, 기업과 기관의 특허관리의 질적 제고를 위해서는 특허 등 지식재산의 효율적이고 전략적인 관리를 위해 특허관리 인력들이 쉽게 접근하고 활용할 수 있는 시스템의 보급이 필요하다. 특히, 효율적인 특허관리를 위해 기초가 되는 관련 규정, 양식 및 그 활용법, 효과적인 특허관리에 대한 업무 프로세스 등에 관한 통합관리 시스템 및 보급이 선행되어야 할 것이다.

대칭형 암호 알고리즘의 단점을 보안하기 생겨난 비대칭 암호 알고리즘의 대표적인 알고리즘이 RSA 알고리즘이다. 본 논문에서는 RSA 알고리즘의 공개키와 비밀키를 사용자가 생성하고 Web을 통해 등록할 수 있는 키 관리 시스템을 구현하고, 이를 이용하여 사용자 인증, 암호화, 복호화 하는 과정을 보인다.

Animal authentication, where an animal is identified as the preregistered specific one or not, is exploited various fields such as animal hospital, animal shop, animal shelter, and animal insurance. Nose-print is widely exploited to identify animal as fingerprint is exploited to identify human. This paper introduces an animal administration system, where it performs animal registration and authentication through nose-print recognition and it connects various clients through blockchain network.

EPCglobal은 기업 간의 물류 활동 촉진과 글로벌 유통물류 시스템 구축을 위하여 EPCglobal Architecture Framework을 제시 하였다. EPCglobal Architecture Framework의 한 구성요소인 EPCIS(Electronic Product Code Information Services)는 EPC 기반 물류 관련 정보에 대한 저장 및 검색 서비스를 제공한다. EPCIS는 단발성 질의(poll)와 연속 질의(subscribe) 검색 서비스를 제공한다. EPCIS의 연속 질의는 시스템 자동화 및 재고 관리, 공급망 관리를 위해 다양한 응용에서 활용이 가능하다. 일반적으로 연속 질의의 성능을 향상시키기 위해서는 질의 색인을 사용한다. 그러나 EPCIS는 13차원의 도메인과 모든 데이터 필드가 필수 조건이 아니라는 것으로 인해, 차원의 저주 및 무한 영역 질의 문제를 발생 시킨다. 본 논문에서는 EPCIS의 물류 데이터의 연속 질의 처리를 위한 다차원 색인 기법을 제안한다. 13차원의 도메인을 여러 개의 질의 색인으로 구성하고, 등록된 질의 및 입력되는 데이터에 의해 변경되는 동적 질의 실행 계획을 제안함으로써, 차원의 저주와 무한 영역 질의의 문제를 해결하고, EPCIS에서 다수의 연속 질의 등록 시 효율적으로 처리가 가능하도록 한다.

Because attaching tag to lastingness documental that use RFID in this treatise, register and manage documental, and chase hysteresis, and design upkeep, present condition analysis of lastingness documental to search, S/W, H/W, network layout, Ubiquitous RFID lastingness recording administration system. Construct lastingness recording administration system after a performance experiment and a chase experiment that is applied in spot that attach 900MHz important duty's RFID tag. After construction practice, create link sex with connection system, security analysis and Forensic data and analyze improvement effect. Is going to contribute Ubiquitous information technology application and Forensic technology development in country documental administration through. research of this treatise.

Today, a variety of systems have been developed to protect women and children. However, crime rates are still rising in the Green Zone. So we need the system to protect it. In this paper, we propose a system that sends messages in real time to the Green Zone administrator when a registered offender access to the Green Zone area. The existing system is a passive data transmission through monitoring. But the proposed system when access to the Green Zone set, detects a GPS-based. Accordingly, It is expected to be able protection through to monitor in real time and manage for women and children from criminals.

인터넷에 산재한 id와 개인정보들은 적절한 관리와 보호를 필요로 한다. 인터넷 ID 관리 서비스는 가입자의 id와 개인정보를 관리해 주는 서비스이다. 가입자는 인터넷 ID 관리 서비스에 가입해 id와 개인정보를 등록하면, 이 id로 한번의 로그인 만으로 모든 가맹 웹사이트를 이용할 수 있고, 개인정보의 활용에 대한 통제도 할 수 있다. 인터넷 ID 관리 서비스가 도입되면 인터넷 이용이 편리해지고 id 도용을 크게 줄이며, 개인정보 보호를 강화할 수 있다. 해외에서도 ID 관리 분야에 대한 기술 개발과 표준화, 실환경 도입이 활발히 진행되고 있다. ETRI에서는 Liberty 규격을 준용한 인터넷 ID 관리 서비스 시스템을 개발 중에 있다.

The Basic Semantic Register(BSR) is and official ISO register designed for interoperability among eBusiness and EDI systems. The entities registered in the current BSR are not defined in a machine-understandable way, which renders automatic extraction of structural and relationship information from the register impossible. The purpose of this study is to offer a framework for designing an ontology that can provide semantic interoperability among BSR-based systems by defining data structures and relationships with RDF and OWL, similar meaning by the 'equivalentClass' construct in OWL, the hierachical relationships among classes by the 'subClassOf' construct in RDF schema, definition of any entities in BSR by the 'label' construct in RDF schema, specification of usage guidelines by the 'comment' construct in RDF schema, assignment of classes to BSU's by the 'domain' construct in RDF schema, specification of data types of BSU's by the 'range' construct in RDF schema. Hierarchical relationships among properties in BSR can be expressed using the 'subPropertyOf' in RDF schema. Progress in semantic interoperability can be expected among BSR-based systems through applications of semantic web technology suggested in this study.
