Ethanol-based dry shampoo may provide an important and valuable resource in convenience for patients and busy people due to the unnecessity of water to wash out. In this research, ethanol-based dry shampoo was prepared by simple mixing of specific detergent materials and different contents of ethanol. Cytotoxicity was examined by the MTT assay to determine less-irritative materials of detergent and shampoo. Patch test on skin was performed to figure out the degree of skin irritation and also antimicrobial effect was examined by the eradication of bacteria. As a result, it was confirmed that ethanol-based dry shampoo had non-cytotoxicity as well as an antibiotic effect. Therefore, ethanol-based dry shampoo will be able to provide esthetic and hygienic hair treatment purposes with cleanliness and convenience.

In this study, the survey targeting 180 in-service hair dressers from beauty salons located in Seoul was carried out in order to determine the connection between the practical tasks(scalp, shampoo, cut, blow dry, roll setting, blow dry, coloring) of national hairdresser licensing examination and the practical field. The utilization level of 7 practical subjects tasks was average except for hair coloring which showed a high support of spread and spread-skill tasks. Also, the utilization level of two subjects including haircut and coloring gave a positive influence on the practical skill (p<0.05). Therefore, practical application of haircut which is one of the most important subjects for in-service hair dressers and high quality education for customer satisfaction are necessary and it is necessary to check other subjects which have no influence on the practical field again.

As the importance of national technical qualifications for hairdressers to verify qualifications and skills as a professional is increasing, it is time to improve achievement motivation and job attitudes through research on job attitudes perceived by hair designers toward hair practical tasks. As a result of studying the effect on the job attitude of a hairstylist working in a hair salon, it was found that blow-drying induced the hairstylist's job efficacy among the practical tasks for the hairdresser's hair national technology certification, and scalp scaling and shampoo were the job of the hairstylist. was found to induce satisfaction. Based on the research results, it is possible to present a variety of practical certification tasks with practicality that can be usefully applied to customers in various techniques in the beauty industry, rather than unrealistic practical techniques limited only to wigs. We want to induce improvement. In addition, I believe that this study will provide basic data for the development of various practical tasks to improve the achievement motivation of hair designers.
