The basic principle and characteristics of a DTG(dynamically tuned gyroscope) are presented in this paper, which is used for the detection of disturbance and for the stabilization of gimbal. An accurate model of the rate mode DTG is proposed. This model has a resonance characteristics which is more similar to the characteristics of practical systems than the conventional 2nd order system model. Therefore, this model is applicable to the general rate mode gyroscope. Some problems at using DTG for a real electro optical tracking system are discussed and a solution is described.

A self-tuning control scheme, incorporated with the simplified 1st-order ARMAX(Auto-Regressive Moving Average eXogenous) model, for single rod hydraulic cylinder which has varying dynamic characteristics is presented here. An adaptive controller is developed for the system that uses feedforward and optimal feedback control for simultaneous parameter identification and tracking control. Through experimental results, the performance comparison of the self-tuning controller with a fixed gain proportional controller clearly shows its superior ability in handling load changes in quiescent states.

An iterative tuning technique is derived for PID controllers which are widely used in industries. The tuning algorithm is based upon a fuzzy indirect reasoning method and an iterative technique. The PID gains for the first tuning action are determined by a method which is modified from the Ziegler-Nichols step response method. The first PID gains are determined to obtain a control performance so close to a design performance that the following tuning process can be made effectively. The design paramaters are given as time-domain variables which human is familiar with. The results of simulation studies show that the proposed tuning method can produce an effective tuning for arbitrary design performances.

본 논문은 비선형적인 파라미터 특성을 갖는 Switched Reluctance Motor(SRM)의 강인제어를 위한 보다 정확하고 안정적인 전류제어 방법에 대해 설명한다. 기존의 전류제어 방법에는 이득설정이 간편한 PI 제어기를 이용한 방법이 주로 사용되어왔다. 본 논문에서는 자기동조 퍼지 제어기를 이용한 방법과 Dead-Beat 제어기를 이용한 방법을 통하여 파라미터의 변화에도 안정적인 전류제어가 가능한 것을 보였고 PI 전류 제어기와 자기동조 퍼지 전류 제어기, 그리고 Dead-Beat 전류 제어기를 각각 적용한 전류제어 SRM 드라이브의 Matlab/Simulink 시뮬레이션 결과를 통하여 제어성능을 비교분석하였다.

This paper has proposed a self-tuning controller for tracking reference trajectory by measuring End-point of arm on robot manipulator whose link is light and flexibls, and proved the perforformance of the algorithm proposed through the computer simulation. As an object of control, a flexible robot manipulator with two-links was selected. As for structure of model, it utilized an assume mode shape method with include travity force and derived a dynaics equation by adapting two kinds of vibration mode of each.

본 논문은 경제적인 위기에 기인한 세계 주식시장의 동조화 현상에 대하여 1993년 말에 발생한 멕시코 외환 위기를 전후(前後)로 북미 대륙의 주식시장과 뉴욕 증시에서 거래되는 중남미 국가펀드 가격들의 동반 움직임(Co-movements)현상을 예(例)로 들어 분석해 보았다. 본 논문은 이전의 실증 연구들과 몇 가지 점에서 일치되는 점을 발견하였다. 첫째, 미국 시장에서 거래되는 중남미 국가펀드의 가격들은 페소위기 이후 더욱 동반 움직임 현상을 나타내었다. 둘째, 중남미 국가펀드는 그들이 거래되는 미국 시장의 움직임에 상당한 영향을 받고 있다. 셋째, 페소위기 이후 북미 대륙의 주식시장간 또는 중남미 국가펀드간의 움직임에 있어서 상관관계가 증가하였다. 결과적으로 자본 이동의 자유화에 따른 자본시장의 점진적인 통합은 국진적으로 발생한 경제 위기를 빠른 시간에 비슷한 위험 요소에 노출되어 있는 다른 지역으로 파급시킨다는 사실이 다시 한 번 입증되었다.

This paper presents a new approach to the design of self-tuning adaptive control system that is robust to the changing dynamic configuration as well as to the load variation factors using Digital signal processors for robot manipulators. TMS320C50 is used in implementing real-time adaptive control algorithms to provide advanced performance for robot manipulator, In this paper, an adaptive control scheme is proposed in order to design the pole-placement self-tuning controller which can reject the offset due to any load disturbance without a detailed description of robot dynamics. Parameters of discrete-time difference model are estimated by the recursive least-square identification algorithm, and controller parameters we determined by the pole-placement method. Performance of self-tuning adaptive controller is illusrated by the simulation and experiment for a SCARA robot.

The purpose of this study was to identify the impact of personal values on fashion orientation. As personal values, this study adopted materialism and consumer conformity. Data were gathered by surveying university students living in Seoul metropolitan area using convenient sampling, and 325 questionnaires were used in the statistical analysis. In analyzing data, confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis were conducted using structural equation modeling. Confirmatory factor analysis revealed that fashion orientation has three factors such as fashion leadership, fashion interest, and importance of being well dressed. Path analysis showed that centrality factor of materialism spurred all three factors of fashion orientation and that happiness factor of materialism gave rise to importance of being well dressed of fashion orientation. Informational conformity also significantly increased all three factors of fashion orientation.

한국증권시장을 포함한 대부분의 지역증권시장이 미국 뉴욕증권시장의 움직임에 반응하거나 동조현상을 보인다는 사실은 이미 경험적으로 혹은 통계적으로 널리 수용되고 있다. 본 연구는 그러한 반응에 비선형성이 존재하는가를 일별 주가수익률을 데이터로 활용하여 우선적으로 검정한다. 그러한 검정결과에 입각하여 비선형성을 내재화시킨 계량분석모형이 주가수익률을 설명하고 예측하는데 도움을 줄 수 있는가를 확인한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 비선형성에 관련된 정보를 유도하기 위하여 평활전이(자기)회귀분석모형(STR)을 이용한다. STR모형은 국면전환을 야기하는 전이변수를 명시적으로 확인할 수 있고 다양한 국면전환형태를 모형에 수용할 수 있는 장점을 가지고 있다. KOSPI수익률의 비선형성에 대한 검정결과는 귀무가설인 선형성이 기각되는 것으로 나타났으며, 그러한 비선형성의 형태는 미국증권시장이 하강기에 처한 경우에 상승기에 처한 상태보다 민감한 동조현상을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 추정된 STR모형이 주가의 변동을 설명하거나 예측하는데 여타의 모형보다 나은 능력을 가지는가에 대해서는 긍정적인 결과를 얻지 못하였다.

본 연구에서는 프랑스, 영국, 핀란드 등 유럽을 대표하는 몇몇 국가와 미국, 일본, 호주 등 주요국을 대상으로 $800{\sim}900MHz$ 대역의 이용현황 및 활용사례를 살펴보았다. 특히, 저대역 주파수에서 상업적 가치가 높은 이동통신용 주파수의 이용현황 및 전개방향을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 그 결과 전세계적으로 이동전화서비스의 성장 및 신규서비스의 도입으로 주파수 수요가 급증함에 따라 주파수 부족현상이 심화되고 있고, 이에 따라 효율적인 주파수 사용을 위해 국가별로 회수 재배치가 중요한 이슈로 부각되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구에서는 동조화가 높은 저대역 주파수에 대한 해외 주요국의 이용동향을 살펴봄으로써 향후 부족한 전파자원에 대한 유용한 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. IMT-2000 주파수의 동조화는 800MHz와 900MHz 대역을 중심으로 이루어지는데 해외의 저대역 주파수에 대한 이용선례는 향후 통신사업자들의 사업방향에 중요한 지표가 될 것으로 기대된다. 이러한 연구는 전파정책을 추진하는 당국과 사업자에게 정책결정을 하는 데 유용한 정보를 제공할 것이라 기대된다.
