인터넷 상점에서의 동적인 고객 분석에 따른 마케팅 전략

  • 전통적인 고객관계관리 연구는 특정 시점에서 고객관계관리에 중점을 두어 연구되었다. 정적인 고객관계관리와 고객 행동에 관한 지식은 마케팅 관리자가 제한된 마케팅 자원을 이익의 극대화를 위해 사용할 수 있게 해주었다. 그러나 시간이 경과하게 되면 이러한 정적인 지식은 쓸모가 없어지게 된다. 그러므로 고객관계관리는 고객의 동적 특성을 반영해야 한다. 과거 고객의 구매 행위를 관찰하여 현재 또는 미래 시장의 고객을 세분화하여 구분된 고객 군집에 대해 서로 다른 마케팅 전략을 사용할 수 있다. 고객의 구매행동을 근간으로 한 고객관계관리는 수십 년 전부터 연구되어왔지만 동적인 고객관계관리에 대한 연구는 최근에 들어 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 본 논문은 인터넷 상점의 고객 데이터로부터 추출된 지식과 시간 경과에 따른 고객 행동 패턴의 분석을 위해 데이터마이닝과 모니터링 에이전트 시스템(MAS)을 이용하며, 이를 통해 동적인 고객관계관리 모델을 제시한다. 이 모델은 고객 이력 경로에 대한 예측과 고객에게 나타나는 집단 이력경로의, 분석, 그리고 시간 경과에 따른 고객 군집의 변화에 대한 분석, 그에 따른 마케팅 전략 도출을 포함한다. 이 모델의 제안은 많은 온라인 소매상이 직면할 수 있는 경영상의 문제를 해결하는데 유용할 것이다.

A Dynamic Approach to Extract the Original Semantics and Structure of VM-based Obfuscated Binary Executables (가상 머신 기반으로 난독화된 실행파일의 구조 및 원본의미 추출 동적 방법)

  • In recent years, the obfuscation techniques are commonly exploited to protect malwares, so obfuscated malwares have become a big threat. Especially, it is extremely hard to analyze virtualization-obfuscated malwares based on unusual virtual machines, because the original program is hidden by the virtual machine as well as its semantics is mixed with the semantics of the virtual machine. To confront this threat, we suggest a framework to analyze virtualization-obfuscated programs based on the dynamic analysis. First, we extract the dynamic execution trace of the virtualization-obfuscated executables. Second, we analyze the traces by translating machine instruction sequences into the intermediate representation and extract the virtual machine architecture by constructing dynamic context flow graphs. Finally, we extract abstract semantics of the original program using the extracted virtual machine architecture. In this paper, we propose a method to extract the information of the original program from a virtualization-obfuscated program by some commercial obfuscation tools. We expect that our tool can be used to understand virtualization-obfuscated programs and integrate other program analysis techniques so that it can be applied to analysis of the semantics of original programs using the abstract semantics.

용량제약하의 단일제품 동적생산계획에 있어서의 가동준비절감효과에 관한 연구

  • 본 연구에서는 생산능력제약이 주어지는 경우에 있어서 가동준비시간의 절감효과 분석을 위한 모형을 수립하고 이 모형을 이용하여 여러가지 분석을 하고 마지막으로 알고리즘을 제시하였다. 특히 동적수요를 가정함으로써 기존의 EOQ모형연구에서 분석할 수 없었던 분석이 가능하였고, 수요가 변동하는 상황이라 하더도 생산능력제약이 없는 경우의 결과가 나올 수 있음을 보였다.

  • The study has purposed in evaluating experiences for achievable accuracy and precision of time series at 3-D coordinates. It has been estimated from the kinematic medium-range baseline processing of Continuously Operating Reference Stations (CORS) for the potential application of crustal displacement analysis during an earthquake event. To derive the absolute coordinates of local CORS, it is highly recommended to include some of oversea country references, since it should be compromised of an observation network of the medium-range baselines within the length range from tens of kilometers to about 1,000 kilometers. A data processing procedure has reflected the dynamics of target stations as the parameter estimation stages, which have been applied to a series of experimental analysis in this research at the end. From the analysis of results, we could be concluded in that the subcentimeters-level of positioning accuracy and precision can be achievable. Furthermore, the paper summarizes impacts of satellite ephemeris, data lengths and levels of initial coordinate constraint into the positioning performance.

  • A purpose of this study is to learn about the impact on organizational effectiveness by analyzing the relationship between entrepreneurship and dynamic capabilities. Investigation was based on the theory of dynamic capabilities of Teece (2002), and established a research model to study the details accordingly. The research hypothesis is as follows. First, entrepreneurship will have a significant impact on dynamic capability. Second, dynamic capabilities will have a significant impact on organizational effectiveness. Survey was conducted for employees in IT ventures, which was used to analyze 412 additional. The results are as follows. Has had a significant impact on organizational effectiveness is the relationship between entrepreneurship and dynamic capabilities. In particular, this shows that a high impact on the organizational effectiveness of the organization's dynamic capabilities are assimilation exploitation capabilities, not the absorptive transformation capability of dynamic capabilities. CEO should actively consider whether the employees of the organization are developing the assimilation exploitation capabilities to make an impact on their organization's effectiveness.

  • Dynamic rock property is one of most important parameters in design of earthquake-resistant structures. In this study, free-free resonant column test has been conducted to obtain dynamic Young's modulus, dynamic shear modulus, and damping ratio among dynamic properties with granite specimen of Chungnam Yeongi area. The dynamic properties obtained from this test were compared with the physical properties from static rock tests, and their relationship has been analyzed. From our study, it has been concluded that the dynamic Young's modulus and the dynamic shear modulus are linearly proportional to the elastic wave velocity. And also the damping ratio has been identified to be in non-linear inverse proportion to the elastic wave velocity.

Study on Bridge Dynamic Responses under Vehicle Loads (차량하중에 의한 교량의 동적응답특성 분석)

  • The dynamic responses of highway bridges are varying depending on the features of either traveling vehicles or bridges. In this study, the probabilistic characteristics of dynamic amplification factors of highway bridges due to traveling heavy vehicles have been examined through analytical simulation processes. The truck with tandem axle and tractor with semitrailer are selected as the representative heavy vehicles, which are modeled with three dimensional 7-DOF and 12-DOF models, respectively. The analytical results have been compared with the experimental results of dynamic loading tests and the validity of the analytical models has been examined. Parametric studies on the means and extreme values of amplification factors have been performed with various traffic conditions such as vehicle types, vehicle weights, surface profiles, number of loading vehicles, loading positions, etc.

  • 자동수문이란 설정된 관리수위 이하에서는 수문이 개방되지 않고, 유량이 증가하여 관리수위 이상이 되면 수문이 개방되어 관리수위까지 방류하게 되면 다시 수문이 닫히게 되어 자동으로 관리수위를 유지한다는 것을 의미한다. 이러한 연직 자동수문의 방류특성이 수동식 연직수문과 다른 점은 유량에 따라서 수문 개방고의 증감과 수문개폐가 자동으로 이루어진다는 것이다. 따라서 자동수문의 운영 중 수문개방고의 거동과 자동개폐 시점을 예측하는 것은 정밀한 수문설계를 위해 매우 중요하다. 수문 개방 시 흐름이 정지되어있다고 가정하면, 정수압 상태의 부력이론에 의한 부력수문의 개방고는 어렵지 않게 계산할 수 있다. 그러나, 흐름이 정지되어 있다가 수문의 하단으로 방류가 시작되면 수문 선단을 포함한 주변에 압력 차이로 인해 동수압 하중이 발생하게 되어 수문에 진동을 유발하고, 수문개방을 억제하는 힘이 발생하여 수문 운영에 큰 영향을 미친다. 본 연구에서는 부력식 수문의 모형실험을 통하여 정수압 상태의 부력이론에 의한 수문 개방율과 측정에 의한 수문 개방율을 비교하였으며, 압력계수를 이용하여 이론과 측정 수문 개방고의 차이는 동적하중에 의한 효과임을 확인하였다. 모형실험에서 측정된 자료와 수치모형 ANSYS - Fluent의 사용성을 검증하였고, 부력식 수문의 형상에 따른 동적하중을 분석하였다. 수문 형상비는 0.24~1.09로 설정하였고, 분석결과 부력식 수문은 수문 개방율이 커짐에 따라 압력계수는 감소하는 경향을 보였으며, 동적하중은 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 또한, 부력식 수문의 형상비에 따라서는 형상비가 증가함에 따라 동적하중이 감소하는 관계를 확인하였다.

Macroscopic-Microscopic Sequential Traffic Simulation Analysis and Dynamic O/D Estimation for Sub-area (거시-미시 순차적 교통시뮬레이션 방법과 부분상세지구의 동적 O/D추정)

  • The study suggested a method to improve analysis accuracy such that the interactive effects of transportation changes between outside and inside of sub-areas were sequentially considered in the analysis by linking a macroscopic network analysis and a microscopic traffic simulation. A dynamic O/D estimation method was developed for practical implement of sub-area microscopic simulation analysis by using the results of macroscopic network analysis, the results of selected link analysis at the cordon line of the sub-area, departure time data of household travel survey, timely observed traffic volume data at the cordon. This estimated dynamic O/D for the sub-area made it possible to analyze traffic phenomena in details. Various detailed phenomena such as traffic queues, delay at intersection, and conflicts between vehicles, which is impossible to be grasped through a macroscopic analysis, can be analyzed with the dynamic microscopic traffic analysis. Through implementing an empirical study and validation, the study provided a reference result about accuracy of a microscopic traffic simulation of a sub-area to help its application for real transportation policy analysis.

  • The goal of this paper is to develop freeway Origin-Destination (OD) demand estimation model using real-time traffic data collected from Freeway Traffic Management System (FTMS). In existing research, the micro-simulation models had been used to get a link distribution proportion by time process. Because of hi-level problem between the traffic flow model and the optimal OD solution algorithm, it is difficult for the existing models to be loaded at FTMS. The formulation of methodology proposed in this paper includes traffic flow technique to be able to remove the bi-level problem and optimal solution algorithm using a genetic algorithm. The proposed methodology is evaluated by using the real-time data of SOHAEAN freeway, South Korea.
