본 연구는 진동반응측정을 통해 구조물의 손상을 비파괴적으로 예측하는 분야에 속한다. 건물, 교량, 댐, 해양자켓, 원자력 발전소 등의 구조물에서 시기적절하고 정확한 손상의 발견은 치명적인 구조적 결함의 예방을 위해 필수적이다. 구조물의 진동반응을 측정하여 구조물의 손상발견을 예측하려는 연구는 지난 80년대 이후 활발히 수행되어 오고 있으며, 본연구는 구조물 고유진동수의 변화로 부터 구조물 강성도의 변화를 모니터링하는 연구분야에 속한다. 본 연구의 목적은 현존하는 시스템동일화 (system identification)에 의한 손상발견법의 적합성을 검증하는 것이다. 먼저, 실물실험된 삼차원 트러스교량이 선택되었다. 다음으로, 시스템 동일화 개념에 기초한 손상발견법이 요약되었다. 마지막으로, 시스템 동일화 손상발견법을 실물트러스에 적용하여 적합성을 실험하였다.

This study attempts to investigate the influence of the parental reality show viewing on both the marriage expectation and family value. More specifically, this study investigate the effect of the parental reality show() viewing on marriage expectation(romance and partner expectation), fair parental role model value, and parental nursing efficacy. Indeed, the mediation effects of wishful identification were examined. For this purpose, this study surveyed 407 college students from three different areas. The results showed that the viewing had significant influence on both romance and partner expectation directly as well as indirectly through wishful identification. For the family value, the viewing did not directly influenced on the fair parental role model value, however, it had indirect effects through wishful identification. Meanwhile, viewing had only the direct effect on the parental nursing efficacy.

Recently, the travel and lodging industries have been suffering from the spread of COVID-19. But Airbnb recovered its profits with a differentiated strategy. This study identified the characteristics of Airbnb and examined their effects on customer's revisit intention in the Airbnb context. Perceived value, trust about Airbnb, and social norms were considered as the key factors of revisit intention. In addition, the effects of relative attractiveness, brand identification, and enjoyment on perceived value and trust about Airbnb were examined. The proposed research model was tested based on 285 consumers who had Airbnb experience more than twice. The analysis results showed that relative attractiveness, brand identification, and enjoyment had a significant influence on perceived value and trust. Perceived value had a significant influence on revisit intention. However, trust about Airbnb and social norms did not significantly affect revisit intention. Moreover, ths analysis results found no significant moderating effect of share of wallet. Based on the results of this study, Airbnb would establish effective marketing and operation strategies by understanding the formation mechanism of consumer's revisit intention toward Airbnb.

A Direct Drive Valve(DDV) hydraulic actuation system which is commonly used as an aircraft's control surface driving actuator has multi-loop control structure to ensure its safety operation. However, because of not perfect matching of one self channel characteristics with the others, the servo valve driving current of each channel can be widely different. Therefore, the long-time use of DDV actuator without any correction of these channel current offsets will cause the problem of performance or life expectancy degradation due to unwanted heats in the linear motor. A current equalization loop structure which can minimizes current offsets between channels is introduced and designed. The performance of the current equalization loop is investigated and verified through the analytic and experimental ways.

The purpose of this study is to inquire into the effect of characteristics of public enterprise CEOs' leadership (transforming leadership and transactional leadership) on the leader trust and organizational effectiveness of organizational members. A survey was made on 1,124 persons being in the service of 14 marketable and quasimarketable public enterprises. The results of this study were as follows. First, it showed that the individualized consideration had an effect on the confidence level of leader. Second, it showed that the transforming and transactional leaderships had an effect on the organizational effectiveness, which the hypothesis was adopted. Third, it showed that calculable, intellectual and identical factors had a positive effect on the job satisfaction and organizational commitment, but the organizational commitment of calculable variable was rejected in the confidence level. In general, the effect of transforming and transactional leaderships as public enterprise CEOs' leadership characteristics on the organizational effectiveness by mutual confidence level of calculable, intellectual and identical standards showed that the organizational commitment was rejected in the base of identification. And other factors were adopted as a positive mechanism, which they were a mechanism suitable to public enterprise CEOs' leadership characteristics.

Adorno's most important criticism in popular movement is the identity of revolutionary leaders and followers. The identification process has three characteristics. The first characteristic is to create a sense of solidarity within the group by creating an image more real than the antagonist and ensuring the distinction between the enemy and the comrades. Individual entities that resist the mass created by the sense of solidarity disappear, and only the subject identified with the group exists. The second characteristic is to present an optimistic utopia, which makes the public believe that salvation comes from transcendent values. This mass movement also leads to criticism of other groups or people who are deemed off-limits to their own solidarity. The third characteristic is that the public, whose individual subject disappears through the narcissism-based public hypnotic state, is identified with the conductors, and forces other subjects to hypnotize themselves. The purpose of this paper is to examine how Adorno criticizes the fascist violence of mass movements and analyze what this suggests about the task of mass movements.

Das Ziel dieser Abhandlung ist die Unterscheidung zwischen der kognitiven und ontischen Ununterscheidbarkeit. Jene zeigt sich als die Ununterscheidbarkeit, die aus dem Fehler des Identifizierens erfolgt. Diese besteht in der $Selbstidentit{\ddot{a}}t$ jedes individuellen Seienden. Um der Untersuchung der zwei Arten der Ununterscheidbarkeit willen soll die $Identit{\ddot{a}}t$ als Begrifflichkeit von dem Identifizieren als der subjektiven $T{\ddot{a}}tigkeit$ unterschieden werden. $W{\ddot{a}}hrend$ das kognitiv Ununterscheidbare nicht immer das Identische sein kann, ist das ontisch Ununterscheidbare notwendig das Identische. Durch diese Unterscheidung zwischen den beiden Konzeptionen der Ununterscheidbarkeit kann der Sinn des Leibniz'schen Satzes der $Identit{\ddot{a}}t$ des Ununterscheidbaren (principium identitatisindiscernibilium) deutlicher erhellt werden, indem diese Unterscheidung die kritische $Verst{\ddot{a}}rkung$ seines Satzes impliziert. Die Denkbarkeit der Duplikate, die intrinsisch $v{\ddot{o}}llig$ identisch qualifiziert sind, gilt als der bedeutsamste Einwand gegen seinen Satz der $Identit{\ddot{a}}t$. Aber der $Identit{\ddot{a}}tssatz$ - principium identitatis indiscernibilium - ist noch $g{\ddot{u}}ltig$, weil diese Duplikate letztendlich mittels der raumzeitlichen Relationsbeschaffenheit unterscheidbar sind. Hierdurch wird die grundlegende bzw. unentbehrliche Funktion der $Subjektivit{\ddot{a}}t$, die die raumzeitliche Relationsbeschaffenheit $erm{\ddot{o}}glicht$, $erl{\ddot{a}}utert$. $Daf{\ddot{u}}r$ wird Hegels $Erkl{\ddot{a}}rung$ vom $Identit{\ddot{a}}tsbegriff$ und Leibniz bearbeitet.

XML instances for purpose of information exchange are normally stored in the legacy relational database. Therefore, integrations with relational database are required for effective XML applications. To support these requirements, virtual decomposition storage or decomposition storage methods which save separates structures of instances to relational database have researched. However, these storage methods contain different information of schema structure and layers which has caused difficulties to process query during search operation as well as increased overheads due to duplicate savings for separate storages. Therefore, in this research, additional field of 'Eltype' has introduced to previous database schema structure to instance and schema structure, provide consistent level information and propose storage structure to map each field to schema field of relational database. As results, XML instance and structures can be stored together to minimize overheads and required storage-space. Also, synchronized storage layer structure provides easier processing of search query.

This study is an example of a class of bibliotherapy through Lee Chung-joon's novel Snowy Road. Bibliotherapy proceeds through the process of identification, catharsis, expression, insight, and application through reading. Through research, students objectively examine the situation of the character in the novel and compare it with their own situation. Students evaluate the situation of the character in the novel, experience the various life positions of the character in the novel by answering "What would you do if I were a character in the novel," and express their willingness to live differently from their lives. At the same time, I look into my relationship with my parents and seriously think about whether there is a problem and how to solve it if there is one. Through this process, students specifically suggest ways to think about and solve their emotions and problems. In the end, students' hurt feelings can be partially or sufficiently healed through reading. Through this study, it is expected that the method of bibliotherapy will be more concrete and develop in a positive direction.
