Even if the video data is utilized for a lot of field, its very difficult to reuse and search easily because of its atypical(unfixed form) and complicated structure. In this study, we presented the video retrieval system which is based on the synchronized closed caption and video, SMIL and SAMI languages which are described to structured and systematic form like multimedia data These have next structure; At first, a key word is inputted by user, then time stamp would be sampling from the string which has a key word in the caption file. To the result, the screen shows an appropriate video frame.

모바일 단말 기반 동영상 서비스 기술에 관한 연구는 현재 활발히 수행되고 있으며, 유선 인터넷 기반에서 상용화가 가능한 기술 분야까지도 모바일 단말의 성능과 무선 네트워크 플랫폼의 빠른 발전에 힘입어 모바일에 응용하고자하는 시도 또한 계속되고 있다. 현재 모바일 단말 기반 영상서비스와 관련된 기술은 하드웨어적으로 구현하여 운영되고 있다. 그러나 하드웨어 기반으로 구현되어 서비스되고 있는 현재의 서비스 형태는 새로운 동영상 코덱 알고리즘과 동영상 데이터 통신에 대한 여러 제어 구조 변화에 대하여 탄력적으로 대응할 수 없다는 단점을 지니고 있다. 따라서 하드웨어적으로 구현된 영상서비스 기술을 소프트웨어적으로 처리하기 위한 디코더 개발은 필수적이라고 볼 수 있다. 이러한 소프트웨어 디코더의 개발을 통하여 새로운 동영상 미디어 플레이어 개발과 동영상 데이터 전송 방법 및 트래픽 제어 등과 같은 부가적인 기술의 변화에 즉각적 대응이 가능하다. 또한 추가적인 하드웨어 칩의 내장에 따른 모바일 단말기의 제조 원가절감과 모바일 단말기 재사용을 통한 자원 절감에 많은 기여가 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 WIPI 플랫폼을 기반으로 컴포넌트 기반 설계를 이용한 H.264 동영상 소프트웨어 디코더를 설계한다.

In this thesis, first, we propose I-frame encryption techniques of video data for video data itself encryption and propose license agent that processing user's certification and decryption in client system automatically when user execute encrypted video data in system server. License agent runs user's certification, encryption and decryption of video data based on PID(Public Key Infrastructure) using shared key-pool when execute of video data. Also, compose duplex buffer control and propose real time decryption method using efficient buffer scheduling to reduce much playing delay times that happen processing decryption when execute of videoa data of high-capacity.

With the rapid progression of the Internet and smartphones, YouTube has grown significantly as a social media sharing site and has become popular all around the world. As users share videos through YouTube, social data are created and users look for video recommendations related to their interests. In this paper, we extract users' social category based on their social relationship and social category classification list using YouTube data. We propose the YouTube recommendation algorithm using the extracted users' social category for more accurate and meaningful recommendations. We show experiment results of its validation.

TFT LCD 생산 공정에 사용되는 정밀측정/검사/생산장비가 위치하는 바닥의 진동문제는 크게 장비자체의 가동에 의한 것과 장비외부의 가진원에 의해서 정밀장비의 바닥에 진동이 발생하게 된다. 이러한 진동문제는 건물을 설계 시공하는 건축자의 입장에서는 장비 가동전 건물 인수시 진동문제에 관심이 있으나 장비를 운영하는 사용자의 입장에서는 장비 가동전의 진동문제와 더불어 장비 가동시 장비내부의 진동원에 대해서도 진동대책을 요구하게 된다. 따라서 양자의 진동문제 해결을 위해서는 정밀장비 주변의 진동원에 대한 동하중 설계자료와 함께 장비 가동시 바닥에 진동을 발생시키는 진동원인 장비에 대해서 동하중을 파악하여야 한다. 장비기초의 단위하중에 대한 진동응답을 표현하는 주파수 전달함수는 이러한 동하중과 바닥의 진동허용규제치를 동시에 표현하는 요소로 기존의 정밀장비가 요구하는 장비바닥의 진동허용규제치와 함께 동하중을 유발하는 장비기초에서는 반드시 구조물의 동강성 허용규제치를 이용한 구조물의 동적설계가 요구된다.

Panoramic image creation has been extensively studied. Existing methods use customized hardware, or apply post-processing methods to seamlessly stitch images. These result in an increase in either cost or complexity. In addition, images can only be stitched under certain conditions such as existence of characteristic points of the images. This paper proposes a low cost and easy-to-use system that produces realtime panoramic video. We use an off-the-shelf embedded platform to capture multiple images, and these are then transmitted to a server in a compressed format to be merged into a single panoramic video. Finally, we analyze the performance of the implemented system by measuring time to successfully create the panoramic image.

동아오츠카(주)는 청량음료를 제조하는 식음료 제조회사이다. 당초 동아제약 식품사업부에 속해있었으나 1979년 분리되어 식품회사로서 면모를 갖추고 안양에 제1공장을 설립했다. 특히 지난 1980년 청주에 제2공장을 준공한 것에 이어 1996년 경남 함안에 제3공장 칠서공장을 가동하면서 우리나라 청량음료업계에 새로운 이정표를 세웠다. 동아오츠카(주) 하면 제일 먼저 알카리성 이온음료 포카리스웨트가 떠오른다. 그리스 산토리니의 파란 하늘과 바다, 하얀 집이 어우러져 큰 화제가 됐던 포카리스웨트 광고는 국민들의 뇌리 속에 깨끗하고 맑은 회사 이미지를 각인시키기도 했다. 그 밖에도 검은콩을 우려낸 블랙빈테라티, 녹차음료 그린타임, 과즙음료 데미소다, 콩과 과일을 구워낸 소이조이, 허니레몬 등의 기능성 음료와 한국인의 청량음료라고 할 수 있는 오란씨 등이 대표적인 제품이다. 동아오츠카(주)는 소비자의 요구에 맞게 맛과 기능을 조화하여 21세기 건강 지향 기능성 음료를 만들겠다는 신념으로 세계 음료시장을 개척해나가고 있다. 때문에 제품의 품질을 좌우하는 '안전'이 기업경영의 초석이 되고 있다. 1998년 동아오츠카(주) 칠서공장 무재해 목표 개시 후 14년간 '무재해 12배수' 달성이 가능했던 것도 바로 이 같은 철저한 안전 관리가 원동력이 됐기 때문이다. 안전경영을 바탕으로 우리나라 음료 소비 패턴을 주도해가고 있는 동아오츠카(주) 칠서공장을 찾아가봤다.

In the process of liquid rocket engine design, obtaining method of the dynamic characteristics of engine should be emphasized typically to determine the control logic and algorithms of the throttle valves in the propellant feed pipeline. However, determining the dynamic characteristics of an engine through the autonomous test is very hard and laborious, so that the numerical approach is prevailing. In this study, using the previously developed dynamic analysis model of the engine around the steady state, we introduced a disturbance to this model, and obtained the dynamic response in the time domain. And by applying the well-known Levy method to this temporal response, we could deduce the transfer function of that system that can give us various information of engine and can be manipulated to design the control system.

Due to the fast development in computer application technologies, a video is now being more widely used than ever in many areas. The current information analyzing systems are basically built to process text-based data. Thus, it has little bits Problems when it needs to correctly represent the ambiguity of a video, when it has to process a large amount of comments. or when it lacks the objectivity that the jobs require. We would like to purpose the method that is capable of analyze a large amount of video efficiently. To extract the color, we translate the color from RGB to HSI and use the information that matches with the representative colors. To extract the shape information, we use improved moment invariants(IMI) so that we can solve many problems of histogram intersection.

Recently, research in building up semantic web for exchanging information and knowledge is active. To make use of video contents as knowledge on semantic web, semantic-based retrieval should be preceded. At present, retrieval based on consentaneity between metadata and keyword is common used. In this paper, I propose ontolgy establishment which enlarge user participation and add usefulness value and history information. This will facilitate semantic retrieval as well as use of video contents by using collective Intelligence. The proposed ontology schema will allow semantic-based retrieval of video contents on semantic web get higher recall compared to current way of retrieval. Moreover it enables you to make use of various video contents as knowledge.
