The purpose of study is to investigate the difference of the daN force applied during the examination using Telos Device and the degree of fluctuation of anterior cruciate ligament according to the individual differences of the muscles involved in knee stability. The examination was done by the Lachman test using Telos Device and the changes of anterior cruciate ligament were measured by varying the force of 0. 15, 30 daN on each right and left side and the force of 30 daN after the bruce protocol. Computed tomography (CT) was used to measure muscle mass. As a result of measuring the degree of fluctuation of the anterior cruciate ligament according to the change of the force applied to the Telos Device, there was a statistically significant difference in the knee fluctuation when 15 daN and 30 daN were applied on both right and left. Also, it is analyzed that the degree of fluctuation of anterior cruciate ligament varies according to the difference of individual's muscle mass. Therefore, it is considered that the force applied to the Telos Device should be changed according to the difference of individual's muscle mass.

In the present study, free roll decay and resistance performances of fishing vessels were evaluated with the combinations and variations of in the parameters of appendages which are attached to improve motion performance of fishing vessels. Computational Ffluid Ddynamics was used to perform free roll decay and resistance analysis. The roll period and decay coefficient were derived by the variations in the combination and dimensions of the primary appendages of the bilge keel and the under keel. It was observed thatThe variations of in the length of the under keel did not significantly impact to the roll damping coefficient. Conversely, for the bilge keel, an increase in the length and angle resulted in an increase in the roll damping coefficient. Comparison of resistance performance was additionally assessed among the selected hulls with the appendages and bare hull. The resistance of the hull with the appendages was higher than that of the bare hull due owing to the changes of in the pressure on the surface of the hull and trim angle. Throughout the present study, the impact of appendage parameter and arrangement on the free roll decay and resistance performance of fishing vessels were was assessed,. which This will be beneficial for the application of appendages to fishing vessels.

중국 호남성의 장가계시 무릉원(武陵源)에는 위로 천문산(天門山)의 천문동(天門洞)과 땅 아래로 뻗혀 있는 황룡동굴(黃龍洞窟)이 있다. 천문동은 오나라 때의 대지진으로 인하여 생긴 것이며, 황룡동굴은 이 지역에 분포된 석회암 지대로 말미암아 영겁의 세월을 통하여 생성된 지하생성물의 극치이다. 천문산 고봉의 하늘 맞닿은 높은 곳에 형성된 천문동혈(天門同穴)과, 4층 규모로 된 땅속의 산 같은 석회동 구조물과 강물을 무색케 하는 지중뱃길수로를 끌어안고 있는 황룡동굴은 과연 천산용동(天山龍洞)의 바로 그것이 아닌가. 멀티미디어 데이터베이스에서 장면전환 영역을 검출하는 것은 검색과 색인을 위해서 필수적이다. 동영상에서 장면전환 영역은 단순한 장면전환과 점진적인 장면전환으로 나눌 수 있다. 단순한 장면전환은 다음 장면과 구별이 쉬우나, 점진적인 장면전환은 그 구별이 쉽지 않다. 본 논문에서는 압축된 동영상에서 점진적인 장면전환 영역을 검출하는 효과적인 방법을 제시한다. 제안된 알고리즘은 MPEG-1으로 압축된 동영상에서 DC계수를 추출하고, 부호화된 휘도 블럭의 개수를 추출하여 점진적 장면전환 영역을 검출한다. 제안된 알고리즘의 성능은 장면이 점진적으로 바뀌는 영역을 찾아내는 정확도를 기반으로 분석하였다.

웹 상에서 제공되는 영화 서비스는 사용자에게 시간과 공간을 초월하여 서비스를 받을 수 있다는 매력을 가지고 있다. 이러한 영화 서비스는 대부분 동영상 전체 내용에 대해 사용자 연령별로 등급을 나누어 서비스되거나 무차별 서비스가 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 비디오 인덱싱 기술과 필터링 기법을 접목하여 하나의 동영상을 각 장면의 내용에 따라 사용자 연령별 차별화 된 서비스를 함으로써 영화 동영상에 대한 활용도를 높일 수 있는 방법을 제안하였다.

재정경제부, 공정거래위원회 등 주요 경제부처는 지난 8월 25일(수) 정$\cdot$재계 간담회를 개최하고 동 간담회에서의 합의내용을 실천하기 위한 재벌개혁 세부방안을 확정 발표했다. 동 재벌개혁 후속방안은 동 간담회에서 정부와 재계가 합의한 투명한 기업경영지배구조 정착과 순환출자 및 부당내부거래의 억제, 변칙적인 부의 세습 차단 및 제2금융권 지배방지 등 정부의 재벌개혁 3원칙을 구체화하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있다. 정부는 무엇보다 재벌기업의 자기자본대비 출자총액한도를 매우 엄격하게 규정, 동 제도를 부활함으로써 순환출자를 줄이도록 유도하기로 했다.

중국 콘텐츠산업에서 온라인 동영상 서비스의 이용자와 시장규모는 빠르게 증가하고 있으며, 그 배경에는 중국 특색의 환경 요인이 작용했다. 특히, 중국의 온라인 동영상 서비스 관련 업체들은 인수합병을 통해 시장 우위를 지속하며 경쟁력 강화를 시도하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 중국 온라인 동영상 서비스의 성장요인을 살펴보는 한편, 대표적인 업체인 유쿠투도우와 아이치이PPS의 인수합병을 통한 비스니즈 사례를 비교하고자 한다.

깊이가 제한된 천수역을 운항하는 선박의 경우, 선저면의 동유체력변화로 인해 선박의 흘수가 증가하는 스쿼트 현상이 나타난다. 본 연구에서는 KVLCC2선형을 대상으로 H/T(Depth/Draft) = 2.0, 1.5, 1.2의 천수조건에서 모형선의 속도변화, 프로펠러 유무에 따른 모형선박의 상하동요, 종동요 자세변화를 계측하였다. 또한 계측된 모형선의 상하동요변화는 Tuck/Huuska, Barrass 2, Eryuzlu 등의 경험식에 따른 결과와 비교하여 그 유효성을 검증하였다.

본 논문에서는 컴프레서 쉘의 구조해석을 수행하기 위하여, 범용 구조 해석 패키지인 MSC/NASTRAN을 이용하여 컴프레서 쉘 전체의 동특성 해석을 수행하였으며, MSC/NASTRAN의 Superelement 모듈인 부분구조합성법을 이용하여 구조물 전체의 동특성해석을 수행하였다. 그리고, 각 분계의 변형 및 운동 에너지를 산출하여 전체 구조물의 고유모드에 대한 분계의 기여도를 평가하였으며, 각각의 에너지에 기여가 높은 분계의 형상을 변경하여 구조물 전체가 원하는 동특성을 얻도록 하였다.

2000년 현재 울산지역에는 대기질 상태를 측정하고 있는 11개의 일반 대기환경 측정망이 있다. 각 측정소별 특징을 살펴보면 개운동, 여천동, 화산리, 원산리 측정소는 공업지역에 위치해 있으며, 상업지역에는 성남동 및 무거동 측정소, 그리고 야음동, 상남리, 신정동, 덕신리 및 대송동 측정소는 주거지역에 위치해 있다. 울산지역에는 1978년도를 시작으로 80년대, 그리고 90년대 중반까지 주로 공업지역을 위주로 대기환경측정망을 배치시켜 왔다. (중략)
